Practitioner Mr. Huang Yixuan was arrested and sentenced to forced labor from November 2000 to May 2004 for distributing Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials with other practitioners. He was held for over a month in August 2004 for handing them out.
Mr. Huang went to a Tea Club in Baise City at around 11:00 p.m. on September 13, 2006. 610 Office police followed and arrested him several minutes later. They ransacked his home and confiscated his computer, a motorcycle, a cellular phone, and several photo albums.
4. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Practitioner Ms. Yang Cuihong Sentenced to Two Years of Imprisonment
Someone reported practitioner Ms. Yang Cuihong from Yingxian Village, Qingyuan Town, Qingxu County, on May 9, 2006, for printing and distributing Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials. Police then arrested her. Her husband is also a practitioner but was already leading a homeless life to avoid illegal arrest. Police confiscated a computer, a printer, a laminator, many CDs, tapes, books, and truth-clarifying materials. Ms. Yang was sentenced to two years of imprisonment in the Qingxu County Court.

5. [Zigong City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Luo Guihua Lives in Exile
Practitioner Ms. Luo Guihua was working for the Xiangyang Street Community Office, Xiaoxi Street, Gongjing District, Zigong City, Sichuan Province. She was reported to police when she was clarifying the truth of Falun Gong at around 11:00 a.m. on May 19, 2006. Two men arrested her at the Suping Town Vegetable Market and took her into the town police office for imprisonment.
Police broke into her home and ransacked the place in her and her relatives' absence at 5:00 p.m. Police confiscated much of her personal belongings, according to witnesses. Ms. Luo is currently living in exile.

6. [Hubei Province] Practitioner Ms. Chen Xiaorong Held at the No.1 Detention Center in Wuhan City
Ms. Chen Xiaorong was reported when distributing truth-clarifying materials at her workplace in the Garment Factory, Shiqiao Village, Changqing Garden. Police arrested her at noon on September 18, 2006. She's currently being held at the No.1 Detention Center in Wuhan City.
7. [Liaocheng, Shandong Province] Persecution of Ms. Li Yuqin
Ms. Li Yuqing is an employee of the Chiping Zhongxin Chemical Co. Ltd. Company manager Hu Jianming framed her. Police later arrested her during the afternoon of August 7, 2006. Ms. Li walked out of the police office few days ago.
Hu Jianming didn't feel any regret at all; instead, he colluded with Li Yuqin's husband, Fan Qingshen, and also deceived Li Yuqin's sisters, Li Yuzhi and Li Yurong. They sent Ms. Li Yuqin to the Liaocheng City International Peace Hospital for persecution. Ms. Li Yuqin's two under-aged girls were left home without care. The hospital authority denied visits from her fami.

8. [Beihai City, Guangxi Autonomous Region] Supplemental Information Regarding the Persecution of Practitioner Mr. Mo Deqing - belated information -
Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Mo Deqing from Beihai City, Guangxi AR, was arrested in 1999 for practicing Falun Gong and taken to the Jianshe Police Station without due cause. It happened while he walked in a square one September evening. Police interrogated him and took his fingerprints. They held him till the next morning.
The following month, Mr. Mo was taken to the city’s National Security Team from his home on October 25, 1999. He was interrogated for three days, fingerprinted and photographed. Later they put him in a detention center for 15 days. His home was ransacked and his salary was reduced.
The following year Mr. Mo was held at the city’s No.1 Detention Center for 31 days, beginning on March 3, 2000. His salary was suspended. Mr. Mo eventually went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. He was then taken back to the city’s No.2 Detention Center and held there for over 40 days. Afterwards, he was sentenced to one year of forced labor. They body-searched Mr. Mo and confiscated a watch and 1,450 yuan in cash. Police also extorted 5,000 yuan from Mo Deqing's employers, which was eventually withheld from Mr. Mo's salary. Two criminal prisoners monitored him around the clock during his forced labor term. Mr. Mo had to work over ten hours a day. The officials deprived him of a bath or a change of clothes once for a week for refusing to do the forced labor.
Personnel from the Yinhai District National Security Team once again arrested Mr. Mo at the Longtan Road and sent him to the Longtan Police Station. He was illegally searched and fingerprinted. Then he was transferred to the Gongyuan Road Police Station and handcuffed. Police ransacked his home and confiscated a Dafa book and an audiocassette. They held him till late at night.

Ms. Tan Jinhui was reported to police when clarifying the truth to people at the Xinglong Township Fair on September 14, 2006. Personnel from the local 610 Office arrested her and sent her to the Guanghan City Detention Center.
10. [Guangshui City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhang Pengfei Arrested and Taken to a Brainwashing Center
Hu Dekui, a Communist Party deputy secretary for the Guangshui Community in charge of Falun Gong, had a talk with practitioner Mr. Zhang Pengfei on the morning of September 6, 2006. He dispatched Mr. Zhang to learn some new techniques in Xiaogan City. Mr. Zhang got on the bus to Xiaogan City. When the bus got to Shanchengguan, two policemen from the Guangshui City 610 Office and from the National Security Division got on the bus and arrested Mr. Zhang. They sent him to the Hubei Province Brainwashing Center located in the backyard of the Wuhan City Police Officer Institute.

11. [Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Gang and Mr. Li He Arrested
Traffic police officers arrested practitioners Mr. Li Gang and Mr. Li He between Hancunhe and Dongxianpo in Zhuozhou City. It happened when the practitioners were shipping the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party at 9:00 p.m. on September 11, 2006. Their vehicle, as well as 1334 copies of the Nine Commentaries and 450 copies of "HongYin," was confiscated. The case has been transferred to the city’s National Security Division. The two practitioners are being held at the city’s detention center.

When Ms. Gao Jinrong was doing housework in May 2006, three police officers suddenly broke in and ransacked her house. They intended to confiscate some of her belongings. After an hour of harassment, Ms. Gao became unconscious and fell on the floor. Seeing that she had fainted, these policemen left immediately to shirk off any responsibility and public condemnation.
Plainclothes policemen arrested Ms. Men Yurong in May 2006 when she was clarifying the truth of Falun Gong in a shopping mall. Police sent her into a detention center first and then transferred to the Gaoyang City Forced Labor Camp for persecution.
Mr. Wang Jianyin is a motorcycle taxi driver in the county's urban area. A plainclothes policeman followed him for several days. Later he pretended to be a customer. He arrested Mr. Wang near Mabaoyu on May 26, 2006. Police also ransacked his home.
Personnel from the Xiheying Town 610 Office raided practitioners in June 2006, arrested them and extorted money from them. They tortured the practitioners who refused to give them money.

16. [Anyue County, Sichuan Province] Supplemental Information Regarding the Persecution of a Practitioner in Tongxian Town
Policeman Jiang from the National Security Division, deputy chief Wu Xianjin, and policemen Yang and Dai from Tongxian Town broke into practitioner Ms. Li Zongrun’s house on the afternoon of September 1, 2006. They illegally searched the house and confiscated Master’s pictures and some Falun Gong materials.
Policemen Jiang, Wu, and Long Zhaoyun from Renhe Township ordered practitioners Mr. Jiang Subing and Li Zongrun to arrive in Tongxian Town on September 2. They released the two practitioners that same night. They attempted to arrest practitioner Ms. Wang Xiaoju, but she escaped.
Policemen Xie Bing and Yang arrested practitioner Mr. Li Zongrun and Mr. Dong Daonian the morning of September 5.
Tongxian police chief Xie Bingying and Wang Yuanfu who had previously arrested practitioners Dai, Leng, Huang, and Chen, arrested practitioners at Bazili. The detailed information is under investigation.
Li Rongbing, a Party secretary, and Xie Bingying arrested practitioner Jiang Subing at 4:00 p.m. on September 11. It was reported that Jiang would be detained for ten days.
17. [Chongqing] The Persecution of Practitioner Ms. Xu Wenxiu
When practitioners Ms. Qu Kairong and Li were studying Zhuan Falun at Ms. Xu Wenxiu’s home during the morning of September 11, 2006, officer Li Hua from the Jiefangbei Police Station in the Yuzhong District broke into the house. Ms. Qu Kairong and Li clarified the truth of Falun Gong to the policeman, but he refused to listen. At that moment, practitioner Ms. Nie Zhongmei arrived at Ms. Xu Wenxiu’s home and joined the effort to clarify the truth to the policeman, but he was unreceptive and called for other officers. Soon, seven or eight policemen arrived. They searched the house and confiscated Master’s pictures, Dafa books and Dafa materials, exercise tapes, a recorder, and Xu Wenxiu’s son’s PC, all in violation of the Chinese constitution.
The officers arrested the four practitioners who shouted, "Falun Dafa is Good! Truth-Compassion-Tolerance is Good," which attracted many people. The police took the four practitioners to the Jiefangbei Police station and held them for a day. Then they transferred the practitioners to Liudianzi Detention Center.
Ms. Xu Wenxiu was held for three and a half years at Yongchuan Prison. She was brutally tortured at the prison, and her hands became disabled.
18. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Xia Xianfang Persecuted at Yongchuan Women's Prison in Chongqing
Ms. Xia Xianfang, 54 years old, is family member of an employee at the Daqing City No.8 Oil Extraction Factory in Heilongjiang Province. Ms. Xia was arrested on March 6, 2002, when she clarified the truth of Falun Gong at her hometown, Wanzhou City Sichuan Province. Later she was sentenced to six years of imprisonment and has been held at Yongchuan Women’s Prison in Chongqing since then. Because of brutal torture-induced health problems, Ms. Xia was sent to a hospital twice in 2006. She was hospitalized for the third time and not discharged until August 28, 2006.

19. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Persecution of a Practitioner in the City Steel Company
A practitioner working at the Technical Monitoring Section of the Jinan City Steel Company was reported by Meng Jinfeng on April 3, 2004. Seven officers from the city Baoshan Police Station searched the practitioner’s house that same day without any legal authority. They confiscated all truth-clarifying materials and took the practitioner to the Jigang Police Precinct. They transferred the individual to the Jigang Yawangkou Hotel at 10:00 p.m. and interrogated him/her every day. They forced the person to give up his/her belief in Falun Gong and refused to let the practitioner sleep.
Four days later, the practitioner was sent to Liuchangshan "Legal Education Center" for brainwashing and was fined 10,000 yuan. Furthermore, the person's salary and bonus (totalling 10,000 yuan) were suspended.
Xu Wensheng, the company's Technical Monitoring Section secretary, went to the practitioner’s workplace the morning of June 27, 2006 and confiscated a Falun emblem. The practitioner was ordered to stop work and write a daily "introspection report" from July 2 until his/her work resumed.

20. [Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Xi Lili Persecuted at Shijiazhuang City Forced Labor Camp
In probably May 2006, personnel from the No.5 Division in the Shijiazhuang City Forced Labor Camp transferred steadfast practitioners Ms. Xi Lili from Shijiazhuang City and Ms. Zhang Limin from Tangshan City. They moved the practitioners from the second floor to a small cell on the first floor. The two practitioners were deprived of sleep during the night and forced to stand for a long time. They were tortured in the small cell for over two months.
