Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Guo Mingqing's Fingers Guards from Baimalong Forced Labor camp broke the fingers of Ms. Guo Mingqing
of Shaoyang City. 2. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. He Qing Suffers
Persecution Ms. He Qing is a practitioner in Shenze County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei
Province. She was sentenced to two years of forced labor in May 2002. She
suffered forced brainwashing at Brigade 4 in Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp for
nine days and nights. She was forced to stand against the wall, her palms and
legs were beaten with a broom, and she suffered threats. Later she was taken to
Brigade 5 where she was deprived of sleep and suffered further brainwashing.
After some 20 days, she was handcuffed to a bed frame during days and nights,
and suffered sleep deprivation. Then she was cuffed to the "Dead Person's
Bed." The persecution lasted 100 days around the clock. 3. [Baishan City, Jilin Province] Practitioners Ms. Yang Xiuwen and Others
Detained On April 17, 2006, staff from the Baishan City Politics and Judiciary
Committee 610 Office ordered Baishan City Public Security Bureau,
Xinjian Public Security Sub-bureau and Hongqi Public Security Sub-bureau to
arrest practitioners Ms. Yang Xiuwen, Mr. Chen Liguo, and Mr. Li Bo. They are
detained at Baishan City Detention Center. The Baishan City 610 Office, Procuratorate,
and city court attempted to put practitioners on trial. Baishan City 610 Office chief Yuan Changwu: 86-439-3226468 4. [Jilin Province] Practitioners Mr. Jiang Tao and Others Locked in Small
Cell From July 2006, guards at Jilin Prison locked nine practitioners into a small
confinement cell, claiming that they were reading Teacher's articles and
electronic book. The first practitioner to be held in the "small cell"
was Mr. Jiang Tao from prison area No. 2. Then they also imprisoned Mr. Wang
Jian, Mr. Sun Qian, Mr. Wang Hongliang, Mr. Xu Kelu, Mr. Liu Yang, and others in
the cell. 5. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Mr. Wang Jiwen Arrested Chai Wenge and others from the Yushu City National Protection Brigade
arrested practitioner Mr. Wang Jiwen on November 1, 2006, at home. He is
detained at Yushu City Detention Center. 6. [Huadian City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Liu Xiufang Detained On October 30, 2006, practitioner Ms. Liu Xiufang from Hongshi Forestry
Bureau in Huadian City, Jilin Province, was arrested by Jilin police and taken
to Huadian on October 31. Ms. Yang Mei and Ms. Zhang Xiulan, Ms. Zhao Haiying,
Ms. Hu Zhongjing, Mr. Wang Xiaodong, and Ms. Xu Yanjun were also detained in
Huadian. 7. [Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Practitioner Ms. Sun Zhaolan Sentenced to
One Year of Forced Labor Practitioner Ms. Sun Zhaolan of Jiawangqing Mountain Spring in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, was reported for distributing
truth-clarification materials and the Nine Commentaries. She
was arrested on August 5, 2006, detained for 15 days at Dinglou Detention
Center, and then secretly sentenced to one year of forced labor. She now suffers
persecution at Judong Forced Labor Camp. 8. [Jiangsu Province] Senior Practitioner Ms. Zhang Xiulan Arrested Practitioner Ms. Zhang Xiulan, 66, was reported for clarifying the truth. She
was arrested at midnight on November 1, 2006. Her home was ransacked. Her
husband just had surgery and needed his wife to take care of him. 9. [Tianjin City] Practitioner Ms. Yao Shilan Arrested On August 18, 2006, police of Dajianchang Town Local Police Station conspired
with Changtun Village security director Huang Shouqing to drive to Ms. Yao
Shilan's home in a police car. They climbed over the wall, broke into the
courtyard, put handcuffs on Ms. Yao, and took her to Wuqing District Court for
sentencing. Dajianchang Town Local Police Station: 86-22-82219029 10. [Dangshan, Anhui Province] Practitioner Ms. Yang Yinzhong and Husband
Arrested In October 2006, Dangshan practitioner Ms. Yang Yinzhong and her husband were
arrested when they were working in Wuxi. 11. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Three Practitioners Arrested Police from Sanqiao Local Police Station of Xinghualing Public Security
Sub-bureau arrested three practitioners between October 30 and November 3, 2006. Xinghualing Public Security Sub-bureau director Li Chunzhu: 86-13503516594 12. [Shanghai City] Practitioner Ms. Liu Lan Sentenced Practitioner Ms. Liu Lan was sentenced to a seven-year prison term. 13. [Changle, Shandong Province] Practitioners Ms. Song Cuiwen Arrested 14. [Shandong Province] Deputy Chief Judge Ms. Qin Xiuchun's Family
Persecuted Mr. Fu Xibin, the uncle of Shandong Province Supreme People's Court Deputy
Chief Judge Ms. Qin Xiuchun, died as the result of persecution at the hands of
the Zhaoyuan City 610 Office on October 26, 2003. Mr. Fu's third daughter and son-in-law were sentenced to eight and seven
years of imprisonment respectively. They are detained at Jinan Prison in
Shandong Province. His second daughter has been homeless and destitute to avoid
the persecution over the past seven years. Her second son-in-law was sentenced
to three years of forced labor, and is detained at Wangcun Forced Labor Camp in
Zibo, Shandong. Fu Xibin's wife and the third daughter's young son suffer great
hardship. 15. [Tianjin City] Police Arrest Practitioner On November 3, 2006, police from Nanrenfu Township Local Police Station in
Baodi District arrested a practitioner. 16. [Puyang City, Henan Province] Zhongyuan Oil Field Practitioners Ms. Ding
Fengge and Mr. He Nian Arrested On October 24, 2006, staff from Puyang City, Zhongyuan Oil Field Public
Security Bureau, and the 610 Office arrested again Zhongyuan Oil Field
practitioner Ms. Ding Fengge and ransacked her home. She is now detained at
Huangpu Detention Center of the Zhongyuan Oil Field Public Security Bureau. On October 20, 2006, Zhongyuan Oil Field practitioner Mr. He Nian was
arrested and is now detained in the Puyang City Detention Center. 17. [Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Sun Li Sentenced The court sentenced Shijiazhuang practitioner Ms. Sun Li to a five-year
prison term. She is in Hebei Province Women's Prison 18. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Wang Guangwei
Persecuted At 10 p.m. on May 4, 2006, acting secretary Feng Qinghai of Wangjiacun
Village, Landi Town, Pingdu City, and three policemen from the local police
station broke into the home of practitioner Mr. Wang Guangwei. They confiscated
Dafa books, truth-clarification material, and a computer needed by his child for
studies. Mr. Wang and his wife, Ms. Sun Suling, were taken to the Landi local
police station, and their over 10-year-old child was left alone at home. The following morning, Mr. Wang was taken to the Pingdu 610 Office
brainwashing center. The brainwashing center forced his family to pay 1,500 yuan

86-13793259996 19. [Henan Province] Practitioner Mr. Zhao Yongzhong Persecuted at No. 3
Forced Labor Camp Practitioner Mr. Zhao Yongzhong was once tied up on a chair for five days and
deprived of sleep. Practitioner Mr. Pang Liang's left arm broke from the torture, but he was not
given any treatment. As a result, his arm did not heal correctly. Mr. Pang
Liang's military unit investigated the aforementioned torture perpetrated at the
No. 3 Forced Labor Camp. Mr. As a result, Mr. Pang was tied up and viciously
beaten. 20. [Shuangliu County, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Caiqiong Becomes
Homeless Practitioner Ms. Li Caiqiong of Shuangliu County, Sichuan Province, 43, has
been illegally detained many times, suffered reeducation through forced labor
for two years (2000 to 2002), and reform-through-labor for four years (2000 to
2006). On October 12, 2006, guards at Chuanxi Prison discovered her
truth-clarification material. She had to become homeless to avoid persecution on
October 24, 2006. 21. [Tianshui City, Gansu Province] Dozens of Practitioners Arrested Prior to the CCP's October 1 holiday, police in the Qinzhou and Maiji
Districts in Tianshui City, Gansu Province, arrested dozens of practitioners and
refused all family visits. Qinzhou District Public Security Sub-bureau director Shi Juping:
86-13309386180 22. [Zhijiang City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Chuanzhen Arrested On November 2, 2006, practitioner Ms. Li Chuanzhen of Zhijiang City, Hubei
Province, was arrested and detained when distributing truth-clarification
materials locally. Zhijiang City Public Security Bureau Liu: 86-13707201296 23. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Yu Fangling and His
Wife Persecuted Mr. Yu Fangling is from Dalian City, Liaoning Province. He and his wife were
arrested when clarifying the truth in Changhai County, Dalian, in 2003. They
were sentenced to four years in prison. His wife is in a prison in Liaoning.
Details are unknown. Disabled Mr. Yu is detained in the Elderly and Disabled
Team in Dalian City Prison. 24. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Mr. In October
2006, Dong Lixin and a group of policemen from Chengfeng Public Security
Sub-bureau in Daqing arrested practitioner Mr. Tie Zhijie. They detained him at
Chengfeng Public Security Sub-bureau. Then they transferred him to Longfeng
Detention Center. Mr. Tie has been on a hunger strike to protest the
persecution. After becoming critically ill from the persecution, he was taken to
Suihua Forced Labor Camp. The labor camp did not accept him. On October 30,
2006, Mr. Tie returned home.
