Persecution I Suffered at Changchun Women's Forced Labor Camp in Jilin Province

(Clearwisdom.net) My name is Zhang Shuhua. In February 2005, I was illegally arrested at my home by local police and sent to the national security brigade. Afterward, I was sent to the local detention center and imprisoned for three months. After being interrogated and mercilessly beaten by the national security brigade police several times, I was sent to Changchun Women's Forced Labor Camp to serve one year of forced labor.

I did not "reform" in the labor camp, and I refused to write the five statements (similar to the three statements). Eventually, they held me down until I wrote the five statements. Immediately afterward, I wrote a solemn declaration to void what I had written. Since I was forced to do hard labor until July, my once healthy body showed symptoms of high blood pressure, and my heart raced at 180 bpm. I was forced to take medicine. Police Chief Hou Zhihong saw me taking the medicine and said: "With your blood pressure, you may have cerebral hemorrhage or possibly trip and fall. If you are not obedient I will make you have headaches." After taking the medication, my head began hurting so badly that it felt like it had been split in two, I experienced a cold sweat, and my blood rushed to my head leaving my legs weak. I was extremely uncomfortable.

The next day, police doctor Zhang Feng tried to make me take medicine again. I said I did not want to take it because it made my head feel like it was about to explode. They forced me to be silent and called me to the disciplinary room where officer Liu Hu shocked my mouth with an electric baton, loosening my teeth. They then called me into the medical office saying they wanted to measure my blood pressure. When I got there they wanted to give me an injection. I did not cooperate. Doctors Zhang Feng, Li Man, Zhang Zhihui and another doctor in the institute held me down and tried to forcefully give me an injection, but they failed. I shouted, "In no way will I cooperate with you!" After coming back, six people, including doctors Liu Hu, Zhang Fan, Li Man, another doctor in the institute, and Zhang Zhihui from Hulang, held me down and handcuffed me, I shouted, "I am Master's disciple, I don't want any other arrangements and I completely deny the old forces." Officer Li Man shoved a dirty rag in my mouth and knocked out my front tooth that had previously been loosened by the electric baton. My mouth was filled with blood, and several days later another tooth fell out.

Many red spots like measles appeared on my skin. Within a few days, my hair turned white. I became disfigured, and my complexion became very dark. All these side effects resulted from the unknown drug that the police forced on me.

This is what I had to endure. I am exposing it today to let everyone know how the wicked party persecutes Falun Dafa practitioners.
