Breaking Through My Mental Obstacles

(Clearwisdom.net) The troubles, tribulations and life and death tests I encountered during my cultivation were all overcome with the benevolent protection of Master Li and my firm belief in Master and Falun Dafa.

A few days ago, I distributed Falun Gong materials with a fellow practitioner. In our experience sharing after we came back, I said that no matter what circumstances we are in, we would be safe if we had pure and calm hearts. I said if we didn't have a calm mental state, we should stop doing it.

The next morning when I was ready to leave home, my child asked, "Mom, will you not come back?" I shook my head and quickly replied, "I will be back." My child asked me again, "Can you come back?" I had doubts (In the past I would have payed great attention to this and thought it was a hint). I paced back and forth at home and felt very heavy in my heart. I always had a pure heart while going out to distribute Falun Gong truth clarifying materials. If I went out in this kind of state... I dared not think about it, and sat down. I decided not to go out. But I had an appointment with a fellow practitioner and I should let him know the change of plans. My thoughts were very chaotic and I felt very depressed on my way to the practitioner's home. Even my legs were weak when I was walking. At that time I experienced, "Winding upward and steep, this road, even to set off is hard" (Hong Yin).

It took me great effort to arrive at the practitioner's home. I said to him, "Today..." Before I finished, he continued, "Today we are going to do it. Everything is ready and I am waiting for you now." With the help of his righteous thoughts, I thought I should go. I felt very depressed and very bitter in my heart during the trip. I continued sending forth righteous thoughts to clear the interference from my dimensions and the fellow practitioner's dimensions. I targeted the location where we were going: "Disintegrate and exterminate all evils, dark minions, rotten demons, Communist evil specters and their evil factors that interfere with Falun Gong practitioners while saving sentient beings." I thought: "Enliven every copy of truth material with the super power of the Fa to wake up every sentient being to salvation." I started reciting "Lunyu" and Hong Yin.

After reciting this poem I thought: I didn't fear death; how could such a small trouble block me? The obstacle was not working on me. I sincerely requested Master to help me, strengthen me and to clear all factors from my mind that interfere with me as I save sentient beings and disintegrate the evil factors in other dimensions.

When I saw the village, my heart became open and I became as calm as before. We calmly distributed Falun Gong materials to every household. Whenever we met predestined people, we gave them a copy of the "Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party" DVD, and told them to fill out the statement to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations and post it in public. Some villagers requested different copies of truth materials and wanted to help us to distribute them. Some people asked us whether the contents of the truth materials were true. We practitioners cooperated very well. The fellow practitioner clarified the truth and I gave out the materials and the charm amulets. Those villagers who knew the truth said to us, "Please quit the CCP for me. Thank you very much. Take care. Have a safe trip!" I witnessed that people have been awakening. They are looking forward to being saved. I also saw the bright future people will have after this difficult period of history passes.

This experience made me realize that the Fa Rectification has reached the final stage and has strict requirements for practitioners. Our every thought should be righteous. The evil will take advantage of our loopholes to perform so-called tests on us. No matter what circumstances we are in, we should firmly believe in Master and the Fa and act like noble Falun Gong practitioners.
