Mr. Dai Zhifeng and Mr. Zhou Hui from Anhui Province Sentenced to Long Prison Terms in a Secret Trial

(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Dai Zhifeng and Mr. Zhou Hui from Suixi County, Anhui Province, were arrested on March 2, 2006, in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. They were transferred to the Huaibei City Police Department of Anhui Province and detained in Huaibei Second Detention Center. On September 29, 2006, the Xiangshan District Court of Huaibei City held a secret trial without notifying their relatives.

At the trial Mr. Dai and Mr. Zhou, with righteous thoughts and righteous actions, shouted "Falun Dafa is Good! Falun Dafa is Righteous! Please learn the truth about Falun Dafa." They were beaten by court officials. More than 30 fellow practitioners went to send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil factors at the court and to witness the trial.

On October 12, 2006, the court had another secret trial. These two practitioners still shouted, "Falun Dafa is good! Truth-Compassion-Forbearance is good! Falun Dafa is Righteous!" Their righteous words and act profoundly shook the evil, and the trial ended. Mr. Dai and Mr. Zhou were both sent back to the detention center.

On October 24, 2006, the Xiangshan District Court sentenced Mr. Dai Zhifeng to six years in prison and sentenced Mr. Zhou Hui to seven years in prison--in their absence--and did not notify their families. These practitioners are trying to appeal their illegal sentencing.
