The Origin of "Fear"

(Clearwisdom.net) What do Falun Dafa practitioners have to fear? Some may say that we fear ordinary people. But what can ordinary people do to Falun Dafa practitioners? Master said in Zhuan Falun, Lecture Three, "Spirit or Animal Possession":

"It is very easy to manipulate an ordinary person's mind."

An ordinary person cannot do anything in front of a cultivator, because ordinary people do not have the ability to move a cultivator, including those that have participated in the persecution. Are cultivators afraid of the rotten ghosts that are used in the persecution? Are we afraid of the vile CCP specter? How can that be possible! Master has bestowed upon us Fa-rectification verses, which are more than enough to disintegrate all evil factors. We need to use our strong righteous thoughts and eliminate all the evils that dare to persecute Falun Dafa so that they cannot manipulate people to do harm.

"Fear" is an inner mindset, a notion, an attachment to false images in the world. For example, there is fear of losing, fear of being hurt, fear of behaving badly, and fear of evil thoughts. When we have fear, it is time to look inside and ask, "Why do I have fear?" If we cultivate away the attachment of fear, the notion of fear, and the factors of fear, the result will be that we will not have any fear, and we can pass the test of fear.
