Three policemen exited a taxi and rushed toward bike-riding practitioner Ms. Li Fengqiu. They kicked her to the ground, handcuffed her, put her into a car, and took her to the Taihe Police Department on the morning of October 30, 2006. They sent Ms. Li to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp that same day, but her family was completely unaware of it.

Li Fengqiu is around 40 years old and has a son around 15 years old. The mother and teenager depended on each other for a living. They led a difficult life on Li Fengqiu's low income. After Ms. Li's arrest, her son was left without care. No one looks after him or supervises his studies now.

Personnel from the Tongxian Town Police Station and Bamiao Township Police Station re-arrested practitioner Mr. Liu Yanqing on March 6, 2006. They sentenced him to four years of imprisonment without going through any legal procedures. He has been suffering from persecution in the Deyang Prison.

Mr. Liu, from Bamiao Township, Tongxian Town, Anyue County, is a retired employee of the No. 2 Railway Bureau's Tunnel Bureau. He began Fa study in 1996 and went to Beijing to appeal for Dafa in 2000. As a result was sentenced to one year of forced labor at the Xinhua Forced Labor Camp. Then, in 2002, personnel from the Dongchan Town Police Station, Suining City, arrested him again. He was subjected to many excruciating tortures, including having boiling water poured on him, being burnt by cigarettes, and having his fingers cut with scissors. They ransacked the place, confiscated Master's picture, some Dafa books, several copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, a computer, a photocopier, and other property. 8. [Shandong Province] Persecution of Practitioners at the Shandong Province Women's Forced Labor Camp

One woman practitioner revealed the persecution against practitioners in the Shandong Province Women's Forced Labor Camp after she was released:

No bath or change of underwear was permitted for a long time. Practitioners were prevented from using the bathroom in 2004. Ms. Liu Guimei was sent to the forced labor camp around August 2004. Her arms were tied up for a long time, and she could not move her arms. There were wounds on her arm until she was released.

Police purposely inserted a thick plastic tube down the throat of practitioner Ms. Zhou Min, around 50 years old, during force-feedings. Ms. Wang Xiurong, around 46 years old, has been confined in a small compartment with the door and window closed for over 15 months.

The authorities from the Pinggu District Detention Center in Beijing sentenced arrested practitioners Ms. Zhao Defen, Ms. Liu Baohua, and Ms. Wang Guoying to two years of forced labor. Ms. Zhao was arrested at noon on September 30, 2006. She has two children, a 12-year-old girl and a baby boy only three weeks old.

Mr. Gong had been sent to a forced labor camp due to his practice of Falun Gong. He suffered all kinds of tortures in the forced labor camp, merely because he refused to give up his belief.

Practitioner Ms. Zhang Yuzhen from Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province began practicing Falun Gong in March 1998. She was sentenced to six years of imprisonment for attending the Falun Gong International Media Conference in January 2001.
