City Agricultural Research Institute Director Wang Guijiang to Arrest Falun

Department Arrest Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Li Fengqiu Three policemen exited a taxi and rushed toward bike-riding practitioner Ms.
Li Fengqiu. They kicked her to the ground, handcuffed her, put her into a car,
and took her to the Taihe Police Department on the morning of October 30, 2006.
They sent Ms. Li to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp that same day, but her family
was completely unaware of it. Li Fengqiu is around 40 years old and has a son around 15 years old. The
mother and teenager depended on each other for a living. They led a difficult
life on Li Fengqiu's low income. After Ms. Li's arrest, her son was left without
care. No one looks after him or supervises his studies now. 3. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioners Ms. Ding Weihong and
Ms. Ma Shufen, Arrested for the Second Time. They Are Being Held at the
Provincial Women's Forced Labor Camp; Their Families are Not Allowed to Visit
Them 4. [Anyue County, Sichuan Province] Persecution Account of Practitioner Mr.
Liu Yanqing Personnel from the Tongxian Town Police Station and Bamiao Township Police
Station re-arrested practitioner Mr. Liu Yanqing on March 6, 2006. They
sentenced him to four years of imprisonment without going through any legal
procedures. He has been suffering from persecution in the Deyang Prison. Mr. Liu, from Bamiao Township, Tongxian Town, Anyue County, is a retired
employee of the No. 2 Railway Bureau's Tunnel Bureau. He began Fa study in 1996
and went to Beijing to appeal for Dafa in 2000. As a result was sentenced to one
year of forced labor at the Xinhua Forced Labor Camp. Then, in 2002, personnel
from the Dongchan Town Police Station, Suining City, arrested him again. He was
subjected to many excruciating tortures, including having boiling water poured
on him, being burnt by cigarettes, and having his fingers cut with scissors.
Soon after he was released, personnel from the Anyue County Police Department
arrested him again and sentenced him to two years of forced labor. Wang Yingfu, a policeman who often participated in the arrest and

Whereabouts Unknown Personnel from the Dalian City International Airport Police Station broke
into the home of practitioner Ms. Cui Yuzhi. She was originally from Dalian
City, but chose to leave home to avoid further persecution and went to Changchun
City. This happened soon after she returned home, on the evening of October 27,
2006. They ransacked the place, confiscated Master's picture, some Dafa books,
several copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party,
a computer, a photocopier, and other property. They took Ms. Cui Yuzhi away by
force. Her whereabouts are unknown. 6. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Supplemental Information Regarding the
Arrest of Practitioner Mr. Pan Guoquan Two policemen arrested practitioner Mr. Pan Guoquan while he was making some
truth-clarifying materials at the Jinshan Residential Area in the
Sujiatun District at 9:00 p.m. on November 6, 2006. They also ransacked the
practitioner's home. Mr. Pan is now being held at the Sujiatun District

Women's Forced Labor Camp No bath or change of underwear was permitted for a long time. Practitioners
were prevented from using the bathroom in 2004. Ms. Liu Guimei was sent to the
forced labor camp around August 2004. Her arms were tied up for a long time, and
she could not move her arms. There were wounds on her arm until she was
released.
Police purposely inserted a thick plastic tube down the throat of
practitioner Ms. Zhou Min, around 50 years old, during force-feedings. Ms. Wang
Xiurong, around 46 years old, has been confined in a small compartment with the
door and window closed for over 15 months. 10. [Beijing] Practitioner Ms. Zhao Defen and Others Sentenced to Forced
Labor 11. [Wafangdian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Gong Fajiu Arrested Mr. Gong had been sent to a forced labor camp due to his practice of Falun
Gong. He suffered all kinds of tortures in the forced labor camp, merely because

Transferred to a Drug Rehab Center for Further Detention Practitioner Ms. Zhang Yuzhen from Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province began
practicing Falun Gong in March 1998. She was sentenced to six years of
imprisonment for attending the Falun Gong International Media Conference in
January 2001. She suffered from all kinds of torture at the Jiangxi Province
Women's Prison. When her detention term had expired on November 10, 2006, her
family went to pick her up, but was informed that she had already been
transferred to a Drug Rehab Center in the Qingyunpu District, Nanchang City for
further detention. 20. [Luoyang City, Henan Province] Practitioners Ms. Li Miaoneng and Ms.
Zhang Xiumei Facing Imprisonment Practitioner Ms. Li Miaoneng and her daughter, Ms. Zhang Xiumei, were
secretly sentenced on August 29, 2006. Ms. Zhang appealed and will be have
another trial in the near future. 21. [Jingjiang City, Jiangsu Province] Personnel from the Police Department

Disappeared Before May 1, 2005; Her Whereabouts are Unknown 23. [Jingmen City, Hubei Province] Police from Jingshan County Persecute
Practitioners Policemen from Jingshan County in Hubei Province have arrested seven
practitioners. They failed to arrest practitioner Ms. Xiao Houzhen. At least
eight practitioners' houses were ransacked. Police pried open Ms. Xiao's home
and ransacked the place. Two practitioners have been bailed out, but others are
being held at the Jingshan County Detention Center. Peng Yilin, National Security Section chief, and Chen Zhixia, deputy chief,

Ms. Leng Mengxian from Guizhou Province when she was distributing Falun Gong
truth-clarifying materials at the Guiyang City People's Square at 4:00 p.m. in
October 2006. Her whereabouts are unknown.

Practitioner Mr. Yu Jun from Hongtoushan Town, Qingyuan County, Fushun City,
went to participate at a relative's wedding in Mianyang Village on November 9,
2006, but police arrested him. He is presently being held in a detention center
near the Southern Garden in Fushun City.

One woman practitioner revealed the persecution against practitioners in the
Shandong Province Women's Forced Labor Camp after she was released:
Practitioners Ms. Bai Yufang and Ms. Liu from the Qinghe District were
reported on October 26, 2006, while distributing truth-clarifying materials at a
farmer's market near their homes. Police arrested them and ransacked their
houses. Their whereabouts remain unknown.
The authorities from the Pinggu District Detention Center in Beijing
sentenced arrested practitioners Ms. Zhao Defen, Ms. Liu Baohua, and Ms. Wang
Guoying to two years of forced labor. Ms. Zhao was arrested at noon on September
30, 2006. She has two children, a 12-year-old girl and a baby boy only three
weeks old.
A few officers from the Wafangdian City Police Department and from the
Lidian Town Police Station broke into the home of practitioner Mr. Gong Fajiu
from Lidian Town. They arrested him and then ransacked his home. Mr. Gong is now
being held at the city's detention center.

A practitioner went to Ms. Yu Yanwei's home to pick up truth clarification
materials at 7:30 p.m. on October 25, 2006. Two agents from the Fengshan Police
Station at the Qidu Police Department followed the practitioner and ransacked
his/her home afterwards.
A gang of officers from the Fengshan Police Station broke into Ms. Yu Yanwei's
home and confiscated all Dafa books and truth clarification materials at 3:00
p.m. on October 26. Ms. Yu was forced to live in exile to avoid further
persecution.
