By a practitioner in Ukraine

(Clearwisdom.net) Practitioners filed a lawsuit against top CCP official Jia Qinglin in the Ukraine Supreme Court for his crimes of genocide, torture, and active participation in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China. The lawsuit was filed while Jia was visiting Ukraine.

Falun Gong practitioners protest Jia’s visiting and explain the fact to people in front of Chinese Embassy

On October 31, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners filed a petition against Jia to Ukraine Supreme Court in Kiev. Jia was Secretary of Chinese Communist Party Committee in Beijing and now is Chairman of National Committee for Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. The petition was filed by a woman practitioner from China.

To protest Jia’s persecution of Falun Gong, on October 27, Falun Gong practitioners in Kiev held an event across from the Chinese Embassy. The protesters pointed out that Jia participated in killing, torture and genocide of Falun Gong practitioners in China.

"This person is a true criminal! Both his hands are full of practitioners’ blood. We wish that the Ukraine government will realize what kind person he is and not overlook human rights when facing commercial interests!"

Falun Gong practitioners held banners worded "Falun Dafa, Truth-Compassion-Tolerance" and "CCP forcefully harvests organs from living Falun Gong practitioners for profit". They also distributed flyers and demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises.

"Though the persecution of Falun Gong occurs in China, it interferes with me living in Ukraine. I often see the lies from the Chinese Embassy slandering Falun Gong. I wish that my country can take a bold step to condemn such inhuman persecution." said a practitioner from Ukraine.

Jia’s crimes have been under investigation by the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG). WOIPFG verified that Jia actively participated in the perception of Falun Gong initiated by Jiang Zemin since July 20, 1999. When he was Secretary of CCP Committee in Beijing, he directly participated in and was responsible for illegal imprisonment and torture of numerous Falun Gong practitioners. He is a main culprit for the persecution of Falun Gong. Sine September 2004, he has been sued in Austria and Spain for his crimes of genocide and torture.
