(Clearwisdom.net) Friday, November 3, 2006 was national "Culture Day" of Japan. Falun Gong practitioners in Aichi held activities at noon in Sakae Hiroba Park in downtown Nagoya to introduce Falun Dafa and explain the facts about the persecution.

Practitioners set up posters near the walkway in the park showing how Falun Gong has flourished around the world while suffering brutal persecution in China. They also held banners reading "Truth-Compassion-Forbearance", "Falun Dafa is good", "CCP, stop persecution of Falun Gong", "Brutal persecution of Falun Gong is occurring in China", "Condemn the organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners". They exposed the CCP’s brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners during the last seven years and called for an immediate end to the persecution.
The local baseball team, Chunichi Dragons, recently became national champions. A celebration parade was scheduled to pass by the park where practitioners had their display from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Many fans and local residents lined the streets waiting for the parade. After setting things up in the park, the practitioners distributed truth-clarification materials to the parade spectators. It was reported that approximately 350,000 people came to see the parade.
The park is located in the center of the street, so the banners could be seen from all directions. Some passers-by couldn't believe the severity of the persecution and came to pick up more information.
We met two Chinese in their 40s who would return to China the next day. They wished to read the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. The practitioners gave them a DVD, but the couple worried about getting it past Chinese customs upon their return and took a newspaper of the Nine Commentaries instead, to read before going back. Practitioners told them about the 15 million withdrawals from CCP and wished them good luck.
A Chinese lady stood reading the posters for a while. A practitioner gave her some materials and she was pleased to accept them. She said that her parents in China practiced Falun Gong.
Many people came to know the facts after the day-long activity. As more and more Japanese people learn about the persecution of Falun Gong, more people will support Falun Gong. The CCP’s evil deceptions won’t last long.
