How I Clarify the Truth and Help People Quit the Communist Organizations

(Clearwisdom.net) I was introduced to Falun Dafa for the first time on
March 15, 1999, as I was walking in a park and noticed a banner at a Falun Gong
practice site. Teacher's picture was on the banner. I thought, "This qigong
is wonderful! The Buddha is here in the human world. This is perfect for me!
I'll practice Falun Gong." I had not believed in any qigong before, but I was ecstatic to get the book
Zhuan Falun. Teacher said, "It doesn't matter how early on someone took up the practice, he's
still a disciple." ("The Third Talk" in Zhuan Falun) "So why is gong so precious? Because it grows directly on your master
soul, it can be brought with you at birth and taken along at death, and it
directly decides your Fruition, so it's not easy to cultivate it."
("The Fourth Talk" in Zhuan Falun) Reading these words, each character shone with golden rays, and tears rolled
down my cheeks. The Chinese Communist Party head banned Falun Gong practice on July 20, 1999,
and ordered the police to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. It felt as if the
sky had collapsed. I thought, "I've only been practicing for a few months.
Why won't they let me practice such wonderful Dafa?" I felt awful. I went
to my room, knelt on the floor, hugged Teacher's book and cried. I said,
"Teacher, I will always listen to you. I will study the Fa and
do the exercises. I will follow you. Please don't leave me behind." I
realized that I must step forward and do things to validate Dafa. I wasn't
afraid of anything. My first time in Beijing to appeal and validate Dafa was in 2000. I wanted to
uphold justice. On my way to Beijing, I clarified the truth to
everyone I came across--in the bus, hotel, restaurant, and residential areas.
They said to me, "Be careful! If they catch you [clarifying the truth],
they'll send you to prison." I said, "I'm not afraid! Why should they
arrest me? I'm a good person!" I went to Beijing again in 2005 and stayed four months. My goal was to
further validate Dafa, clarify the truth, and rescue sentient beings. I
clarified the truth everywhere and used different methods to clarify the truth
in big crowds. I exposed how the Communist Party persecutes Falun Gong; how the
Party officials are corrupt and embezzle public funds; how they launder the
money and send it overseas, and that they are ready to move to another country
with their families when they are caught. I explained how the Communist Party
staged the Tiananmen self-immolation incident. Someone said, "What you said
is great! So that's what happened! The wicked Party is lying and scheming to
deceive us! Now we know Falun Gong is persecuted." A supermarket clerk
said, "It's wonderful to hear what you say; no one has said it before. We
love to listen to you. Will you come back tomorrow?" I said, "Yes,
I'll come back tomorrow just to clarify the truth to you, so you will all know
the facts regarding the self-immolation incident and the persecution." Teacher said, "Dafa disciples must validate the Fa. For you, clarifying the truth
and saving all beings are first and foremost." ("Teaching the Fa at
the 2003 Atlanta Fa Conference") After the "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" was
published, I started to help people quit the Communist Party. I study the Fa for
half a day each day, and then I leave home to clarify the truth and help people
quit the Party and its affiliated organizations (the "three
withdrawals"). These were the most important things in my life. I thought,
"I'm not afraid of anything as Teacher's fashen is right next to me.
One righteous person is enough to suppress one hundred evil beings, as long as
one has righteous thoughts and righteous actions. Teacher said, "This is especially so for the Dafa disciples in Mainland China: each
must come out and clarify the truth, bringing it to every field and valley,
mountain and hill, not omitting a single area where there are people. "
("Let Go of Human Attachments and Save the World's People") So I went to public areas where lots of people gathered to clarify the truth
and help people quit the Party. I usually clarify the truth one-on-one, because
it's easier. After accumulating some tactics one can clarify the truth to more
people, such as a couple, or parents and their child. I use different methods to
clarify the truth, and I always smile and speak with compassion. I start by
saying, "I wish you well!" I touch their arm or shoulder as I speak,
and I make eye contact, so their main consciousness will awaken and listen to
me. I think, "I must save him!" People like to hear things such as
"I wish you well," so the distance between us disappears when I utter
those words. I then proceed to talk about quitting the Party. Asking college students and intellectuals to quit the Party There are lots of Party and Youth League members on campus, so I go to the
gardens, pavilions, and corridors at the universities to clarify the truth. I
might say, "It is hard these days for college graduates to find jobs. The
Party officials' children use their connections and money to get high-paying
jobs, and common people's children are powerless to do anything about it. They
sit at home and wait for a job; in fact they are unemployed." They are
really glad to hear it, and it is easy for them to accept that "'quitting
the Party ensures your own safety." I saw a female student and asked her the time. She obliged. I said, "I
wish you well!" She said, "Thank you, ma'am." I asked, "Are
you a member of the Party, the Communist Youth League, or the Young
Pioneers?" She said, "I'm a Youth League member, and I'm thinking
about joining the Party!" I said, "Don't ever join the Party! It would
be a disaster!" "Why?" "The Party officials are responsible
for all sorts of bad things, including corruption, embezzlement, and everything
else. The heavens will punish the Party if people don't do it themselves. The
heavens will eliminate the Communist Party, and you'll be destroyed along with
it if you join the Party. This is a heavenly principle that the wicked will be
destroyed!" I said, "Right now, people are quitting the Party to be
safe; if you made a vow [to swear loyalty to the Party or its affiliated
organization], it has stamped you with the mark of the beast. I can help you
quit the Youth League to erase the mark, and you'll be safe. What's your
name?" She told me her name and said, "Ma'am, now I definitely won't
join the Party. So that's the truth! I believe you, I'll be a good person."
"It'll be great for you to recite 'Falun Dafa is good' in your heart and
always remember 'Truth, Compassion, Tolerance.'" "OK, I'll remember
that. Thank you, ma'am." I met a senior Party official and I told him the importance of quitting the
Party. He grabbed my hand and said, "I trust you with my life!" He
took out a handkerchief and wiped away tears, saying repeatedly, "Thank
you! Please help me remove [the mark]! Please help me quit the Party!" I
helped some officials at my and my husband's work place to quit the Party. I ran
into a teacher and spoke with him. I asked, "You are a Party member,
right?" He said, "How did you know that? Just by looking at me?"
I smiled and said, "I wish you well!" He laughed, and I immediately
told him about quitting the Party. He said, "Wow, I can't believe you could
tell I'm a Party member! You're psychic! It's great! Help me quit!" Asking religious followers to quit the Party I also came across many Buddhists, Catholics, other Christians, and Islamic
believers. When I asked them to quit the Party they would say, "I've
already converted to Buddhism;" "I have been baptized;"
"Buddha Amitabha." Some other people said, "God in the heavens is
guiding me." Once I met a Christian. I greeted her and said, "I wish you well!"
She answered, "I'm doing great, and so is my family. I am fine in all
aspects of my life and I don't need your well-wishes. I have my Lord watching
over me. I'm safe now!" I looked at her and smiled saying, "Safe? In
fact, you are not safe. I can tell that you are just saying so. I think you are
very pious, but your efforts are misplaced!" "Why?" I said,
"Right now is the dharma-ending time. Even the monks can't save themselves,
how can they save other people? The dharma of the past cannot restrain people of
today. The old dharma can only control people straight out of a primitive
society with a simple mindset. Modern people cannot cultivate themselves with
dharma of the past. Nowadays people are very complicated. The cosmos is being
constantly renewed, the society keeps going forward, and people do all kinds of
bad things, including murder. If you don't quit the Party, you'll be destroyed with the mark imprinted on
you. No one can help you [if you have the mark], but I can. I'll help you stay
safe and alive, and you don't have to spend any money. You simply have to quit
the Party." She said, "I understand what you said about the end of the
dharma period, you are so right! It's true that the dharma of the past can no
longer restrain people. I have neighbors living upstairs and downstairs who are
lay Buddhists. We often talk with each other, but they've never mentioned
anything about quitting the Party. Which Buddha do you believe in? Do you burn
incense to him?" I said, "Right now I'm studying a practice that
cultivates both xinxing and the body; it's Falun Gong!"
I told her in a serious tone, "Today, only Falun Gong can help people;
Falun Gong can correct anything that is not righteous. I'm telling you a
heavenly principle!" She said, "Sister, say no more! What you said is
so wonderful! Please help me remove the mark right away! You have cultivated so
well, because you can truly touch people's hearts by saying the things you have
studied!" I told her, "Falun Dafa is forever righteous! Always
remember: 'Falun Dafa is good;' 'Truth, Compassion, Tolerance' is good!
Assimilate to 'Truth, Compassion, Tolerance,' the characteristics of the
universe." Another woman told me she joined the Young Pioneers and has since converted
to Buddhism. I said, "Right now is the end of the dharma period, and only
by quitting the Party can you guarantee your own safety. I can help you remove
the mark of the beast." She was so excited she threw her arms around my
neck and said, "I'm so lucky today! I met you! Please, do this for me, so
I'll be safe." She happily gave me her name. Asking people to quit the Party in supermarkets, grocery stores, morning
markets and public facilities I help other people pick out their vegetables when I shop in grocery stores.
I said to one woman, "I'm finished. I'll help you pick your produce. I know
which ones are good and which ones are not good." I also said, "I wish
you well." She said, "Thank you." I said, "the 'three
withdrawals' ensure your safety!" "What is that?" "When you
joined the Party and its affiliated organizations, you made a vow, and it put
its mark on you--the mark of the beast. You must remove it, as it determines
your fate. Right now, the Party officials stop at no evil; that is why the
heavens want to eliminate the Party. You'll be safe after removing the
mark." "How do I remove it? How do I quit the Party?" "Give
me your name, and I'll help you quit the Party." She gave me her real name
and said, "I trust you; please help me erase the mark. Thank you."
When I talk to people who don't want to use their real names I make up a
nickname for them and ask them to remember it. I also talked to several other
shoppers and clarified the truth to each person. They understood the truth and
agreed to quit the Party. Teacher said, "Through righteous thoughts and righteous acts, Dafa disciples are
establishing every aspect of their divinity, and are, at the same time,
building the cosmos's future." ("To the Chicago Fa Conference") "Cultivators are on a journey to divinity." ("Teaching the
Fa in San Francisco, 2005") I can do well by keeping righteous thoughts at all times and by remembering
that Teacher is right next to me. I left home at 7:00 a.m. on July 10, 2006, and decided that I would go find a
dozen Party members and ask them to quit the Party. I asked Teacher to help me.
I looked for people over age 40, because many people in that age range are Party
members. I had brought several tomatoes with me because I was going to the
market, and I would look strange if I didn't have any vegetables. When I said to
one woman in the market, "I wish you well." She said, "We are all
safe." I said, "No, that's not true. There is a song lyric that says,
'The heavens have their own arrangements.' Good is rewarded and evil is
punished; how can you say that everyone is safe? Why do disasters happen? Do you
remember the tsunami and gas explosion reports on TV? Only by quitting the Party
will you be safe." She said, "Wow, you are so right. That's
true." She agreed to quit the Party. At another time I smiled and asked a man about the time. I said, "Thank
you! I wish you safety!" He said, "You are so polite!" I said,
"What I mean by 'safety' is not the safety that you think about; my
'safety' is safety under a god's protection. I cultivate in a Buddha School [Falun
Gong is one of the 84,000 Buddha School disciplines]." "Oh, so you
cultivate in the Buddha School?" "Listen, what I meant was 'quitting
the Party ensures your safety.' This is not safety in an ordinary sense--it
means survival! Money can't buy it." I asked whether he was a Party member
or a member of other Party organizations, and he acknowledged that he was. I
said, "You must remove the mark before you can be safe!" He agreed to
quit and thanked me. Another time I took a bus to a supermarket. I stood in the back of the bus so
everyone could hear me. I started by talking about laid-off workers and Party
officials who flee to foreign countries with huge amounts of money; I then
talked about people benefiting from Falun Gong practice; how they saved the
government lots of money in medical insurance payments, and yet the Communist
Party persecutes Falun Gong. I also told them of the recent exposure of the
Communist Party harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners and then
cremating their bodies to destroy the evidence. I ended by saying that the
heavens will eliminate the Party. Everyone in the bus was angry. They said,
"That's terrible! Evil people like those deserve retribution." I
inspired kind thoughts in people and helped them learn the truth. Teacher said, "Only when you cultivate without any omissions or gaps is it the best
cultivation. Dafa disciples are to do what Dafa disciples are supposed to do,
openly and with confidence. When you [are able to do that] and have no
thoughts of being dependent on other people or things, the evil won't dare to
exploit your gaps, and bad things will flee at the mere sight of you, because
you have no omissions that it can exploit." ("Teaching the Fa in San
Francisco, 2005") Sometimes when I see lots of people on my way to and from the market I strike
up a conversation. I would say, for instance, "Look, my vegetables are so
cheap;" or, "Let me help you carry those." After that I would
start to chat about quitting the Party. I saw on TV that 300,000 people would attend an Agricultural Exhibit and
thought, "That's an excellent opportunity!" The first day featured the
opening ceremony. I thought all parts of the exhibit would be open on the second
day, and lots of people would go there. I went on the second day. I left home at
7:00 a.m. with two pancakes and a bottle of water. I met a man while waiting for
the bus and asked, "Sir, what time is it?" He told me and I said,
"I wish you well! I cultivate in the Buddha School." He said,
"Thank you, I wish you well, too." "Are you a Party member?"
"I'm a member of the Youth League. My family background was not 'red'
enough so I was not allowed to join the Party." "It's great that you
did not join it!" "Why?" "You would die if you had joined!
Didn't you make a vow when joining the Youth League? It would put a mark on you,
which must be removed [so you can live]. The heavens are eliminating the
Communist Party, which commits corruption, murder and all sorts of other evil.
You'll be safe by quitting the Party!" "Sure, remove it for me. Thank
you! It'll keep me safe." I used the same method to help three other people
quit the Party. The bus soon came and was quite crowded. I was standing next to a middle-aged
woman and I said, "Ma'am, it's hot today!" "Sure! So many people
are going to the exhibit! Several bus lines go to the exhibit, and yet it's
still so crowded! It's really hot!" I said next to her ear, "I wish
you well!" to start the conversation and she quit the Party. I squeezed through to the middle of the bus and asked four more people to
quit the Party. When the bus stopped at the exhibit I saw a sea of people. I
thought, "I better hurry up because I came here just to rescue
people." I said to a woman with a young girl, "Is this your daughter?
She is so pretty." She said, "Yes, she is my daughter." I said
the same things about quitting the Party and they both said, "Ok, hurry up
and erase the mark for us!" There were more than 130 divisions at the exhibit; there were also pavilions
and halls. I went to all of them and I walked back and forth to look for
opportunities to help people quit the Party. I kept walking even after the
exhibit closed for the day, and I helped a few more people to quit the Party.
Seven days later, on the last day of the exhibit there were products on sale,
and entrance fee is waived after 10:00 a.m. I thought that more people would
come on that day, and it would be a great opportunity. I met an older couple in
the great hall and asked them about the price of their purchase. They told me
that it was very low, and I said the same things to them I had told the other
people. They said happily, "Help us quit it; those bad people should be
eliminated." Asking police officers to quit the Party I always send forth righteous thoughts before leaving home to eliminate all
evil elements that interfere with my truth clarification. This is so my field is
cleansed and my words would touch the microscopic particles of the person, so
his main consciousness would become alert. Sometimes I met police officers. I
ran into a woman police officer once wearing a shoulder badge at the market. I
thought, "There are good police officers, too. I have to help her." I
asked her, "How much is the meat you purchased?" She told me and I
said kindly, "I wish you well." She replied, "The same to
you." I sent forth righteous thoughts while telling her about quitting the
Party. She said in the end, "Please help me quit it." She
unhesitatingly gave me her real name. I've also helped plainclothes police officers and other security officials
quit the Party. I went to the police department last year to get my ID. There were lots of
people present, and I sent forth righteous thoughts. I helped the person in
front of me and behind me in line to quit the Party while I was waiting to be
photographed. When I moved over to the payment line I asked several other people
to quit the Party and later helped people sitting on the chairs and standing in
line outside to quit the Party. I thought that, even though I was in the police
department, I should still act with righteous thoughts and righteous actions. I
should regard rescuing people as my top priority. One righteous person's
thoughts can suppress one hundred evildoers. The evil elements are afraid of me,
and they are lower than me. I am a cultivator, and Teacher is looking after me. My neighbor is a security officer. I clarify the truth to him each time we
meet and tell him, "Say in your heart 'Falun Dafa is good,'
'Truth-Compassion-Tolerance is good,' and that would be great for you. We
practice Falun Gong to be healthy and we save the government lots of medical
expense. We are kind to people. Isn't it good to have more good people? We
benefit the society and the country. Jiang and his accomplices persecuted Falun
Gong. They are evil, and we are ighteous--we assimilate to the highest
characteristic of the universe." I gave him truth clarification materials on Dafa and he said, "I read
it, it's very good. Ma'am, please be very careful and heed my words!" I
said, "Thank you! I'm telling you, don't arrest Falun Gong practitioners!
They are all good people like me. You'll be punished if you arrest Falun
Gong!" He said, "I hear you. Please don't worry! I absolutely won't
arrest Falun Gong, and I also tell other [officers] not to arrest them and to
release them if they do arrest them. I won't want to receive retribution. I want
to live! Saving a life is better than anything else." I told him to remember, "Falun Dafa is good! Truth-Compassion-Tolerance
is good!" Several days later I saw him driving home with other police
officers in the car. He got out of the car, held up his fist, and shouted,
"Falun Dafa is good! Truth-Compassion-Tolerance is good!" I was so
excited when I heard those words I almost cried. I said, "I love it when
you say those words. Now you'll be saved." He said, "I'm upholding
justice for Falun Gong! I'll learn Falun Gong from you." He also quit the
Party. I met fellow practitioners while asking people to quit the Party When I clarified the truth to one woman, she said in a low voice, "I
quit it already. I also practice Falun Gong." I said, "You should also
ask people to quit the Party!" She waved her hand. I stood closer to her
and said, "You are a Dafa practitioner, you must do it. Now you have to
keep up with Fa rectification and you should ask people to quit the Party."
She said, "You are doing great! I can't do it." I said, "Don't
say that, I don't want to hear it. Look, there are so many people here in the
market; you have to hurry up and rescue people! You are a divine being! The
thoughts of one righteous divine being can suppress one hundred evildoers. The
evil will run away at the sight of you if you act with righteous thoughts and
righteous actions. You have to be worthy of the title 'Dafa disciple!'" She
turned around and left with tears in her eyes. Another time I met an older practitioner. She asked me, "Do you say that
everyday? You should be careful! There are plainclothes police and also other
wicked people here; don't let them take you away, or you'll suffer
greatly." I said, "No, that's not right. The evildoers cannot see or
hear me. I have righteous thoughts and righteous actions; bad things are afraid
of me and they dare not approach me. You have human notions! Remember, you have
supernatural abilities!" My understanding is that we must be in the correct state of mind when
rescuing people. We must emit the greatest compassion and we must clarify the
truth clearly and thoroughly, with a firm resolve to rescue him or her. We
should be able to explain clearly both the righteous things and the evil things
and compare them side by side so that it's obvious for people to understand what
is good and what is bad. People will cry if we truly drive the point home. We
should bridge the distance by saying to them, "Hello, I wish you
well!" We must make them feel close to us because it's the first time
they've met us, and we should use whatever phrase suits the person to begin the
conversation. We should bear in mind that our words must carry enough weight so they
penetrate the person's heart and enter his microscopic self. We must make the
person's main consciousness wake up and grab his heart and mind and main
consciousness, so his real self understands: "What I'm telling you is the
truth, a heavenly principle. You carry the mark of the beast if you joined the
Party or any of its organizations. If you don't withdraw from the Party, you'll
lose your [eternal] life when the heavens eliminate the Communist Party. It's
your life or death!" I often remind myself that I'm a Dafa disciple in the Fa rectification
period. I co-exist with Teacher and Fa rectification. I must do well with things
that I should do, so I am worthy of the title "Fa rectification period Dafa
disciple." I would give my life to save a life! I want to rescue as many
people as I can! I have no fear, because I carry a righteous field with me
wherever I go, and my heart is connected to the sentient beings. The human world
is but a hotel, and I'll leave it in haste. I must cherish each day. I'm simply
here to rescue sentient beings, to rescue all people, so they'll all quit the
Party. In the process of rescuing sentient beings we must persist until the end and
not be afraid of anything or have any barriers in our minds. We treat each
person differently, according to his situation. We eradicate the evil behind
each person and tell him the heavenly principle that good is rewarded and evil
is punished and finally ask him to quit the Party. Some people have thanked me
with tears welling up and told me to study the Fa well and cultivate well. Some
people shouted, "Falun Dafa is good!" The above is my personal understanding. Please compassionately point out
anything inappropriate.
