Death of Practitioner Ms. Wang Liqun According to what was exposed by police officers, practitioner Ms. Wang Liqun
died as the result of beating, and her nose, ears, mouth, and eyes were all
bleeding when she died. After Ms. Wang died, the State Security Division used
the release of Ms. Wang's imprisoned daughter, practitioner Ms. Wan Meijia, as
the condition to force Ms. Wang's family members to sign the Death Certificate
for immediate cremation. They wanted to destroy evidence because they feared
taking responsibility for her death. After Ms. Wang's family members signed the
Death Certificate, Ms. Wang's body, which was covered with wounds, was

Arrested At 7:00 p.m. on October 18, 2006, five plainclothes police officers arrived
at the home of practitioner Ms. Wu Zongrong from Jiangjin City and knocked at
the front door. Because her two-year-old granddaughter had learned to answer the
door, she went to open it, and the five police officers broke into the home and

City was illegally sentenced to imprisonment and is currently held in the No. 15
Division of Qinduankou Prison of Hanyang District. His detention term expires on
November 11, 2006. The Qinduankou Prison of Hanyang District had previously colluded with the
610 Office of Hubei Province to send practitioners including Mr. Wu
Zhiqiang and Mr. Wei Chunping to the Brainwashing Center of the Erdaopeng
Region, Hanyang District of Hankou City to be tortured even after their

Brutally Beat Falun Dafa Practitioners Practitioner Mr. Gao Zengqiang, illegally held in the Handan City Forced
Labor Camp in Hebei Province, was brutally beaten with a rubber baton by police
officers including Gao Fei (male). He was beaten after he was taken to the
Police Club on the first floor at 9:30 a.m. on July 31, 2006, because he refused
to be "transformed" and refused to write the "four

in Beitun Town in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on September 1, 2006.
Later, she was taken to the local No. 1 Detention Center of Gong'an County and
held there illegally. During this time, she was repeatedly interrogated by the
Law and Regulation Division and the State Security Division of the Police
Department. She was then sentenced to one year of forced labor. On October 9,
2006, she was taken to the Women's Forced Labor Camp of Wuhan City by police who
attempted to worsen the persecution against her. During the physical
examination, she was identified as having severe hypertension and because of
this the forced labor camp refused to take her. However, police officers from
the State Security Division still refused to release her. On October 10, 2006,
she was taken back to the detention center and has been held there beyond the

Liao Guogang (male) 7. [Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province] Three Falun Dafa Practitioners Arrested At about 7:00 p.m. on October 25, 2006, practitioners Mr. Cheng Guanghui and
Mr. Li Yongsheng from the Goumenzi District of Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province,
and practitioner Ms. Xu Guihua from the Lingyuan Street Residential Region were
in a rental apartment when police officers suddenly broke in and arrested them.
Police rummaged through chests and cupboards and took pictures. They confiscated
one case of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party,
three to four hundred DVDs of the Nine Commentaries, and a knife for
cutting paper. At about 9:00 p.m., they moved the three practitioners to their
police car. Mr. Cheng Guanghui, in his 50s, has been arrested, detained, sentenced to
forced labor, and taken to the brainwashing center nine times altogether. Mr.
Cheng's youngest daughter is currently being held in the Women's Prison in
Liaoning Province. His wife was tortured in the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp for
three years and then tortured for an additional two months before being released

for five years between 2001 and 2006. She was released from the Women's Prison
of Beijing in July 2006. On October 24, 2006, the police again went to ransack
her home and then took her to a police station. 9. [Beijing] Practitioner Mr. Zhang Peirong Arrested At 7:40 p.m. on October 23, 2006, Mr. Zhang Peirong from Beijing was
clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa in the Dongyun Apartments on
Xiangshan Road. He was reported to the police and subsequently arrested by the
Xiangshan District Police Station. He has been taken to the Qinghe District

Police from Daqing City Prison Because of Practicing Falun Dafa Exercises Practitioner Mr. Jin Sheng is currently being held in the Daqing City Prison.
At about 2:00 a.m. on September 20, 2006, when he was practicing the sitting
meditation, he was spotted and blocked by the chief of the Prison Political
Division, Fu Xuelin (male), who further reported to the deputy warden, Wang
Jiaren (male). Wang Jiaren led five police officers, including Li Weinan (male),
to break into the dorm, and instructed the criminals to carry Mr. Jin Sheng to
the solitary cell and locked him in an iron chair. He was locked
there for eleven days. At the beginning, they refused to allow him to go to the
bathroom. Later, his legs and feet became extremely swollen and he was released
after nine days. He was able to move around during the day but then was locked
up during the night. During this time, Mr. Jin went on a hunger strike for eight

Illegal Trial Practitioner Mr. Zhang Yunfu from Tanfang Town of Qingzhou City has been held
in the Detention Center of Qingzhou City for more than three months. Reportedly,
the Qingzhou City Court will be holding an illegal trial against him on the
morning of October 27, 2006. 12. [Linqu County, Shandong Province] Supplementary Information on the
Persecution of Practitioners Ms. Zhang Jiulan and Ms. Zhang Guiling Practitioners Ms. Zhang Jiulan and Ms. Zhang Guiling from Qiujiazhuang
Village, Zhifang Town in Linqu County were both arrested at their homes. They
are currently being held in the Detention Center of Linqu County. When Ms. Zhang
Guiling was arrested, police also confiscated some of her Falun Dafa books,
Falun Dafa lecture tapes, and other items. 13. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Practitioner Ms. Yin Deqin Arrested at
Home At around 7:00 p.m. on October 23, 2006, practitioner Ms. Yin Deqin, in her
30s, from Qingyan Town of Guiyang City was arrested at her home by police who
also ransacked the home. Her current whereabouts are unclear. The Lannigou Brainwashing Center of Guiyang City: 86-851-3762696 14. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Ms. Hu Guifeng Arrested Around noon on October 18, 2006, the chief, the deputy chief, and three
female police officers from the Qinduankou Street Police Station of the Hanyang
District of Wuhan City sneaked into the workplace of practitioner Ms. Hu Guifeng,
who was working in the 607 motorcade of the Public Bus Company of Wuhan City.
With the assistance of the workplace officials, they took Ms. Hu to the
Taojialing Brainwashing Center of the Hanyang District. Her current whereabouts
are unclear. In August 2001, Ms. Hu was sentenced to three years of forced labor by the
Hanyang District 610 Office because she was distributing truth-clarification
materials on the persecution of Falun Dafa. 15. [Jining City, Shandong Province] Practitioners Including Ms. Zhang
Dongmei Illegally Arrested Practitioner Ms. Zhang Dongmei from Jining City in Shandong Province is in
her 50s. Around July 20, 2006, when she went to visit her son, who was getting
ready to be married, the authorities from the State Security Division and the
police officers from the Police Department of Jining City arrested Ms. Zhang,
her son, and her daughter-in-law, and also ransacked their home. The police also
confiscated computers and other household items. Ms. Zhang was sentenced to two
and a half years of forced labor. She is currently being held in the No. 1
Women's Detention Center of Jinan City. Practitioner Mr. Fang Zhicheng from Jining City is an elementary school
teacher. At 3:00 a.m. on September 20, 2006, he was secretly taken away from his
home by authorities from the State Security Division of Jining City. His current
whereabouts are unclear. 16. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhang Fengzhi Arrested by
the Local 610 Office Practitioner Ms. Zhang Fengzhi from Beizhuang Village, Shiting Town, Laishui
County of Baoding City, Hebei Province, was taken away from her home by the 610
Office of Laishui County of Baoding City between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on
October 24, 2006. Her current whereabouts are unclear. 17. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Practitioners Including Ms. Li Chunfu
Illegally Held Practitioners Ms. Li Chunfu, Mr. Liu Aihui, and Mr. Li Tiejun from Tanghai
County have been illegally held in the Tangshan City Detention Center.
Practitioner Ms. Feng Lichun from Tanghai County was taken to the Kaiping City
Forced Labor Camp from the Tangshan City Detention Center on October 23, 2006. 18. [Nenjiang County, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Yanbo
Suffering from Severe Persecution Practitioner Ms. Wang Yanbo from Nenjiang County in Heilongjiang Province has
been held illegally for five years. She has been held for almost seven months in
the newly established Storm Fortification Team for persecuting Falun Dafa
practitioners. Every day, seven people beat her. They also force-fed her
intoxicating drugs, which have caused her to exhibit mental disorders. The
persecution is ongoing. 19. [Xingcheng City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Ma Yunshan Arrested At about 5:00 p.m. on October 25, 2006, practitioner Mr. Ma Yunshan from
Zhoujia Village, Sijia Township, Xingcheng City in Liaoning Province was
suddenly arrested. At 8:00 p.m., Mr. Ma was still being interrogated in the
police station of Sijia Township. 20. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Yuzhu Arrested and

Jinzhou City in Liaoning Province after the police ransacked their homes were:

Rongcheng County, Wang Ganqi (male) and others, went to the home of practitioner
Ms. Zhou Sujin from Lilang Village again in an attempt to deceive Ms. Zhou into
going to the Township. Later, Wang Ganqi (male) tried to call in a car to
forcibly take Ms. Zhou Sujin away, but due to the reasoning and requests of
fellow villagers, he had to give it up. Between October 1 and 25, 2006, the
Pingwang Township Government personnel and the Rongcheng County Police
Department repeatedly went to Ms. Zhou Sujin's home to harass her, thus bringing

materials. Ms. Chen is currently being held in the No. 2 Detention Center of

Mr. Fu Xiaodong, confiscated Falun Dafa books and truth-clarification materials,
and took Mr. Fu away. 29. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhang Jun Arrested by State
Security Guards At about 6:00 p.m. on October 25, 2006, practitioner Ms. Zhang Jun, 48 years
old, was arrested at her home on Baoqing Street in Qiaokou District of Wuhan
City by over 20 people from the State Security Division of Wuhan City. She was
taken to the Erzhigou Detention Center. Her home was ransacked and her husband,
who does not practice Falun Dafa, was also arrested. 30. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Guan Yue Still Held On June 2, 2006, illegally-arrested practitioner Ms. Guan Yue from Dalian
City was returned to the Fuminlu Police Station of Shahekou District in Dalian
City by the Procuratorate of the Shahekou District of Dalian City

Arrested Practitioner Mr. Chen Xiangjun from Fuyuan County in Heilongjiang Province
was arrested by police officers Zhang Sidong (male), Chai Jinlin (male), Guo
Jishan (male), and others from the State Security Division of the Police
Department of Fuyuan County after they ransacked his home. He is currently being

Dafa Practitioners in the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp by Police Guards Including Wu
Hongxun Practitioner Ms. Zhang Suqin from Acheng City was arrested on December 5,
2005. Because she refused to reveal her name, she was held in the No. 2 and No.
3 Detention Center of Harbin City for an extended period of time. On July 6,
2006, she was taken to the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp. Because she refused to
write the three statements, she was forced to kneel; because she
refused to kneel, she was strung up. Practitioner Ms. Liu Shuzhen's left leg, left foot, and right hand all became
disabled due to torture. Recently, the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp repeatedly took
her to the hospital to "confirm the diagnosis" because they wanted to
find evidence that the handicap existed before she was detained, thereby denying
that her disability resulted directly from the torture done by the Wanjia Forced

numbers in her pocketbook; among them was practitioner Ms. Luo Siying's phone
number. On October 24, 2006, Ms. Luo (about 56 or 57) from the Dadong District
was arrested at her home by the Police Department of Shenhe District. Her home
was also ransacked. 34. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Wu Shuyan On a Hunger
Strike in the Detention Center Practitioner Ms. Wu Shuyan, a Chang'an resident of the Dadong District of
Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, was arrested on May 23, 2006, because she was
practicing Falun Dafa, and she has been held since then. Reportedly, Ms. Wu has
been on a hunger strike to negate the illegal detention. Because she is

held in Nanpi County in Cangzhou City, Henan Province. Practitioner Ms. Xu Sao
was distributing truth-clarification materials there and was arrested by five or
six plainclothes police officers. She is currently being held in the Police

Fengzhi's home in Beizhuang Village, Shiting Town of Laishui County, and ransack
it. The police found and confiscated a package of truth-clarification materials
and a tape recorder, and also took Ms. Zhang Fengzhi away. Her current
whereabouts are unclear. 39. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Facts on the Persecution of Falun Dafa
Practitioner Ms. Xie Yuzhen Practitioner Ms. Xie Yuzhen from Shiting Town, Laishui County in Hebei
Province is 65 years old and is a retired teacher. In August 2002, when the
Laishui County Government and the local 610 Office were widely arresting
practitioners after practitioners had tapped into the television broadcast
system to show the truth about Falun Dafa, Ms. Xie Yuzhen was also arrested and
her home was ransacked. At that time, her son happened to be in a serious
condition after suffering from a burn injury and needed her to take care of him. Ms. Xie was held for altogether eleven days by the police station and town
government officials. She was subjected to forced labor, put into a wet room,
and forced to sleep on cement. During the time she was held, pictures of her and
her fingerprints were taken against her will and property and money worth over
one thousand yuan were extorted from her 40. [Dancheng County, Henan Province] Practitioner Mr. Wu Lizhong Arrested On the morning of October 17, 2006, police officers Wang Huaran (male), Wang
Zhonghua (male), and others from the Police Department of Hancheng County went
to the Wudian Administrative Village of Baima Town to arrest practitioner Mr. Wu
Lizhong, who was farming in his own field. The police confiscated Falun Dafa
books, truth-clarification materials, and other items. Mr. Wu Lizhong is
