Solemn Declaration

Since I started practicing Falun Gong in 1996, all of my diseases have been cured. I am grateful to Teacher and Dafa. In 1999, the Communist Party started persecuting Dafa. Because I did not have a deep understanding of Dafa, I had great fears and was afraid that I would lose my job. Under the pressure of the officials from my work unit, I did things that betrayed Teacher and Dafa. I signed a promise to not practice Falun Gong drafted by my family who did not practice. I left Dafa. One year later, I had various "symptoms." It was so serious that I could not work. Medical treatment did not work. It was compassionate Teacher who led me back to my true self. With the help of fellow practitioners, I came back to Dafa. Teacher saved my life once again. Now I have no symptoms at all and feel very light. I solemnly declare: all of my words and promises "not to practice Falun Gong" are invalid. I will do the three things well, be a dignified Dafa practitioner in the Fa-rectification period and return home with Teacher.

Solemn Declaration

I started practicing Falun Gong in May of 1998. When the evil started persecuting Dafa on July 20, 1999, under pressure from officials at my work unit, I wrote a promise not to practice Falun Gong. I also signed documents listing things that cannot be done by a Party member (including practice Falun Gong). My daughter also practiced Falun Gong. Her work unit asked her to turn in Dafa books. She cried several times. Moved by sentimentality, I agreed that she turn in one copy of Zhuan Falun. I immediately realized that it was not right. I beat myself up and cried. I did things that a true practitioner should never do. I am indebted to my Teacher and Dafa. Now I solemnly declare: all of my deeds that damaged Dafa and Teacher are invalid. In this precious time of the last stage, I will certainly study the Fa well, do the three things well, and make up for the losses I have caused. I am determined to cultivate to the end.
