(Clearwisdom.net) 1. [Linghai City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Xu Fengjuan Arrested On November 30, 2006, Ms. Xu Fengjuan, a Falun Gong practitioner from
Shuangyang Town, Linghai City, Jinzhou went to the Shuangyang Town Police
Substation to ask for a certificate for her daughter, who was working out of
town. A policeman named Wang Fushan illegally arrested her and took

[Chongqing City] Practitioner Ms. Zou Hualan Arrested Ms. Zou Hualan, a 54-year-old Falun Gong practitioner from the Changshou
District, was sentenced to forced labor by the police several times. At the end
of September 2006, the police of the Changshou District Police Substation
arrested Ms. Zou Hualan for the third time and took her to the Mao Jiashan
Women's Forced Labor Camp and illegally sentenced her to one-and-a-half years'
forced labor. At the end of October, the Chongqing Liberation Army 324 Hospital diagnosed
Ms. Zou Hualan with several diseases including Tuberculosis. On October 30, she
was released on bail for medical treatment. On November 30, four policemen
including Huang Daocheng broke into Ms. Zou Hualan's home for the fourth time to
do an illegal search. They took Ms. Zou Hualan away again, to the Maojiashan

Police Substation came to Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Chu Liangzhong's home to
do an illegal search. The police found Falun Dafa materials and
truth-clarifying materials. They also arrested his wife. After 5:00 a.m. on November 29, the Yangshu Town Police Substation and the
police of the National Security Team illegally arrested Ms. Zhang Chunqi, a
Falun Gong practitioner from Xiajia Team, and also confiscated a computer,
printer, and other equipment from Ms. Zhang Chunqi's home. Ms. Zhang is
currently detained at Dehui City Detention Center. On November 30, the National Security Team and the Yangshu Town Police
Substation arrested Falun Gong practitioners Mr. Wang Zhonghua and Mr. Lu

Jianguo Mr. Miao Jianguo, a practitioner who was imprisoned at Jinzhou Re-education
and Labor Camp has served his three-year term, yet the Jinzhou Re-education and
Labor Camp refused to release him. Mr. Miao Jianguo's parents, who were over
eighty years old, went to the Re-education Camp to ask for Mr. Miao, and they
were notified that his term had been extended for two more months to January 22,
2007. 5. [Guangdong Province] Persecution of Practitioners from Lianzhou City Mr. Liang Zhili, a Falun Gong practitioner from Lianzhou City, Guangdong
Province is missing. His wife Ms. Yang Yongxia was sentenced to three years'
forced labor at the Sanshui Women's Forced Labor Camp in 1999. Ms. Yang Yongxia
is suffering from mental instability due to torture and having no source of
income after she was released. She can hardly take care of her own daily needs.
Mr. Liang Zhili and Ms. Tao Shangzhen have been missing ever since they went to
Beijing to validate Falun Dafa on July 20, 1999. Practitioners from Lianzhou City imprisoned at the Shaoguang Beijiang Jail
include Mr. Chen Jincheng, Mr. Li Guangzhi (who was sentenced to seven years)

86-533-3227369 7. [Foshan, Guangdong Province] Mr. Xue Yuan Arrested and Taken to the Qinliu
Detention Center On November 11, 2006, Mr. Xue Yuan, a Falun Gong practitioner from Foshan,
Guangdong Province was taken away by the police when he was delivering
truth-clarifying materials. He was brought to the Qinliu Town Detention Center
at Foshan City. 8. [Chengde City, Hebei Province] Ms. Jin Chengxiu Fired from Her Job for No
Reason Ms. Jin Chengxiu, a Falun Gong practitioner working at the Railway Station of
the Chengde City, Hebei Province was clarifying the truth and giving out copies
of the "Nine Commentaries of the Communist Party" on December
3, 2006. She was seen by a policeman named Yu Dawu and as a result she was
detained and reported to the Section Chief and the Secretary General. Ms. Jin
Chengde was then fired from her job for no reason. The next day, the Secretary
General threatened Ms. Jin Chengxiu, to make her write a statement guaranteeing

86-13832401692 Yu Dawu, the policeman on duty: 86-13932420309 9. [Leshan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Yi Zhimei Arrested At 5:00 p.m. on November 29, 2006, Ms. Yi Zhimei, a Falun Gong practitioner
from Yangliu, Wutong, Leshan City, Sichuan Province was reported to the police
for posting truth-clarifying materials. Three policewomen led by Du Gaoying from
the Wutong National Security Team arrested her. Ms. Yi Zhimei is currently
detained at the Shizhushan Detention Center in Leshan City. 10. [Fuzhou City, Fujian Province] Ms. Xue Yulun Arrested In the afternoon of November 11, 2006, Ms. Xue Yulun, a Falun Gong
practitioner from Fuzhou was arrested after being reported for giving out
truth-clarifying materials. She is currently illegally jailed at Hongshan Police
Substation in Fuzhou City. 11. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Wang Peihong Arrested and Taken
to the Sanshui Women's Forced Labor Camp Ms. Wang Peihong, a Falun Gong practitioner from Luohu District, Shenzhen
City has been sentenced to three years of forced labor, and taken to the
Guangdong Sanshui Women's Forced Labor Camp, where she is being tortured. 12. [Tancheng County, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Qichan and His Wife Illegally
Arrested The head of the Tancheng County 610 Office in Lingqi City, Shandong Province,
Liu Yuhong, illegally arrested Mr. Li Qichan and his wife, Falun Gong
practitioners from Tancheng County. The police illegally search their home. Mr.
Li Qichan is being held at the Lingqi Brainwashing Class. Mr. Li Qichan's wife
has been illegally sentenced to three years of forced labor. 13. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yu Yanwei Forced into Homelessness On October 26, 2006, policemen from the Fengshan Police Substation broke into
Ms. Yu Yanwei's home to do an illegal search. They confiscated all her Falun
Dafa books, truth-clarifying materials and her photo of Master Li. Ms. Yu Yanwei

Security Bureau: 86-533-7547490, 86-533-7570725 14. [Xingtai, Hebei Province] Mr. Gao Jianliang Taken Away At 4:00 p.m. on December 1, 2006, 32-year-old Mr. Gao Jianliang , a Falun
Gong practitioner from Qingbao Village, Jiaozhuang, Nanshi District, Baoding
City was taken away by police from the Qiaodong Public Security Bureau of
Xingtai City while he was working at Xingtai. The Switchboard for the Xingtai City Public Security Bureau: 86-319-2022253 15. [Jingshan County, Hubei Province] Eight Practitioners Arrested In the afternoon of November 1, 2006, the Jingshan County 610 Office of
Jingmen City, Hubei Province, arrested eight Falun Dafa practitioners and
detained them at the Xinshi Police Substation. They took the practitioners to
the No. 1 Detention Center the following day. Over one week later, three
practitioners left with righteous thoughts. One of them was arrested again
later. 16. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Kindergarten Teacher Arrested A Falun Gong practitioner who is a teacher taught her kindergarten students
to say, "Falun Dafa hao" ("Falun Gong is good"). The parents
found out when the children came home and said "Falun Dafa hao," and
called the police to report her. As a result, she was arrested. 17. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Jiao Meishan and An Wenqi Illegally
Tried In the morning of November 28, 2006, the Xinhua District Court of
Shijiazhuang City illegally tried Falun Gong practitioners Mr. Jiao Meishan and
Mr. An Wenqi. 18. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Lei Xiuxiang Arrested Ms. Lei Xiuxiang is a Falun Gong practitioner from Yongqing Village, Jiangnan,
Fengman District, Jilin City. On March 2, 2006, police from the Fengman Public
Security Bureau illegally broke into Ms. Lei Xiuxiang's home, took her away and
searched her home. Ms. Lei Xiuxiang was illegally jailed at the detention center
for eight days, while the police prepared to sentence her to forced labor. The
forced labor camp refused to take her. On June 7, the local police arrested Ms. Lei Xiuxiang again and forcibly took
her to the Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp for further persecution. Once,
when Ms. Lei was doing the Falun Gong exercises, police officers, including Guan
Wei, Feng Xiaochun and Yang Wenyan, used electric batons to shock Ms. Lei
Xiuxiang and slammed her head into the wall. The police also used vicious
language to insult her. The phone number for the Changchun Female Forced Labor Camp: 86-431-85384312 19. [Chifeng, Inner Mongolia] Mr. Zhang Lianjun Persecuted at Chifeng Jail Mr. Zhang Lianjun, a practitioner from Songshan District, Chifeng, Inner
Mongolia, was a student in the Construction Department of Qinghua University. He
was illegally arrested when he was on his way to Beijing to validate Falun Dafa
and has since been detained and persecuted in Beijing. In May 2004, Mr. Zhang
Lianjun was transferred to Chifeng Jail, where he was tortured until he was
unable to walk. In August 2004, Mr. Zhang Lianjun started to protest the
persecution with a hunger strike. He has been on hunger strike for two years and

Brainwashing Class to Persecute Practitioners The Linghe District Public Security Bureau of Inner Mongolia collaborated
with the police substation to hold brainwashing classes at Shifengtang. On
around November 20, 2006, they illegally arrested several Falun Dafa
practitioners and took them to the brainwashing classes, attempting to force
them to write the three statements denouncing Falun Gong. If the
practitioners refused to write the statements, they were sentenced either to
forced labor camp or prison. 21. [Wangkui County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Chen Xiujie Arrested On November 30, 2006, Ms. Chen Xiujie, a Falun Gong practitioner from Wangkui
County, Heilongjiang Province was taken away from home and is now jailed at
Wangkui County Detention Center. Ms. Zhang Hongyan was also detained at the
Wangkui County Detention Center. 22. [Tieling, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Shuxia Arrested Again Ms. Zhang Shuxia, a Falun Gong practitioner from Qinghe District, Tieling
City, Liaoning Province, had only been released from jail for several months
before the police arrested her again. She is currently detained at Kaiyuan
Detention Center. Ms. Zhang Shuxia was previously sentenced to five years. She was held in the
Tieling Forced Labor Camp, the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Liaoning Province,
and Liaoyang Forced Labor Camp and the Shenyang Women's Jail where she was
inhumanly tortured. The Kaiyuan Detention Center: 86-410-3712881 23. [Yima City, Henan Province] Ms. Yue Fengmei and Ms. Kuan Lian Arrested On December 2, 2006, Ms. Yue Fengmei and Ms. Kuan Lian, two Falun Gong
practitioners from Yima City, Henan Province, were reported to the police when
they went to the countryside to clarify the truth. They were arrested and are
now detained at Yima City Detention Center. 24. [Wendeng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Hong Sentenced to Forced
Labor On November 8, 2006, police officers including Xiang Hongping from the
National Security Team of the Wendeng City Public Security Bureau of Shandong
Province, arrested Ms. Zhang Hong. They sentenced her to forced labor, and she
is now illegally detained at the notorious Shangdong No. 2 Women's Forced Labor
Camp (Wangcun Zibo). 25. [An'shun, Guizhou Province] Ms. Chen Huazheng Suffered Mental Disorder
after Torture at Zhongba Forced Labor Camp 26. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Mr. Liu Shengzhi Arrested Liu Shengzhi, a Falun Gong practitioner from Houlong Village, Guxian Town,
Pingdu City, Shandong Province was arrested by police from the Guxian Police
Substation when he was posting truth-clarifying posters on electricity poles at
around 5:00 a.m. on November 25, 2006. He was arrested by police and brought to
the Pingdu Jail, where he has been tortured. When Mr. Liu's family went to find
him, the police tried to extort ten thousand yuan from them. The
authorities were planning to sentence Liu Shengzhi to prison or forced labor

in early November 2006, and illegally detained him at the Tianzhu Detention
Center. The police tried to extort money from his family before they agreed to
release him.
