Mr. Cheng Huazheng Tortured Again Practitioner Mr. Cheng Huazheng from Anshun City, 64 years old, went to the
Dongjie Police Station, to clarify the truth this past December 3.
He was arrested and held in the No. 2 Detention Center of Anshun City. Mr. Cheng
has been protesting the Falun Gong persecution by going on a hunger strike since
his arrest. He was just released from the Zhongba Forced Labor Camp after being
"illegally detainled" there and subjected to brutal torture for three

and Ms. Zhang Yanfei Ransacked On the evening of December 6, 2006, police from Cangzhou City in Hebei
Province colluded with the State Security Division of Suning County to ransack
the homes of practitioners Mr. He Weiguo and Ms. Zhang Yanfei. They confiscated
computers, DVD discs, U discs, cellphones, and other personal belongings. 3. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Police
Harassed Practitioners and Ransacked Their Homes At around 8:30 p.m. on December 6, 2006, Cangzhou City police simultaneously
ransacked the homes of five Falun Dafa practitioners living in Cangzhou City.
For each home, there were three to eight police officers. Two practitioners'
computers were confiscated. The home of practitioner Mr. Lin Jie was turned
upside down by eight police officers from the Yunhe and the Shuiyuesi Police
Stations. Mr. Lin Jie was not at home at the time. His Falun Dafa books, savings
deposit slips, wallet, residential registration book, computers, and other
valuable items were all confiscated. Reportedly, three practitioners from Qing and Xian Counties were also
harassed around the same time. Furthermore, the computers from these
practitioners' homes were all taken away. 4. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitioners
Ms. Liu Shuyan and Ms. Jiang Dianhui Arrested At around 6:00 p.m. on December 6, 2006, police from the Weixing Road Police
Station in the Chaoyang District of Changchun City, led by Police Chief Hu
Daoyun (male), broke into the home of practitioners Ms. Liu Shuyan and Ms. Jiang
Dianhui (who was renting a room in Ms. Liu's home) for no justifiable reasons
and arrested both of them. In addition, the police also confiscated Falun Dafa
books in the home. After both practitioners were taken to the police station and
held for over three hours, they were sent to the Changyanggou Forced Labor Camp
and the No. 3 Detention Center, respectively, and are being subjected to
continued mistreatment. Ms. Liu's husband, who is suffering from brain
thrombosis, is left alone at home unable to care for himself . Weixing Road Police Station in the Chaoyang District of Changchun City, Jilin

from the Xinxiang County Medical College Illegally Held in the Xinxiang County
Detention Center for Nearly Six Months Through the efforts of many people, it was recently learned that practitioner
Mr. Yue Hanjun from the Xinxiang County Medical College of Henan Province has
been illegally held in the Xinxiang County Detention Center for nearly six
months since he was secretly arrested in June 2006. During his detention, no one
has been allowed to visit him. His family members were also warned not to let
anyone know about the illegal persecution of Mr. Yue Hanjun. Xinxiang County Detention Center: 86-373-5031189 6. [Hebei Province] Practitioners Ms. Lin and Her
Son Arrested by Police from Baoding Bus Station The following news was reported in the Third Edition of the No. 12 issue of
the Baoding City Transportation Newspaper dated December 1, 2006: At
about 7:00 a.m. on November 20, 2006, practitioner Ms. Lin and her son were
about to board the bus to Dezhou City in Shandong Province. When their bags were
put through the security at the door of the waiting room of the Baoding City Bus
Station, their 297 DVDs, Falun Dafa books, tapes, amulets, truth-clarification
materials, and photos were uncovered. Both practitioners were taken away by the
Beishi District Police Department. 7. [Xingtai City, Hebei Province] Practitioner
Ms. Hao Yancong Forced to Leave Home to Avoid Being Arrested Practitioner Ms. Hao Yancong is from Liyangbei Village, Shujiazhuang
Township, Ningjin County. Since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started to
persecute Falun Dafa in 1999, she has been repeatedly arrested for validating
Dafa and was tortured in the Women's Forced Labor Camp of Shijiazhuang City for
one year and nine months. After she was released from the labor camp, the Police
Department of Ningjin County attempted to take Ms. Hao to the brainwashing
center again but failed. Ms. Hao walked away with righteous thoughts. Since
then, she has been forced to live away from home to avoid being arrested. 8. [Heilongjiang Province] The Chang'an Police
Station of Mudanjiang City and Several Other Police Stations in the Dong'an
District Filmed Practitioners without Their Permission for Their Files The Chang'an Police Station: 86-453-6681604 9. [Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Cheng Yanlong Held in Huolianzai
Prison, Benxi City, Suffering from Necrosis of the Chest Tissues. He Became
Bedridden for an Extended Period of Time Due to Torture 10. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province]
Practitioner Mr. Zhou Liming Tortured in the Forced Labor Camp of Benxi City Practitioner Mr. Zhou Liming from Panjin City was arrested on July 20, 2006,
for logging onto the Internet. He was sentenced to two years of forced labor. He
is currently being held in the Forced Labor Camp of Benxi City. Due to being
tortured, has developed arteriosclerosis and high blood pressure (230/140), and
requires two people to support him when he walks. 11. [Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous
Region] Practitioners Including Mr. Yuan Rushi Arrested Local police arrested practitioner Mr. Yuan Rushi from Hohhot City on October
1, 2006. He left behind his wife and two sons, who are living in very harsh
conditions. In addition, other practitioners from Baotou and Erdos Cities were
also arrested in October 2006. 12. [Jiangxi Province] Information on the
Persecution of Practitioners from Jiujiang City 1) Since November 2006, police from the 610 Office in Jiujiang City, the
State Security Division, and the Security Guards notified the police stations
and the CCP Residential Office, as well as the CCP organizations of all work
units, to search the homes of Falun Dafa practitioners, mainly for computers.
Some practitioners were interrogated through phone calls, while other
practitioners' homes were searched for their computers. 2) Practitioner Ms. Wang Mei, over 50, from the 5727 Factory, was arrested by
Gantang police of the Xunyang District, while distributing truth-clarification
materials on the streets near the Bailu Hotel in the center of Jiujiang City.
Her current whereabouts are still unknown. 3) Practitioner Ms. Li Guihua has been kept in isolation from the time she
entered the Women's Forced Labor Camp of Nancang City in October 2006. Even her
family members are not allowed to visit her. 4) Practitioner Ms. Zhang Daidi was released only after her family members
paid ten thousand yuan to bail her out in October 2006. Since

of Shandong Province Illegally Withheld Falun Dafa Practitioner's Salary Practitioner Ms. Wang Xiuping is a teacher in the Affiliated School of the
Agriculture University of Shandong Province. Because she refuses to give up the
practice of Falun Dafa, the CCP Secretary of the Administration Office of the

Set Up a New Series of Brainwashing Centers to Torture Falun Dafa Practitioners 15. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] A Female
Practitioner Arrested According to witnesses, a female Falun Dafa practitioner was brutally
arrested by police when she was distributing truth-clarification materials in
the square where the opening ceremony of "The China Summit for Salespeople
of China of Zibo City" was held at the Yangzhai Property, China City, the
Zichuan District of Zibo City, Shandong Province, on October 28, 2006. 16. [Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Practitioner
Mr. Wang Haisheng Arrested Recently it was reported that practitioner Mr. Wang Haisheng from Suzhou City
was arrested on June 1, 2006. He is being held illegally in the local detention
center. His wife, who got married to him a little over a month ago, is now left
alone at home. 17. [Hulin City, Heilongjiang Province]
Practitioner Ms. Yang Yanchun Arrested Police arrested practitioner Ms. Yang Yanchun from Dongfanhong Town, Hulin
City, and her home was ransacked. They confiscated her copy machine and other
items. 18. [Changchun City, Jilin Province]
Practitioner Mr. Cong Zhiqing Arrested On the morning of November 20, 2006, practitioner Mr. Cong Zhiqing from
Changchun City in Jilin Province was arrested at home by the State Security
Division of the Chaoyang District, Changchun City, and by the State Security
Division of Changchun City. The police confiscated a copy of the book, the Nine
Commentaries on the Communist Party, some Falun Dafa amulets, as well
as other items. On December 1, 2006, Mr. Cong Zhiqing was sentenced to one year
of forced labor. He is currently being held in the Chaoyanggou District Forced
Labor Camp of Changchun City. 19. [Dandong City, Liaoning Province]
Information on the Persecution of Practitioners Ms. Wang Chunxiang and Mr. Sun
Lihao At the end of October 2006, police from Dandong City arrested several
practitioners. Reportedly, practitioner Ms. Wang Chunxiang from the Zhenxing
District was arrested. Ms. Wang Chunxiang's mother has requested the release of
Ms. Wang every day since, but the Police Department of Dandong City has refused
her requests. In addition, practitioner Mr. Sun Lihao has been sentenced to four years of
imprisonment by the Dandong City Court. He is currently being held illegally in
the Dandong City Detention Center. 20. [Guang'an City, Sichun Province]
Practitioner Mr. Xiang Lin Brutally Tortured by the State Security Division of
Huaying City On November 2, 2006, practitioners Mr. Xiang Lin, Mr. Pan Jianqun, and Mr.
Zeng Geping were arrested by police at the truth-clarification materials
production site of Huaying City (lower level city under Guang'an City). The
police took Mr. Xiang Lin to the State Security Division of Huaying City and
brutally tortured him for two days. He was beaten until he was severely injured.
In order to protest the persecution, Mr. Xiang is on a hunger strike in the
Huaying City Detention Center. He is extremely weak and he can barely stand up;
his voice is low and weak. 21. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Practitioner
Ms. Li Meiying Arrested on December 1, 2006, While Distributing
Truth-clarification Materials 22. [Chongqing City] Supplementary Information
on the Persecution of Practitioner Mr. Yuan Rong According to reliable information, on the afternoon of November 27, 2006,
police from the Jingkou Police station of the Shapingba District of Chongqing
City suddenly ransacked the home of practitioner Mr. Yuan Rong from Chongqing
City. They also attempted to arrest Mr. Yuan, but he walked away with righteous
thoughts. 23. [Beijing City] Two Falun Dafa Practitioners
Sentenced to Forced Labor On October 24, 2006, police officers including Jiao Zhengtong (male) from the
Qianjiadian Police Station in Yanqing County deceived the husband of
practitioner Ms. Ma Xianling in order to call her back from farming in the
field. Claiming they wanted Ms. Ma Xianling to go to the police station for
fingerprints, the police arrested her. On the same day, another group of
officers from Qianjiadian arrested practitioner Mr. Liu Chunshu. At present,
both practitioners have been sentenced to forced labor and have already been
taken to the Daxing Forced Labor Camp in Beijing, where they are being tortured. 24. [Liuyang City, Hunan Province] Practitioners
Ms. Luo Dan and Ms. Chen Jinding Arrested and Held The Liuyang City Police and the local 610 Office arrested practitioners Ms.
Luo Dan and Ms. Chen Jinding in mid November 2006 for distributing Falun Gong
truth-clarification materials. They are being held in the Liuyang City Detention
Center. On November 9, 2006, practitioners Ms. Xu Yuan, Ms. Zhou Kelan, Mr. Nie Si,
and Mr. Qiu Xiaoyi were arrested and the Liuyang City Police Department and the
610 Office ransacked their homes. These practitioners are being kept in the
