1. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Dafa Practitioners Zhao Zhanzhong and Guo
Shechao Persecuted During September and November of 2006, Dafa disciples Mr. Zhao Zhanzhong, Mr.
Guo Shechao, Mr. Shi Zhenguo, Mr. Yang Hailin , Mr. Xue Jinze, Mr. Zhang
Wenliang refused to write the so-called "four statements." Police
officer Gao Jinli and others beat and kicked them, shocked them with an electric
baton, and beat them with a rubber baton. They were injured so badly that they
have not been able to move about on their own. 2. [Shuangyashan Farm, Heilongjiang Province] Dafa Practitioner Meng Xianzhi
Arrested Mr. Meng Xianzhi, a Dafa practitioner from the middle school of Shuangyashan
Farm, was arrested at the beginning of September 2006 for clarifying the truth.
Recently he was sentenced to two years of forced labor and fired from his job. 3. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioners Fan Jianguo and Shen
Xiangjun Arrested Mr. Fan Jianguo and Mr. Shen Xiangjun, Dafa disciples from Zichuan District,
Zibo City, were arrested on November 9, 2006. At present they are still being
detained at the detention center of Zichuan District. Fan Jianguo went on hunger

Department: 86-533-5189283 Detention Center: 86-533-5189393 4. [Hengyang City, Hunan Province] Dafa Practitioner Ma Kelin Detained On December 1, 2006, Mr. Ma Kelin, a Dafa disciple from Hengyang City, sent a
bed quilt to fellow practitioner Mr. Peng Junnan, who was detained at the
Hengdong Detention Center. On the way back Mr. Ma was arrested by police from
the detention center. Ma Kelin is now detained at the Hengdong Detention Center. Hengdong Detention Center in Hengyang City: 86-734-5222324 5. [Shanghai] Dafa Practitioner Zhang Yimin and Others Detained at the
Tilanqiao Prison Mr. Zhang Yimin, who was released in March 2005, was arrested again in
November 2005 and sentenced to one year of imprisonment. Mr. Geng Zhaojun, who was released in June 2005, was arrested again in August
2005 and sentenced to one year of imprisonment. Ms. Zhang Qin, who was released in November 2004, was arrested again in
December 2005. Mr. Jiang Yexiang, who was released in March 2005, was arrested again in
December 2005 and sentenced to one year of imprisonment. Mr. Wu Zhming, who was released in October 2005, was arrested again in
November 2005 and imprisoned. 6. [Qing County, Hebei Province] Facts about the Persecution of Dafa
Practitioner Li Yansong and Others At 5:50 p.m. of December 6, 2006, the Police Department of Qing County
ransacked the homes of these Dafa disciples in Qing County: Mr. Li Yansong, Mr.
Li Xuezhi, Mr. Li Weimin, Ms. Liu Qian, Mr. Zhang Qiwei, and Mr. Wei Qinghua.
They confiscated computers from Li Yansong, Li Weimin and Zhang Qiwei, 9,000
yuan in cash from Li Yansong, and the bankbook listing deposits of Han Hua's
workplace. All of Dafa disciples were detained. 7. [Wusong County, Jilin Province] Dafa Practitioners Sun Changping
and Sun Fengxia Detained On December 11, 2006, Mr. Sun Changping and his sister Ms. Sun Fengxia from
Lushui Town Wusong County were detained at the brainwashing center at the police
school in Baishan City. There were three Dafa practitioners from Wusong and four
from other places there. 8. [Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province] Dafa Practitioner Ms. Liu Guiqin
Arrested When Distributing Truth-clarification Material in the Afternoon of
November 27, 2006; Her Whereabouts Are Unknown. 9. [Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province] Dafa Practitioner Wu Dongsheng
Arrested At 4 p.m. on July 11, 2006, Ms. Wu Dongsheng, a homeless Dafa practitioner
from Jinshahe Village, Qixingpao Twon, Baoqing County, Shuangyashan City,
Heilongjiang Province was arrested by the Qixingpao Police station. At present
she is detained at the Baoqing Detention Center. At the detention center she was brutally beaten and shocked with an electric
baton. Several plastic bags were put over her head until her face became blue
from lack of air. The police also stomped her head. 10. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Dafa Practitioner Li Hongjun
Arrested Mr. Li Hongjun, 47 years old, was director of the Food and Grain Storage
Warehouse of Zhengda Food Limited Corporation in Jilin Province. On the evening
of December 8, 2006, he was reported, arrested and then sent to the Weizigou
Forced Labor Camp by the police station of Hongqi Street, Chaoyang District,
Changchun City. 11. [Yueyang City, Hunan Province] Dafa Practitioner Zhou Yuhui
Arrested On December 7, 2006, after Mr. Zhou Yuhui, a teacher from Nanhu Elementary
School in Yueyang clarified the truth to his students, he was reported by a
student's parents. The Wulipai police station, municipal 610 office and police
department in Yueyang ordered the school officials to send Zhou Yuhui to Jinhai
Hotel. In the meantime they ransacked Mr. Zhou's home. Later Zhou Yuhui was
detained at the Hubin Detention Center in Yueyang. 12. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Dafa Practitioner Mr. Wang Rizhao, in
His 40's, Was Arrested by Two Undercover Officers at His Workplace in the
Afternoon of December 7, 2006, and His Home Was Ransacked 13. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Dafa Practitioner Yu Huaicai
Imprisoned On November 15, 2006 Mr. Yuhuaicai, a Dafa disciple from Hulan District in
Harbin, was arrested. After he was released ten days later, he went to the
police department to request the money that was confiscated from him. He was
again detained and has not been released. 14. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Liu Wei Has
Two Years of Salary Taken Away Mr. Liu Wei was a Dafa disciple from the professional and technical school in
Suizhong County, Huludao City. After his term of forced labor was completed, he
went back to work at the school. The supervisor did not allow him to teach
courses and illegally took away two years of his salary. Principal of the professional and technical school in Suizhong County Liu

Arrested After dinner on December 10, 2006, Ms. Hu Xiufeng, a Dafa disciple from the
Mining Bureau of Panzhihua City, went to distribute truth-clarification
material. She was arrested by police at around 1 a.m. of December 11, 2006. Her
home was illegally ransacked, and ten truth-clarification discs were
confiscated. 16. [Yunnan Province] Dafa Practitioner Wang Chunlan Illegally
Sentenced Ms. Wang Chunlan, 38 years old, was a teacher from Wenshan County, Wenshan
Village, Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. She was arrested on May
19, 2006, and she was sentenced to three years of imprisonment. 17. [Guan County, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioner Xie Guiqin
Arrested On December 5, 2006 Dafa disciples Ms. Xie Guiqin, Mr. Ge Muhuan, Mr. Li
Zengying, Mr. Guo Baoting, Mr. Cao Hexian, Mr. Du Xiugang and his brother were
arrested by the 610 office in Guan County of Shandong Province. 18. [Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province] In December 2006, Three
Dafa Practitioners from Changzhou Were Arrested by the "610
Office" after Being Reported while Distributing Truth-clarification VCD's 19. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] In December 2006, Dafa Practitioner Mr.
Zang Xiyong Was Arrested while Distributing Truth-clarification Material 20. [Chenxi County, Hunan Province] Dafa Disciple Ou Jiafa Arrested Again On December 6, 2006, policemen from Chenyang Town's Police Station, members
of the 610 Office and the National Security Department at Chenxi County, Hunan
Province arrested Mr. Ou Jiafa from his own home. 21. [Taoyuan County, Hunan Province] Dafa Disciple Wen Lijun Arrested Dafa disciple Ms. Wen Lijun lives at Pantang Village, Taoyuan County, Hunan
Province. On November 29, 2006, she handed out fliers and clarified the truth
about Falun Gong in her hometown. She was reported by someone, and she was
arrested and detained at the Pantang Village Police Station. Later on, Ms. Wen
Lijun was detained and tortured at the Taoyuan County Detention Center. 22. [Xian County, Hebei Province] Dafa Disciple Peng Yumin Forced to Become
Homeless and Destitute At about 9:00 p.m. on December 6, 2006, members of the National Security
Department at Xian County, Hebei Province broke into Dafa disciple Ms. Peng
Yumin's house and took away her personal computer, more than 100 yuan in cash
and other valuables worth around 1,000 yuan. Afterwards, Ms. Peng Yumin had to
become homeless and destitute to avoid arrest. 23. [Anshun City, Guizhou Province] On December 3, 2006 Mr. Cheng Huazheng
was Arrested and Detained at Dongjie Police Substation of Xixiu District Police
Station 24. [Chishui City, Guizhou Province] Dafa Disciples Wang Zexuan, Huang Zuyun
and Others Sent to Forced Labor Camp On November 2, 2006, three Dafa disciples including Mr. Wang Zexuan and Mr.
Huang Zuyun, were arrested. They have been sent to the Zhongba Forced Labor Camp
for two years. Zhu Xingbi from Xishui County, who had been arrested together
with them, was probably sent back to Xishui County. 25. [Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province] Two Dafa Disciples Sent to Forced
Labor Camp On the evening of November 24, 2006, a material production site in
Gongzhuling City was destroyed by police. Among the four Dafa disciples who were
arrested, two of them were sent to forced labor camp, and the authorities are
planning to send the other two to jail. 26. [Jizhou City, Liaoning Province] Dafa Disciple Ms. Zhang Xiaoling
Detained At around noon on December 7, 2006 Ms. Zhang Xiaoling from Jizhou City,
Liaoning Province was distributing truth-clarification materials at the North
Guta District of Jizhou City. She was reported by someone and then arrested.
They took away her Dafa books and audio tapes, as well as her cellular phone.
Right now, Ms. Zhang Xiaoling is being detained at the Jizhou City Detention
Center. Recently, the Beijie Police Substation illegally arrested six Dafa disciples,
including Mr. Zhang Lifeng. Three of them are still detained there currently. Beijie Police Substation: 86-416-2363869 Director Han Jianwei: 86-13904160110 27. [Jiuquan City, Gansu Province] Four Dafa Disciples Including Ms. Xie
Hongying Illegally Sentenced On December 5, 2006, the People's Court at Suzhou District, Jiuquan City,
Gansu Province held a secret hearing and sentenced Ms. Xie Hongying, who is
about 50 years old, Mr. Xiao Zhanlong, Mr. Quan Zhenwei, and Mr. Wang Lifeng. 28. [Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province] Eight or Nine Dafa Disciples Arrested and
Sentenced At around 8:10 am of December 12, 2006, the Liaoyuan City Court held an
illegal hearing for eight or nine Dafa disciples. One Dafa disciple was dragged
to court by police because he had lost the ability to walk by himself due to
persecution. Seven Dafa disciples, including Mr. Xiang Lijie, Mr. Zhao Yan and
Mr. Zhang Shunhong, firmly rejected the result of the sentences. 29. [Deyang City, Sichuan Province] Dafa Disciples Ms. Yang Zhixuan and Ms.
Yan Fuming Arrested On December 3, 2006 Dafa disciple Ms. Yang Zhixuan, who lives in Luojiang
County, Deyang City, Sichuan Province, was arrested when she was clarifying the
truth about Falun Gong in the Baima Area. At around 10:00 a.m. of December 7, 2006 Dafa disciple Ms. Yan Fuming, over
50 years old, who is an employee of Resin Plant of Luojiang County, Deyang City,
Sichuan Province, was reported by someone when she was clarifying the truth
about Falun Gong at her workplace. She was subsequently arrested by the National
Security Department. 30. [Yi County, Hebei Province] Dafa Disciple Li Guimin Tortured by the
National Security Team of the Police Department Since July 20, 1999, the Police Department of Yi County has cruelly
persecuted Dafa disciples. They have arrested and fined Dafa disciples all over
the county and sentenced them to forced labor re-education or imprisonment. They
even tortured Dafa disciples Mr. Li Guimin and Mr.. Feng Guoguang to death. On March 5, 2004, through monitoring the phone call of Dafa disciples Tian
Guojun, the national security team arrested Dafa practitioners Ms. Li Shumei and
Mr. Zhang Jinrong from Lujiazhuang, Yizhou Town. Their home was ransacked and
they were detained and fined. At the end of October 2006, Dafa disciple Ms. Zhang Lanping of Yi County was
reported while clarifying the truth. She was arrested by the national security
team of the police department in Yi County, and she was detained for over ten
days. She was so severely beaten that there were scars and bruises all over her
body. Her family members were extorted out of over 5,000 yuan and fined 1,500
yuan. 31. [Beijing] Dafa Disciple Wang Yufeng Forced to Become Homeless and
Destitute Dafa disciple Ms. Wang Yufeng was arrested at her workplace by officers from
the Jianguomenwai Police Station at around 4 p.m. of December 4, 2006. He later
escaped with righteous thoughts and became homeless and destitute. 32. [Honghe State, Yunnan Province] Dafa Disciple Yang Linke Sentenced to
Forced Labor Mr. Yang Linke, a Dafa disciple from Gejiu City, Honghe State, Yunnan
Province was arrested by the Caoba Police Station when he was distributing
truth-clarification material. He has been sent to a forced labor camp. 33. [Zunhua City, Hebei Province] Dafa Disciples Tian Xiujun and Tian Xiuping
Arrested On December 7, 2006 the national security team at Zunhua, Hebei Province and
the police station at Malanyu Town confiscated Dafa materials from the home of
Dafa disciples Ms. Tian Xiujun and Ms. Tian Xiuping of Houjianshan Village. Both
of them were arrested and sent to the Zunhua City Detention Center. 34. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Some Facts of Dafa Practitioners
Being Sentenced Ms. Hua Xiaojuan, age 36, lived at Jianhua District, Qiqihar City. Because
she made Dafa truth-clarification material, she was arrested by the police
station at Anshun Road, Longsha District of Qiqihar City on December 9, 2003.
She was interrogated using various types of torture, and she was hung in the air
with hands cuffed behind the back. On December 12, 2003, she was sent to the
First Detention Center of Qiqihar City. On October 8, 2004, she was sentenced to
ten years of imprisonment by the Longsha District Court in Qiqihar City. On
October 20, 2004 she was sent to the Women's Prison of Heilongjiang Province. Ms. Zhang Dexiang, 39, lived at the 42nd Group, Xinjiang Road, Jianhua
District of Qiqihar City. Because she clarified the truth and made Dafa
truth-clarification material, she was arrested by the Wulong Police Station in
Longsha District of Qiqihar City on December 9, 2003. On December 11, 2003 she
was sent to the First Detention Center of Qiqihar. On October 8, 2004 she was
sentenced to ten years of imprisonment. Ms. Niu Fengqin, 61, lived at Jianhua District of Qiqihar City. Because she
made Dafa truth-clarification materials, on the evening of December 9, 2003 she
was arrested by the Wulong Police Station in Longsha District of Qiqihar City.
The police confiscated a computer, a laser printer, a cell phone and food from
her home. On December 11, 2003 she was sent to the First Detention Center. On
October 8, 2004 she was sentenced to eight years of imprisonment. Mr. Zhong Yajun, 36 years old, lived at Group 129 of Dongwu Police Station,
Jianhua District of Qiqihar City. Because he clarified the truth and distributed
truth-clarification materials, he was arrested by the Police Station at Angshun
Road, Longsha District on December 9, 2003. On December 12, 2003, he was sent to
the First Detention Center of Qiqihar City and detained there. Later he was
sentenced to seven year of imprisonment. Ms. Shi Xiuying, 36 years old, lived at Jianhua District of Qiqihar City.
Since she distributed Dafa truth-clarification material, she was arrested by the
Longwu Police Station in Longsha District of Qiqihar City on December 8, 2003.
On December 9, 2003, she was sent to the First Detention Center of Qiqihar City
and sentenced to seven years of imprisonment. 35. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Supplemental Information Regarding
the Persecution of Dafa Practitioner Liu Limei Prior to Her Death In early 2003, Ms. Liu Limei, a Dafa disciple from Harbin, was arrested by
the national security team of the Harbin Police Department. She was hung up by a
rope and swung around. She was shocked with an electric baton. Her feet and
hands were tied up, she was was dragged around by her hair, and her head was
pushed into a pot filled with water. Mustard oil was poured into her nose while
her mouth was sealed. Later she was sent to a detention center and detained
there. After she arrived at the detention center, Liu Limei kept coughing and
could not take any food. An examination showed that she had tuberculosis. Liu
Limei passed away in August 2003.
