Several Falun Gong Practitioners From Linyi, Shandong Province Taken to 610 Office Brainwashing Session

On December 13, 2006, Linyi City 610 Office agents in Shandong Province arrested practitioner Wang Qingzhong and many other practitioners in different counties and districts and sent them to a brainwashing session. The address for the brainwashing center is No. 55 Yizhou Road, Linyi City, Shandong Province. Between 14 and 18 practitioners are being held there.

Wang Qingzhong, a professor at the Physics Department of Linyi University in Shandong Province, the former Linyi Normal School, was arrested and sent to this brainwashing session the morning of December 13, 2006.

Practitioner Mr. He Rushang, a teacher at the No. 4 Middle School in Hancun Town, Linyi County was arrested by Linyi County 610 Office agents and sent to a forced labor camp. Several days after he went home, on October 28, 2006, 610 Office agents arrested him again from home and took him to the brainwashing session.

Liu Hongyu and other heads of the Tancheng County 610 Office recently arrested practitioners Mr. Li Qichang and his wife and ransacked their home. Mr. Li is currently being held at the brainwashing session in Linyi County. His wife was sentenced to three years of forced labor.
