(Clearwisdom.net) A retired teacher, Ms. Feng Yanqin, who lives in the Fangzi District, Weifang City, Shandong Province, is righteous and compassionate. Simply for cultivating Falun Dafa and speaking the truth, she was illegally arrested and detained many times.

In July 2004, she was arrested by policemen in the Fangzi District while clarifying the truth about Falun Gong, and sent to Wangcun Forced Labor Camp. In the forced labor camp she was persecuted until she had a heart attack. The forced labor camp was afraid to take responsibility for her condition, so they told her family to bring her home. Her pension was suspended the day after she was abducted. The Chief of the Fangzi District 610 Office, Zhu Yanlin, manipulated the Fangzi Town Educational Committee to do this. In December 2005, her salary was taken away by the 610 Office without reason, and without notice. The first time Ms. Feng's pension was suspended was from July 1999 until November 2001. In July 2004, her pension was suspended again.

In July 2006, in order to protect her legal rights, this retiree who had lost her rightful income went to the 610 Office to ask Zhu Yuanlin why her pension was being withheld and to ask him to restore it. However, just as she arrived at the entrance hall of the government building, she was stopped. The guard called for Zhu Yanlin but was told he was not in. Ms. Feng had to report her situation to the district appeals office. No one in the appeals office could give her an adequate reply, but several of them slandered Dafa. They told her to go to the Civil Complaints Office, but the people there sent her away with the excuse that their words would have no effect. She went back again to the appeals office, but they evaded her with all kinds of excuses. Ms. Feng would not leave without a reply. They even called the police. The police put this senior woman in her 60s into the police car and took her to the Heng'an Police Station. She clarified the truth to everyone there, but they insulted and threatened her.

Ms. Feng went to the Fangzi District Educational Bureau but was told that the chief was not in. Later she went to the Fangzi Town Educational Committee, but they said that her case was handled by the district 610 Office and they had nothing to do with it. She went there several times, but they evaded her every time.

She called Zhu Yanlin directly and asked, "Why did you take away my pension? Where is your order? Can you let me see it?" Zhu Yanlin answered, "I will not give back your salary, and I would not let you see any order even if I had one." When Ms. Feng asked why not, Zhu answered, "You should go to the brainwashing center to qualify. If you do not get brainwashed, I cannot give you the money. I cannot let you be against the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and meanwhile obtain money from it!"
