By a practitioner from Guangdong Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Not long after I started to practice Falun Dafa, the CCP began the massive persecution and defamation of Dafa. Due to my attachment to fear, I stopped studying the Fa. Four years passed in a flash. In January 2004, I had health problems again and had to go to a hospital in Guangzhou for treatment for more than a month. I was told that I had heart disease, myocardial infarction, arthritis, and several other problems. I was told that I needed heart bypass surgery costing tens of thousands of yuan. I refused and told my son, "Your mother is in very bad shape and could pass away at any time! I cannot even walk a single step up the stairs without someone tending to me. Just bring me home to wait for my Maker!"

It was at this time, when I was just about to die, that Master arranged for me to meet a fellow practitioner. She asked me how my health problems came about, and I replied ashamedly that I could not afford the money to see the doctor. The practitioner immediately said, "Don't be afraid. Do you want to study the Fa and practice the exercises? The Fa can save your life!" I replied, "I have a copy of Zhuan Falun but I don't know how to do the exercises." She said, "I'll help you buy a cassette player and give you all the exercise videos and audiotapes." This is how I began cultivating formally.

As I seem to have a very large amount of karma, I always call Master's name whenever I'm in pain and repaying my karmic debts. Sometimes I also recite "Falun Dafa is good" and I feel more comfortable both physically and spiritually. It was the same every time I underwent a tribulation. In this way, through studying the Fa and practicing the exercises, my health improved day by day.

Some time later, my son and daughter-in-law came home and saw my improved health. They also saw the Dafa books, truth clarification materials, etc. on my desk and asked me what they were. I replied, "You cannot change me; it is Falun Dafa that saved me. This is the Dafa book that I read everyday, because it is through Dafa that my health improved." My son picked up the book and glanced through it, then said, "Go on practicing then." When the Chinese Communist Party began persecuting Falun Dafa initially, they used to snatch my books away from me, hiding them to prevent me from studying. However, they no longer do that and they also know that Dafa is good.

My daughter-in-law told me one day, "I also want to read the book if Dafa is so good!" When my daughter called and heard my healthy voice, she asked happily, "Mom, you sound so good now. How is that possible?" I replied, "It is because I've obtained the Fa and I practice the exercises and study the Fa everyday!" She exclaimed, "Dafa is so good! Keep on cultivating!"

Once, while clearing my body, I vomited blood and passed out. Only my six-year-old granddaughter was at home. She called my neighbor who took me to the hospital. The doctor said that I was in critical condition and I should contact my family members. My relatives called my daughter and told her of my situation. My daughter said, "I knew it long ago. When I sent Mom to the hospital in Guangzhou, the doctor told me that Mom's disease was incurable. I never thought that she'd still be alive today. This is already a miracle." My relative (a practitioner) replied, "Your mother practices Falun Gong! She would not be here for you to call her anymore if not for Dafa." My daughter then kept on thanking Master and saying that Falun Dafa is truly good.

When my six-year-old granddaughter came to visit me after school one day, she stood at my feet and exclaimed with wide eyes, "Oh! Grandmom, your leg looks different. It used to be very black, but now it's not anymore."

At this time, I became enlightened that all the blood I had vomited earlier were bad things and that Master was helping me clear my body and get rid of karma. I was filled with indescribable gratitude to Master! I now face Master's portrait often and cry in tears, "Master! Thank you for your most compassionate salvation. You have given me my second life!"

By writing this article, I hope that all former practitioners who have had similar experiences can awaken as soon as possible! Do not be fooled by the lies of the evil CCP anymore and return to the path of cultivation in Dafa. Only Dafa and our most compassionate Master can truly save us and help us forsake this sea of hardship. Master has told us: "If I can’t save you nobody can." (Zhuan Falun) Fellow practitioners, you can only have a good future by believing in Dafa!
