On November 7, 2006, police of Datong City, Shanxi Province ransacked homes of practitioners and arrested them. Practitioners are held at the local detention center.

In June 2006, authorities of Liaoning College of Economics and Management took Ms. Luo Dan, a teacher, to a brainwashing center. They also used this incident to force all students to position themselves. They spread lies to poison the students' minds.

Towards the end of October 2006, local authorities and police from the Huanggu District Police Station arrested Ms. Ding Xin, a teacher from that college. She is detained at the local detention center. On November 15, 2006, she was taken to the Zhangshi Brainwashing Center.

On November 12, 2006, Ms. Sun Chunxia from Longgang District had a photo taken for her identification card. On November 15, she was notified that her photos needed to be retaken. Police from the Longgang Police Subdivision arrested her the minute she arrived there.

On October 25, 2006, at approximately 8 p.m., local police from the Beijie Police Station of Guta District, Jinzhou City, broke into the home of Ms. Zhang Lifeng. She and five other practitioners were arrested.

On November 16, three of the practitioners, including Mr. Qu Kai, were pronounced "guilty." After three days of detention, Ms. Ju Xiaomei and Mr. Zhang Bo were taken to the Dahuofangshuiku Brainwashing Center in Fushun for further persecution. Ms. Zhang Lifeng is detained at Jinzhou City No.1 Detention Center.

Local police of Qianjin Township Police Station, Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province, arrested Ms. Cheng Guiyun, from Zouzhangzi Village, and extorted 300 yuan from her before releasing her.

Prior to this, the police broke into Mr. Cui Zhenxiang's home by jumping over the wall and breaking open the door in the middle of the night. They tried to arrest him after discovering a Falun Gong amulet. They extorted 500 yuan from Mr. Cui.

Police also broke into Mr. Wang Xuejia's home. After they discovered Falun Gong flyers, they arrested Mr. Wang and extorted 200 yuan.

Police also broke into Mr. Liu Baoyu's home in Beizhangzi, arrested his wife and extorted 4,000 yuan, because they found the main book of Falun Dafa, Zhuan Falun.

Ms. Zhao Aili and Mr. Dong Yushui, husband and wife from Ganjingzi District, Dalian City were arrested and detained many times. In 2003, the National Security Squad of Dalian City arrested and sentenced them. Mr. Dong was sentenced to 4 years in Wafangdian Prison in Dalian City, where he suffered high blood pressure and came down with cardiac illnesses. He was released on medical grounds. After he recovered a little, he was arrested again and taken to Wafangdian Prison, Dalian City.

Ms. Zhao Aili was sentenced to 3 years. After she had been out of Shenyang Prison for two months, she was arrested again and is now held in Yaojia Detention Center in Dalian.

Practitioner Tian Yunhai from Dalian City is detained at No. 6 Brigade, No.1 Ward in Panjin Prison, where he suffers beatings, electric shock, and the tiger bench. Mr. Tian has been on a hunger strike for 90 days to protest the torture. He was tied to an iron chair for 50 days. He has now been transferred to the No. 5 Ward for ill prisoners.

During November 2006, staff from the 610 Office of Dalian City, and police from the Ganjingzi National Security Brigade and Jiaojinshan Police Station arrested Mr. Cong Wei and Mr. Zhang Guoyu and filed charges against them. They planned to sentence Mr. Cong Wei to a prison term and Mr. Zhang Guoyu to forced labor.

Ms. Chen Ruilian, 56 years old, was clarifying the truth to the public in Zhongrun Shiji Shopping Mall on November 4, 2006. Security saw her on the video camera. At noon on October 26, 2006, several police officers from the Lidian Township Police Station and Wafangdian City Public Security Bureau broke into practitioner Mr. Gong Fajiup's home and arrested him. They ransacked his home. He is now detained in the Wafangdian Detention Center.

Early January 2006, local police from Hengren County, and police from an out of town police station arrested him in Erpengdianzi Township, Hengern County. His whereabouts are unknown.

Mr. Wei Quan, a practitioner from Chengguan Township, Wuqing District, Tianjin City, was clarifying the truth about Falun Gong on November 16, 2006. Someone reported him to the police. Police officers from Chengguan Township and the National Security Squad of Wuqing District arrested him. He is now detained in Wuqing District Detention Center.

On November 5, 2006, Ms. Zhang Ruihua from Nanjing City was arrested.

On November 13, 2006, local police from Ximing Police Station, Wanbailin Police Substation, Shanxi Public Security Bureau, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province and staff from the 610 Office arrested Ms. Cai Yun, a practitioner and his child, mother and friend. They ransacked their home and confiscated a computer and other items. They are now detained at Ximing Police Station and Jiankuang Police Station.

On November 14, the police arrested another five to six practitioners. A total of about 10 practitioners have been arrested recently.

On November 14, 2006, Mr. L?Qiao, a practitioner from Hongyang Middle School, Zhaili Township, Zichuan District was arrested at work and then taken to the Zibo City Brainwashing Center.

20. Staff from the National Security Squad of Langfang City arrested Ms. Liu Guimei from Chouzhuang Township, Langfang City, Hebei Province, on November 13, 2006. She had been released from a detention center only a few months ago.

Police from Yantai County arrested

Mr. Tang Weiwu, a practitioner from Changle County, on October 15, 2006. He was taken to Weifang Detention Center on November 9.

The following practitioners who were arrested on October 16, 2006 were transferred to Wang Village, Zibo City for forced labor: Wang Fengying from Rongcheng City, Hu Yongjian from Liu Village, Ms. Wang Ling, Ms. Tian Qinghua and Ms. Wang Xiucui from Hekou Village, and Ms. Bi Shihong from Beimadao Village of Lidao Township. Father of Bi Shihong, Liu Xiaodan and his father Mr. Liu Dewen are still being held at the Rongcheng Detention Center.

Half a dozen policemen from Jiangsulu Police Station and staff from the local 610 Office of Qingdao Province arrested Mr. Duan Like around noon on November 15, 2006. He was arrested at home. They ransacked his home and confiscated a computer, a laptop computer and some removable disks. His whereabouts are unknown.

Mr. Cheng Tongjun in Nihe Township, Jiutai City, Jilin Province. Mr. Cheng, 49 years old, lives in Bonihe Township, Jiutai City, Jilin Province. On June 10, 2006, he was telling a customer the truth about Falun Gong when he was arrested. They confiscated Dafa books and materials, which were at the store. Then they ransacked his home and confiscated more Dafa books. Mr. Cheng Tongjun is detained at Jiutai City Detention Center. No family visits are allowed.

Ms. Wang Qin, 29 years old, is the head teacher of a graduating class at Changhong Elementary School, Tingsi Township, Xian'an District, Xianning City, Hubei Province. On October 31, 2006, the head of the local 610 Office and Xian'an National Security Squad Chief of Staff Zhang Wenbin arrested her in front of her class. Her whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Gao Qiongzhi, 29 year old, had accepted a job in Shanghai and moved there on October 28, 2006. She has been missing since then. Her family members were informed that the National Security Squad arrested her. Her whereabouts are unknown.

Mr. Jiang Xianyi has been sentenced to three years of forced labor in Sanshui Forced Labor Camp in Guangdong Province. As a result of torture, he is only skin and bones.

Mr. Zhu Dingming was sentenced to prison in 2001. He is detained at the No.15 Brigade of Qinduankou Prison. He weighed 170 lbs. at the beginning of his detention. In 2005, he only weighed 110 lbs.

Practitioner Mr. Yuan Guangtao of Jingshan, Hubei Province was arrested.

Ms. Xia Xiaoying was taken to the No. 2 Prison in Yunnan Province on November 1, 2006. She is now suffering brainwashing.

Ms. Li Suhua from Chengdu City was arrested on November 14, 2006, while distributing truth clarification materials.

Ms. Jiang Lihua, who lives near Hydrolic Power Design Institute of Sichuan Province, Qingyanggong, Chengdu City, was arrested on November 13, 2006.

On the morning of November 9, 2006, national security squad staff of Shuncheng arrested Ms. Jiang Guofang. She is detained in Luotaishanzhuang Brainwashing Center and suffers brainwashing.

Ms. Shao Zhenhua, who is in her 60s, on November 11, 2006 at her home. Her husband, who has mental problems and depends on her care, was left alone at home.

A)Shuyang City, Jiangsu Province:

Mr. Hao Maohua, Ms. Ge Hong, and Mr. Ma Zhengfan were sentenced to an unknown number of years in prison in 2006.

Eighteen practitioners were taken to a brainwashing center in March 2006, including Ms. Zhang Siyang, Mr. Liu Chao, Mr. Jin Buchi, Mr. Mao Shenghua and Mr. Liu Weibiao.

B) Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province:

Mr. Chen Guanghui went into a coma and his life is in great danger.

Ms. Du Xiuju was sentenced to a three-year prison term.

Mr. Liu Shuye, Mr. Zhong Congbing, and Ms. Niu Jinhua are missing.

Mr. Xiao Chongjian of Shaoyang City, Hunan Province was arrested on November 12, 2006. He went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa and was arrested several times. His wife has lost her job, and his daughter is living in fear.

On November 7, 2006, in the afternoon, the police broke into practitioner Mr. Wang Anmin's home and arrested her.

Recently, five practitioners in Changle County were arrested, including Liu Xingying. Liu Xingying was sentenced to two-and-a-half years of forced labor at Wangcui Forced Labor Camp. Ms. Song Cuiwen and Ms. Liu Xinglian are detained in Changle Detention Center.

Ms. Wang Haiyan from Qiancao Township, Pingyuan County, Shandong Province, was reported to the police. Local police arrested her at approximately 9 p.m. on August 17, 2006. They confiscated Dafa books and extorted 500 yuan from her before she was released.

Practitioner Ms. Ma Yugao, who was from the same village as Ms. Wang Haiyan was fined 3,000 yuan. Another practitioner, Ms. Lanying, 72 years old, was fined 1,500 yuan.

On February 2, 2005, at noon, police from the Criminal Squad of Yulin Police and No.1 Section of Beiliu Public Security Bureau broke into practitioner Lin Min's home. They confiscated cell phones, computers and other items. Lin Min was sentenced to a three-year prison term. She is held at Nanning Women's Forced Labor Camp in Guangxi province.

Ms. Zhong Xiurong works as a janitor. She has a 12-year-old daughter. On February 2, 2005, Qiu Ruiqing from Yulin Criminal Squad and Beiliu Public Security Bureau and other police, as well as staff from the 610 Office broke into her home. They arrested her and ransacked her home. They confiscated a computer, printer and all associated equipment, as well as materials, worth 10,000 yuan. She was sentenced to a three-year prison term and is detained at Nanning Women's Forced Labor Camp in Nanning, Guangxi province.

At around 8 p.m. on November 12, 2006, four police officers from Yanqing Police Station, broke into Mr. Fan Jirong's home and served him with an arrest warrant. He had been sentenced in absentia to 2 years of forced labor.

Plainclothes policemen from Beitaipingzhuang Police Station, Haidian District, Beijing arrested

Ms. Tang Guilan of Beijing on October 13, around 8 a.m. outside Beijing Normal School. In the afternoon, she was arrested and detained at the Pre-trial Section of Qinghexiaoying Detention Center.

After Mr. Zhang Aiquan, Mr. Wang Mingyun and Mr. Yu Desheng from Shengli Oil Field were detained at Huantai Detention Center for seventeen months, they were put on a trial and sentenced. Zhang Aiquan was sentenced to an 8-year term, and Wang Mingyun and Yu Desheng to a 7 year and 6 month term, respectively.

Mr. Shi Ning from the Computer Center of the Shengli Oil Field was arrested in mid-October. He is detained at Penglai Detention Center.

Mr. Shi Meifeng, also from Shengli Oil Field, has been sentenced to 2 years of forced labor. He is detained at Wangcun Forced Labor Camp.

Ms. Zou Aifen from the Zhuanjing Hospital, in Shengli Oil Field, has been sentenced to three-years of forced labor and is detained at Wangcun Forced Labor Camp.

Mr. Niu Aiqing has been sentenced to 2 years of forced labor and is detained at Wangcun Forced Labor Camp.

Mr. Yu Jun, practitioner from Hongtoushan Township, Qingyuan County, Fushun City, was arrested at 5 p.m. on November 9 2006, when distributing truth clarification materials. He is detained at No.1 Detention Center in Fushun City.

At 5 p.m., October 24, 2006, local police from Shijian Township Police Station, Tumen City, Jilin Province arrested practitioners Ms. Zhang Yinglan and Ms. Wang Yuxia and ransacked their homes.

Around 9 p.m., October 25, 2006, Zhou Hong, a police officer from the National Security Squad of Tumen city broke into Ms. Suhua's home. He ransacked her home and arrested her.

On October 25, 2006, staff from the National Security Squad and local police arrested practitioner Mr. Zhang Chengjun who lives on Zhicheng Street. He was taken to Yaojia Detention Center. The camp refused to accept him because he was underweight and very weak. He was released. The police confiscated several copies of "The Nine Commentaries of Communist Party," truth clarification materials, computers and his telephone contact books.

On October 29, 2006, Ms. Sun Shuying, who lives in the Xingxing neighborhood of Yanqing City, was arrested while clarifying the truth to people in Badaling.
