Breaking through the Old Forces' Arrangements in Malaysia and Rectifying the Fa Righteously

(Clearwisdom.net) Greetings Master! Greetings fellow practitioners! I am a practitioner from Malaysia who has been involved in clarifying
the truth to the government and to the police for the past few years.
Through the process of clarifying the truth, practitioners in Malaysia have
slowly understood that we need to use our wisdom to clarify the truth in our
country. Below are some of my understandings that I would like to share with
practitioners. Malaysia is a small country with little influence in the world. Our
government has tried to build up a multi-racial and multi-cultural image for
Malaysia. Malaysia has gone through a time of fighting against communism in the
country. In order to better control communism in the country and to maintain
order in society, Malaysia has enacted certain laws such as the Internal
Security Acts and the Printing Acts. They continue to be practiced. Master has told us: "No country in this world exists by chance--they all exist with a
meaning and a purpose. Actually, people are all waiting for the Fa."

Conference") Master has told us repeatedly that there is nothing coincidental in the
world. The history of Malaysia seemed to have nothing to do with Falun Dafa. In
fact, everything in the world exists for Dafa and nothing is a coincidence. Due to the limitation of the historical and political environment in
Malaysia, the government has enacted many laws that violate human rights.
Malaysians have little knowledge on human rights and generally do not have much
freedom of thought and assembly. Due to the limitations of the laws and the lack
of knowledge on human rights, we have encountered many problems with truth
clarification. We have found that there are restrictions on almost all the
truth-clarification projects we want to carry out. The Printing Acts cause us
problems with printing The Epoch Times and brochures about Dafa.
The Internal Security Acts cause us problems on organizing rallies and protests,
and sending forth righteous thoughts at the Chinese Embassy. The Society Acts
also give us problems with establishing a Falun Dafa Association. Therefore, it is very important for us to have a breakthrough so that we can
do better in truth clarification. We must also find a way to break the human
notions of the people here so that they can understand the truth. Master has
told us we must use our wisdom when clarifying the truth. Everyday people will
listen only if what we tell them is in line with their ideas and their
attachments. When we first started to clarify the truth to the government, the officials
didn't really know what Falun Gong was. On Falun Gong issues, they would answer
us with Malaysia's general policy: It is a China affair and Malaysia is holding
a neutral policy on the affairs of foreign countries and does not interfere in
their affairs. Furthermore, Malaysia has established a very good relationship
with China and it cannot be destroyed. You can practice the exercise in
Malaysia, you can practice in the park, but don't distribute fliers or say
anything bad about China. They also told us, "You always say that the CCP persecutes Falun Gong,
but is it true? We can't see that in Malaysia, and it has nothing to do with
Malaysia." If we talk about human rights, they say, "Malaysia has its own legal
system. Our laws are like this and you have to follow them. You need to follow
the laws apart from human rights. You can have your demonstration, but you need
to apply for a permit." However, they have rejected almost all of our
permit applications. If we followed the government's instructions or laws, we couldn't do any
truth-clarification work in Malaysia. How can we clarify the truth to people? Slowly I understood that such legal systems follow the arrangements of the
old forces, with the purpose of interfering in Fa-rectification. The so-called
"not interfering with the affairs of foreign countries" policy is also
an arrangement of the old forces to disturb the Fa-rectification. I wondered why
they all talked in the same way, until I realized that they don't have their own
opinions and perspectives. I understood that they were all pitiable beings who
lived in the old cosmos and were forced to follow the old forces' arrangements.
Falun Dafa disciples must break through the old forces' arrangements and save
them, so that they can make their choices correctly without doing harm to Dafa. In my heart I do not acknowledge any of the old forces' arrangements. At this
level of the human world, we should understand what human rights are. Human
rights are gifts from god and they can not be abused. From an understanding of
the Fa, we have to follow what Master asks us to do. Truth clarification is
something that we should do! We should do truth-clarification work according to
the requirements of the Fa, not the requirements of laws. Hence, we do not
acknowledge such laws. We do not acknowledge the laws in our minds, but we still need to be kind to
everyday people. We are not in opposition to the police and government. We did not get permits for almost all of our activities, so we tried very
hard to get permission from the police to do the activities. When we protest in
front of the Chinese Embassy, normally 20-30 police officers come to the site.
The police ask us when we are going to disperse. We ask them to give us half an
hour. Sometimes we meet police officers who do not really understand the truth
of Falun Gong and are unfriendly to us. During the protest, some practitioners
clarify the truth to those who do not understand the truth. Some practitioners
hold a press conference and read our statement, and others take photos.
Sometimes the police allow us 30 minutes, sometimes 15 minutes, and sometimes 10
minutes. We try our best to coordinate with the police to make it convenient for them.
They wanted all of our Identity Card numbers, so we helped them to copy the
numbers. After that, we shook hands with them and thanked them for helping us in
controlling the traffic and maintaining order. The police had never met any
group that is so kind and peaceful and they were surprised by our attitude and
behavior. Later on, they came to understand that Falun Gong practitioners are
not a violent group and slowly came to trust us. They understand the truth and
are gentle to us. Once they understood the truth, they did not want to take any action against
us. They are police officers though, and they have their duties. They have to
act according to the instructions of their supervisors and the law, which is the
arrangement of the old forces, according to my understanding. Master told us
that we have to think of others in whatever we do. As Dafa disciples, we have to
understand that these are their duties and we have to be kind and tolerant of
them. Sometimes we have our rallies at a very busy area and we need to rent the
place. When we tried to apply and rent the place, the authorities told us that
we had to apply for a permit from City Council before they could rent the place
to us. When we approached City Council, they told us that we needed to apply for
a permit from the police first. The police told us that they wouldn't approve
our application. All of our channels were blocked yet we could just hold our
activities by using strong righteous thoughts. Sometimes, the security guards didn't turn up at all when we were having our
activities. One time, they came and told us we had to leave. We explained to
them that we were just trying to save those who are persecuted in China and
asked if they could give us 10 minutes. After 10 minutes they came again but we
still had not finished reading our statements. The spokesperson told them that
we were going to finish soon. Once we finished reading the statements, we took
all of our banners, boards, and tables, and started our parade. This way we
didn't have to gather at their area anymore. We successfully held our
activities. I hope to do better in all the activities. However, the situation and
condition of every country is different and we need to clarify the truth
rationally with wisdom. My understanding is that, holding our ground doesn't
mean that we have strong righteous thoughts. The most important thing is that
our behavior be understood and accepted by people. Furthermore, we need to let
them know that we are determined in exposing the evil and asking that the
persecution be stopped, but we are not against the police officers or the
security guards. Wisdom and rationality are very important. Hence, it doesn't mean that we have to insist on protesting or holding the
rallies for hours in order to rectify the Fa. If we are there to protest for
just 10 minutes, and in this 10 minutes we can let more people understand our
objectives, then that is a great activity. We can stop there if we have to. However, I would never set a limitation for Falun Dafa activities and I would
never think that that is all we can do. I am very clear in my heart that we can
always look for breakthroughs in our next activity. Throughout the process it is
important to look inwards and to cultivate ourselves. Every Fa-rectification activity is actually a battle between good and evil in
other dimensions. The protests in front of the embassy, the art exhibitions and
anti-torture exhibits that we organized have eliminated numerous evil elements
and demons. This has manifested in the human world. We can see that the police
and the government are rectified and that they trust us. They would like to give
us opportunities to clarify the truth. We keep on moving forward and spending
more effort to hold larger activities like showing Nine Commentaries
documentaries on a large screen TV in public, organizing Nine Commentaries
forums and rallies and parades to support withdrawals from the Communist Party
and its affiliated organizations, as well as organizing the Asia Pacific Fa
Conference. Every time we try to coordinate an activity, I feel great pressure
because there are no examples to follow, but we keep on going, and do them one
by one based on our faith in Master and Dafa. Every time we finish an activity,
I can feel that we have further broken through the old forces' arrangements and
have made another step forward. We have eliminated a lot of evil elements, and
the environment has eased up. When the evil factors were reduced, we found that people's attitudes towards
Dafa generally changed. Recently, we met a high-ranking police officer and
clarified the truth to him. That was the first time we had met him and he still
asked us some basic questions such as, how many members are there in Malaysia,
do you have an office or center, etc., but I could clearly feel that the
atmosphere had changed. Last time the police asked us such questions, we could
feel the pressure behind them and there were still a lot of evil elements behind
them as well. This time, when the police asked us the same questions, I could
feel that the atmosphere had eased up. The police know that Falun Dafa is good.
I further understand what Master said: "People still have a side that is being restrained, but if the
restraining elements were eliminated then the attitude the world's people have
toward Falun Gong wouldn't be like it is today. It would be similar to the
state of mind you had when you first obtained the Fa, where as soon as you
opened up this Fa you knew what it was." ("Teaching the Fa at the
2003 Midwest-U.S. Fa Conference") If our thoughts are clear and we have a very strong wish to save sentient
beings, Master and the righteous gods will help us. We also witnessed the
miracle of Falun Dafa. One time we were having a rally and demonstration at a
tourist site, and some reporters who passed by stopped to see what was
happening. A reporter was curious and said to me, "It was strange that no
police officers came to disperse you." There was also a demonstration
organized by a human rights group and the police arrived in a short while and
dispersed them. We were there that day for a few hours and we didn't even see
the police. Sometimes we talk to the police officers and some of them told us that they
were discussing Falun Gong activities during their meetings. The Civil Ministry
also told us that they collected many of our brochures that were printed without
permits and they were considering whether to take action against us. We know
that they won't take any action as long as we keep our thoughts righteous.
Master said: "Human society is controlled by gods. When gods want chaos in human
society, a lack of chaos isn't an option. And when gods want it to be stable,
it has no choice but to be stable, right?" ("Teaching the Fa at the
Western U.S. International Fa Conference") The old forces do not have any excuse to persecute us if we are righteous. Of
course, it also shows that we haven't done enough clarifying the truth to our
Civil Ministry and we must do better in the future. We also adjust our topics or focus according to the situation. After the
police officers knew about the truth, they were still forced to take action due
to pressure and instructions from their superiors. Master said that wherever
there's a problem, that is where you need to clarify the truth and save people,
so we tried to think of some ways to meet with high ranking officers. Since the
crime of harvesting organs from living practitioners is now known by the world,
we have gone to the Office of the Prime Minister a few times to submit an appeal
letter to urge our government to help stop the evil crimes. We could feel that
there have been changes in the attitudes of the officials there. One of the
high-ranking officials even told us that Malaysia would not persecute Falun
Gong. It was just that they still couldn't openly criticize the CCP and they
could not recognize Falun Gong openly. We will continue to clarify the truth and
the heavenly climate will also keep on moving forward. We believe one day,
Malaysia will choose a better future for itself. We have also found that the government has slowly come to understand what
Falun Gong is but that they are still unclear about the evil party. We then
apply examples from the Nine Commentaries together with some examples of
the infiltration of communism in Malaysia and explain them. We kindly remind the
officials to be careful of the CCP. We also want them to know that Falun Gong
really benefits the Malaysian Government. We let them know that the CCP's mouthpiece, The People's Daily, is
distributed in Malaysia and even to schools. We explained to them how the CCP
brainwashes the public through the media. Some of the police officers understood
what we were trying to say and they confiscated the newspapers from stores
because of the information given to them by us. They then joke with us,
"Can you still buy The People's Daily now?" In order to let more government officials know about Falun Gong, we spend one
day per week going to the Federal Government Center to distribute fliers and to
clarify the truth to them so that they know about Falun Gong. We hope to let
Dafa spread broadly at the Government Center, save more Malaysians, and save the
whole of Malaysia and bring it into the future. I can feel Master's great mercy through clarifying the truth to save beings.
I hope Malaysia can do better in the future. Thank you, Master! Thank you
