(Clearwisdom.net) On December 21, 2005, Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Piao Lihua, from Shijingshan District of Beijing, was arrested at her parents' home in Moshikou by the police from Moshikou and Bajiao Police Stations. She is currently detained in the Beijing Public Security Bureau's Shijingshan District Branch. Shijingshan District Branch is planning to secretly sentence Piao Lihua to two years of forced labor and is going to send her to Daxing County Female Forced Labor Camp around February 15, 2006.

Ms. Piao Lihua, born in 1968, lived at Bajiao South Avenue, Shijingshan District of Beijing. She started practicing Falun Gong in 1998.

Ever since the persecution of Falun Gong started on July 20, 1999, Piao Lihua has been clarifying the truth of Falun Gong, and she went to Tiananmen Square several times to appeal for an end to the persecution. Because of her appeals, she was arrested multiple times as a steadfast practitioner by the police of Shijingshan District. One day, after 11:00 p.m., several policemen from the Bajiao Police Station went to Ms. Piao's home to arrest her. They grabbed her hair and dragged her down the stairs from her home on the sixth floor. Her clothes were almost torn off due to the violent dragging. Ms. Piao spoke aloud and exposed the persecution. Her neighbors came out from their homes and scolded the police for their wrongdoings.

In 2000, Ms. Piao was forced to become homeless. In 2001, she was arrested along with over ten other practitioners in a rental apartment in Huanglou of Shijingshan District by police from the National Security Bureau. Later she was sent to an unknown persecution station in Daxing County. During her stay there, the guards put unknown drugs in her food and monitored her feces daily. Ms Piao was not affected by the guards' abnormal behavior, and the drug did not have any influence on her. Once, when the guard was not watching her, Ms. Piao exchanged her food with that of the guard, who fell into a coma after eating the food. After a month, while the guards were deep in sleep, Ms. Piao jumped over a fence more than three meters in height and fled from the persecution station.

The National Security Bureau, Shijingshan Public Security Bureau Branch, and the police from Bajiao Police Station searched for Piao Lihua everywhere, including the home of her ex-husband whom she divorced a very long time ago. The policemen made use of the evil communist party's lying tactics and deceived Ms. Piao's mother by saying that Piao Lihua would not be sentenced to prison as long as she came back voluntarily. Thus Ms. Piao's mother led the police to northern China and found Piao Lihua. The police planned to take her back and threatened her with a prison term. Ms. Piao said, "Your words do not count. It is my Teacher who can decide my destiny!" Afterwards, she managed to escape from the police detention.

The police kept inquiring about Ms. Piao's whereabouts and set up a surveillance camera near her home's entrance. A policeman was also specifically assigned to closely monitor her home. On December 21, 2005, Piao Lihua was arrested in her parents' home by the police from Shijingshan Public Security Bureau, Moshikou Police Station, Bajiao Police Station, and members of the Moshikou Neighborhood Committee. She is currently detained at the detention center of Beijing Public Security Bureau's Shijingshan Branch.

The police asked her to tell them information about other practitioners, but she refused. Piao Lihua went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. On the sixth day of her hunger strike, more than ten policemen held her down and thrust a force-feeding tube down her nose into her stomach. They force-fed her with milk. The force-feeding tube was covered with blood when they pulled it out.

Beijing Public Security Bureau's Shijingshan Branch is now planning to secretly sentence Piao Lihua to two years in prison and send her to Beijing Women's Forced Labor Camp in Daxing County around February 15, 2006.

We hereby appeal to all kind-hearted and upright people. Let's be concerned with Piao Lihua's suffering and help her get out of the evil's lair.
