My Wife Came Back from Death's Door

(Clearwisdom.net) My wife gave up practicing Falun Gong out of fear after the persecution began on July 20, 1999. However, when a tribulation arrived, compassionate Master still protected my wife, who was on a tortuous path.

At around 11:00 p.m. on April, 23, 2005, my wife suddenly had a stomachache. So I asked her to read the words written on the Dafa bookmarks. But she did not have strong righteous thoughts, and she felt so uncomfortable that she could not read at all. She persisted just like this until dawn. She went to a doctor in the village and the doctor asked her to get an examination in the hospital. At that time I thought my wife had given up practicing Falun Dafa, and needed to go to a hospital.

The examination at the hospital revealed a gallstone and pancreatitis, and my wife was told that she needed surgery immediately. However the doctors only removed the gallstone, because the pancreatitis had spread everywhere in her abdomen and affected that the entire area. There was no way to treat it. My wife's whole body was swollen, and she could not even take an infusion. She stayed in the hospital for eighteen days, but the incision would not heal. The doctor saw that she could not get well and urged her to go home. At this time we had spent 30,000 yuan on the medical care. All of our savings were gone. I told my wife, only Falun Dafa can save you now. As long as your mind is clear, you need to recite "Falun Dafa is great."

After she got out of the hospital, the doctor in the village saw her painful situation and offered euthanasia so she would not have to suffer like this. I said that no matter how painful it is, we should not consider suicide or take our own lives.

After I discussed the situation with several practitioners I started to send forth righteous thoughts towards my wife to clear the persecution that the old forces, dark minions and demons undermining the Fa had imposed on my wife. Our righteous thoughts were very strong, and we didn't allow the old forces to use any way to persecute Falun Dafa and Dafa disciples. Though my wife temporarily walked a crooked road, she must be able to come back into Master's arrangement.

In the following several days after she stopped taking infusions, my wife's incision healed miraculously, and she started taking food. Later the hose to guide the pancreatic gland fluid out of her body fell off, and my child re-inserted it. Later it fell off again. I enlightened that it was time to get rid of these hoses, so gradually I took them out, and her cuts mended as well.

It was only six or seven days from not taking an infusion to recovering to a normal state. In these several days, my daughter and I insisted on sending forth righteous thoughts intensively and letting my wife listen to Master's lectures. Just like that, my wife came back from death. This greatly shocked the people around us. They were all eye-witnesses to the wonders of Falun Dafa.

I understand that Master exerted huge efforts and extended this period for his disciples to cultivate. We will cherish this time, and do the three things even more diligently. When something happens, if we enlighten well and cultivate well, we won't take detours.
