Information on the Forced Labor Camp of Hulu City in Liaoning Province

(Clearwisdom.net) In January 2006, three Falun Dafa practitioners walked out of the Forced Labor Camp of Hulu City in Liaoning Province with righteous thoughts. They are practitioners Mr. Zhao Sifa, Mr. Xu Baotian and a third, unidentified practitioner. All of them were released when their lives were greatly endangered. There are still nine steadfast Falun Dafa disciples held there. They are Mr. Zhang Wenyou, Mr. Pei Guangxin, Mr. Ren Jiuqi, Mr. Li Kai, Mr. Ren Baohe, Mr. Chen Hanxiang, Mr. Tao Shan, Mr. Pei Changqing and Mr. Gao Yanjing.

Among them, two practitioners' lives are in great danger due to persecution.

Practitioner Mr. Zhang Wenyou, 43, from Xingcheng City, is held in the fourth division of the forced labor camp. He has been bedridden for many days and could not eat anything in the past month. His body is extremely weak. A hospital examination yielded the diagnosis of liver disease. He endures both physical and mental torture each day, yet the labor camp officials still refuse to release him.

Practitioner Mr. Ren Baohe, 63, from Hulu City, is held in the fifth division of the forced labor camp. Because he sat in a full lotus position to practice the Falun Dafa exercises, the chief and the deputy chief of the division beat him until his face was swollen and three of his teeth were knocked out. He had a fever on January 19 and 20, and was sent to the hospital on the evening of January 20. His current condition is not clear.

The chiefs of each division of the camp are the most brutal thugs. They lead other guards to beat practitioners with electric batons and by other methods. Many practitioners have been beaten until they were injured or handicapped.

Liu Guohua is the chief of the sixth division of the forced labor camp. He has beaten over ten practitioners using his electric baton since 1999, when the persecution of Falun Dafa started. He has been playing the role of a thug in the forced labor camp to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners. He is extremely cruel.

Cui Xiaodong is the chief of the fifth division of the forced labor camp. He yells loudly and routinely violently beats practitioners. He was responsible of the beating of Mr. Ren Baohe.
