My Elder Sister's Story of Practicing Falun Dafa

(Clearwisdom.net) My elder sister Yunzhu is a cautious and conscientious mid-aged lady. She used to be the owner of a textile factory. After working for 30 years and seeing her children grow up, she retired 4 years ago. After a period of living the life of a retiree, she began to have serious health problems. Besides gaining weight, examinations also found a tumor in her liver, and the blood test showed high cholesterol and high uric acid. She also suffered from chronic coughs, hemorrhoids, and large intestine polyps.

It was hard to imagine that after practicing Falun Dafa for one and a half years, her health problems were all gone. She became more compassionate and peaceful. Dafa has completely changed her, and her close friends and relatives find it absolutely amazing.

On the first day, when she began to do the first exercise, "Buddha Showing a Thousand Hands", she started getting a headache and stomach ache, and felt like she needed to go to the bathroom. She kept on with it for about ten minutes and rushed into the restroom. This was the first instance of her body being cleansed.

On the fifth day of doing the exercises, she vomited a dozen mouthfuls of blood in the morning. Though she didn't feel sick, she was scared and promptly drove to the Changgen Hospital's emergency room. The hospital conducted tests for a whole morning, but the test results were shocking. The lung and liver were now both perfectly healthy. In addition, blood tests concluded that her health indexes were all now normal, except for a slightly high cholesterol level. After vomiting the blood, she found that her chronic cough was gone. She understood that Master had cleansed her body for the second time.

After that, she began to read the book Zhuan Falun and conduct herself like a practitioner. One day after she practiced Dafa for four weeks, she saw blood in her stool. However, she was not scared this time. She continued normal Fa-study and exercises. After two days, the blood stopped. This time, the hemorrhoid was gone. Master had cleansed her body for the third time, and this time, her mind was righteous and at ease. After a few months of practicing Falun Dafa, she enjoyed great health and walked with a spring in her step. In order to learn more about Falun Dafa, she joined the group practice and Fa-study and actively did the three things that Master asks practitioners to do.

At first, she thought that she would have a really hard time sitting in the double-lotus meditation position because of her weight. After she tried hard for some time, her legs were pulled up. A bump on her knee disappeared after she could cross her legs in the double-lotus position. The most important advancement came after her regular six-month doctor's visit for her tumor follow-up. After she had been practicing Falun Dafa for over a year, the doctor said that she didn't need to come again because the tumor was gone. She went to two other hospitals to make sure, and they confirmed that the tumor was gone.
