By a practitioner from China

(Clearwisdom.net) When I read Teacher's article "Eliminating the Evil," I truly felt that Dafa embodies compassion as well as dignity. Fa-rectification is solemn and has its standards, so we we shouldn't take Teacher's compassion for granted.

The first time I read the article, I realized I'd left many omissions while doing the three things that Teacher asks us to do. In fact, even concerning things I thought I'd done well with and used to feel wonderful about, in my cultivation, I came to see through them, uncovering my shortcomings and filthy selfishness buried deep down. I realized that if I failed to immediately drop my everyday people's attachments and diligently cultivate myself, I couldn't be considered a Dafa practitioner. When I learned the terrible fate of the secret agents, I said to myself, "Without Teacher's compassionate protection, I wouldn't have come this far. It is the Fa that saved me. It is the Fa that is gradually rectifying me. I shall cherish this rare and unprecedented pre-destined relationship and never leave gaps in my cultivation again."

"Eliminating the Evil" was like a heavy blow, which woke me up and moved me. It made me think about how I should view the Fa and the three things that Teacher asked us to do.

Among the fellow practitioners that I know, there are several types.

Some are not serious about their practice. On the surface they are busy doing the three things. Yet they do so to show others that they are not falling behind and are "Fa-rectification period Dafa practitioners."

Some hide at home and haven't stepped forward for various excuses. Some live in fear and don't care about their own future. After the persecution started, some started to learn other qigong practices.

Some have strong attachments to qing and are attached to themselves while doing the three things. While reading, "Eliminating the Evil," every Dafa disciple should truly look inside and find out how we view the Fa in our hearts. Are we looking at the Fa like everyday people, or are we looking at it and doing the three tasks with the hearts of Fa-rectification Dafa disciples? We shouldn't think that Teacher was speaking only about the secret agents in this article. We need to clear-headedly realize that what Teacher said is the Fa and has profound meaning. Only by truly cultivating ourselves can we come to know what it means on different levels.

Fellow practitioners, let's use our hearts to feel what Teacher has said and look inside in order to correctly position and cultivate ourselves. Let's do a great job with the three tasks that Teacher asked us to do. Teacher has been compassionately saving us. Let's not let Teacher down.
