(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Jizhi, age 51, is one of the victims of the November 2005 rape case in Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province. In early March 2006, policemen from the Zhuozhou City 610 Office and State Security agents arrested her again. Her daughter was also arrested. Due to severe mental and physical trauma, Ms. Liu Jizhi has shown symptoms of a mental collapse.

On the afternoon of November 25, 2005, Ms. Liu Jizhi was brutally beaten and raped. Her buttocks and legs were covered with bruises

At around 8 p.m. on November 24, 2005, the CCP Dongchengfang Town Political and Judiciary Committee members and policemen stormed into Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Jizhi's home by climbing over the outside wall. They ransacked her house, arrested her, and took her and three other practitioners (Ms. Han Yuzhi, Mr. Wei Baoliang, and Mr. Wang Helin) to the Dongchengfang Town Police Station. The practitioners were brutally beaten and tortured. Policeman He Xuejian grabbed Ms. Liu's breasts with a filthy smile and said, "Am I being a bad guy?" On the afternoon of the next day, He Xuejian took Ms. Liu Jizhi to his dorm, beat her repeatedly with a rubber baton, and proceeded to rape her. 610 Officer Wang Huiqi witnessed the whole process until his colleague He Xuejian began to strip off Ms. Liu's pants. He Xuejian raped another Falun Dafa practitioner, Ms. Han Yuzhi (age 41), in his dorm after he raped Ms. Liu. He Xuejian's roommate, policeman Wang Zengjun, was lying on his bed the whole time. He watched his roommate rape the two women and did nothing to stop it. Officials even extorted three thousand yuan from Ms. Liu's husband after the rape.

The shameless behavior of He Xuejian is an insult to himself and his family. He raped two ladies of his mother's generation.

News of the rapes provoked condemnation from all over the world. The criminal He Xuejian has been detained, but the CCP regime put the rape victims and witnesses on a wanted list with a 100,000 yuan reward on each. These practitioners have become destitute and homeless to avoid certain arrest in their homes. By the end of 2005, the CCP had arrested more than ten practitioners in connection with this incident in Zhuozhou City.

According to reliable sources, under huge international pressure, rapist He Xuejian has been detained. On February 23, 2006, CCP officials from Baoding City had a meeting in Zhuozhou City, urging Zhuozhou City Police Department Headquarters to take responsibility to arrest the rape victims and all witnesses before He Xuejian's trial date. They want to destroy the evidence and set the villain free, just as the CCP always does.

Ms. Liu Jizhi has shown signs of a nervous breakdown because of the enormous physical and mental trauma she has endured since last November. Her daughter had to leave school (she was due to take college entrance exams soon) to take care of her. They were working in a laundromat while hiding from the officials.

They have now been arrested. Zhuozhou City 610 Office and State Security agents from the Zhuozhou City Police Department brought them in.

We call on all Falun Dafa practitioners to pay attention to this case, to clarify the truth locally and expose the situation to the whole world. Please help rescue Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Liu Jizhi and her daughter, and bring to justice the rapist wearing a police uniform and those responsible for his actions!
