(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Jiang Guopo is from Weifang City, Shandong Province. After following and abducting him on October 3, 2005, the police illegally held him in the Hanting Detention Center for 30 days and sentenced him to three years of forced labor on November 2, 2005. He was sent to the Changle Labor Camp where he was brutally persecuted in the past. Mr. Jiang Guopo is in critical condition after 156 days of hunger strike. He is emaciated, his heart and liver are not functioning properly and his blood pressure is out of control.

Mr. Jiang Guopo was born in March of 1963 in Weihai City, Shandong Province. He was a member of the administration in the Political Legal Committee on a county level. After practicing Falun Gong, he not only recovered from a terminal illness but also improved his work ethic. He is upright, honest and fair. He was brutally persecuted after July 20, 1999 because he refused to give up "Truth, Compassion, Forbearance." His continuous efforts to clarify the truth caused him to be held illegally a dozen times and tortured to the brink of death.

Mr. Jiang Guopo was sentenced to three years in a labor camp in November 2000, and was brutally persecuted in the Changle Labor Camp in Weifang City. He suffered all sorts of inhuman tortures such as the tiger bench, "solitary confinement", "cold water freeze"(stripped naked in winter and pushed under a vat of cold water), injected with unknown drugs, deprived of sleep, and more. His health was destroyed and the authorities had to release him for medical attention. Labor camp guard Lu Yipo and 610 Office personnel attempted to abduct him again in December 2001. Mr. Jiang had no choice but to leave his home. He has been clarifying the truth with his own personal experience and exposing the evil for the last three years while being homeless.

On October 3, 2005, he was followed and abducted by the police in Weifang City while he was waiting to fix his motorcycle. He was detained in the Hanting Detention Center. He did not stop clarifying the truth to the police and personnel from the Public Security Bureau. He began a hunger strike against the persecution. Since he would not give up practicing Falun Dafa, the thugs in the Public Security Bureau hung him on a wooden cross (specifically made to torture Falun Dafa practitioners) for twenty days. Director Wang Aiguo (female) of Public Security Bureau in Hanting District is the main perpetrator in persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners since 1999. (Her crimes have been exposed on the Minghui website). She has hung numerous practitioners on the cross quite mercilessly. Mr. Jiang was administered brutal force-feeding; his feeding tube was covered with blood after the torture.

Mr. Jiang became extremely weak after the brutal torture. A group of police dragged him to the hospital for force-feeding. He still called out, "Falun Dafa is good!" while he was handcuffed, shackled and weak. The citizens who witnessed the scene were shocked! Some also called out, "Falun Gong!" The personnel in the hospital also talked about the former administrator who still practices Falun Gong. The news of Mr. Jiang Guopo being arrested and persecuted again was heard in Hanting, Guiwen and the city of Weifang. The perpetrators were scared. The relatives of Mr. Jiang went to the homes of each of the perpetrators to look for them; none of them dared to admit the facts and blamed the other departments. The 610 Office in Shandong Province secretly sentenced Mr. Jiang to three years in the Changle Labor Camp, even though no crime was committed.

Mr. Jiang Guopo has been held in a sealed dark room since his sentence. The room is only four square meters without any daylight or fresh air. He has not been allowed to see anyone and is barred from going outside to the courtyard.

It has been five months since he began the hunger strike. He has been force-fed twice daily. Each time he has been horribly tortured; the perpetrators have used the finger-size feeding tube and it was covered with blood each time. Mr. Jiang questioned the warden many times: What crime have I committed? Where is the verdict? He refused to wear the prison uniform and called out "Falun Dafa is good" whenever he had a chance.

These four were the main ones who instigated Mr. Jiang's first labor camp sentence. The other responsible parties are: Wang Zhihua, Li Shouyu, Wang Weilian and Xu Yujun.

We appeal to all compassionate human beings: Please pay close attention to the second round of persecution against Mr. Jiang Guopo and his current health crisis. Extend your helping hands, send your righteous thoughts and appeal. Stop the persecution against Mr. Jiang Guopo and all the Falun Dafa practitioners! Immediately release Mr. Jiang Guopo and all the Falun Dafa practitioners!
