My parents are both Falun Gong practitioners. Even though I am not a practitioner, I know Falun Gong is good because it brought health to my parents and harmony to my whole family. After the persecution started in July 1999, my mom was arrested and thrown into jail. Under intimidation from the evil, I wrote something I should have never written on behalf of mom. Later my parents were arrested again. In order to get my parents released, again I wrote something bad about Dafa in their names. I hereby declare that everything I wrote and said under pressure from the evil Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is null and void. I will make up for the loss I brought to Dafa and firmly resist the persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP.

Solemn Statement

In 1996 my wife and daughter began to practice Falun Gong and I was very supportive of them. I myself also read some Dafa books and I do feel this practice is really good. I even sent some copies of Zhuan Falun to my friends, suggesting that they take up the practice as well. After the persecution began in July 1999, the police often went to my daughter's home to harass her and ransack her home. Several times they took my daughter away, causing great stress to our whole family. Later, my daughter was sent to a labor camp. She fell victim to the CCP's lies while in detention and called home asking me to turn in her Dafa books. Deceived by the lies, I lost my mind and turned in the books and also said something not good about Teacher and Dafa. Now I have come to my senses and hereby declare null and void everything I said and did which did not conform to Dafa. I will continue to believe in Dafa and support Dafa.

Solemn Statement

Because I did not know the truth, I once said many things that were bad about Dafa and Teacher. Through the truth clarification from my family and other practitioners, plus watching some videos, I came to understand how evil this persecution is and I am also deeply moved by practitioners' deeds of risking their lives to clarify the truth and saving people. I truly regret what I did in the past and I hereby declare null and void everything I said against Dafa. From now on I will firmly safeguard Dafa and Teacher Li. I shout from the bottom of my heart that Falun Dafa is good and Truth-Compassion-Tolerance is good. I have made up my mind to become a practitioner and I will do the three things well to make up for the loss I brought to Dafa.
