In the past several days, policemen in Jilin City have told TV reporters that they will check rental housings one by one in Jilin City. If there are residents from out of town staying more than one month, they are required to register at the Police Station. We estimate that their actual purpose is to destroy Falun Dafa material centers and find all practitioners who have left their homes to avoid being arrested.

On May 20, 2005, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Hao Fukui (70 years old) from Jilin Province was temporarily staying at his daughter's home in Cuizhu Neighborhood, Development District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province. More than twenty local policemen and 610 Office personnel broke down his daughter's door, stormed into her home with a video camera, guns and electric batons, ransacked the house, and arrested Mr. Hao. Mr. Hao Fukui has been detained and tortured for nine months without any family visitation allowed. His life is in danger.

On February 27, 2006, Mr. Hao Fukui was sent to room 407 of the Third District Hospital. His family members became very worried after learning this. On March 1, they hurried to the hospital to visit him, but encountered conflicts with policemen on the way. Mr. Hao Fukui was sent back to the District Detention Center. Three family members who went to visit him were arrested and detained at the same place.

On February 26, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Yin Haizhu was arrested and detained in the Hegang City Second Detention Center by policemen from the Hegang City Department and Labor and the Gongneng District Department. Right now, he is being interrogated day and night, starting at 7:00 a.m.

Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Guo Baoshi and Ms. Chen Xiu, etc., from Shenyang City have gone missing. Ms. Chen Xiu was tortured during the CCP persecution, and was forced to appear on the "Focus Interview" program on CCTV to defame Falun Dafa. After becoming clear-headed, Ms. Chen Xiu had the courage to expose the evil; therefore, she became a target for torture.

Policemen in Shenyang City searched all rental houses, either by physically searching door to door, or by following the rental companies' name lists. If rental residents did not want to open the door, policemen would order a locksmith to open it or use a master key to break in. If the rental resident was not a Falun Dafa practitioner nor had committed any illegal actions, they still had to pay a break-in fee.

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Li Hai (30 years old) was employed by the Treaty Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Mr. Li Hai was forced to become destitute and homeless in 2001, to avoid being arrested at home. According to a reliable source, Mr. Li Hai was arrested by policemen of the Beijing City Department in 2003. No one knows whether or not he is still alive, due to sealed information channels.

On June 3, 2002, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Hongge from Changchun City was sentenced to thirteen years in prison by the Nan'guan District Court of Changchun City. He has been in prison for five years. Mr.Wang Hongge has been severely tortured both mentally and physically over the past five years. Held in the 11^th Ward, Mr. Wang Hongge and fellow practitioners refused to cooperate with the evil, have been brutally force-fed, and are in critical condition. In January 2006, we heard that he is suffering from a fever and has difficulty to urinate, among other symptoms. He has been held in the Prison Hospital. His family has requested many times to bail him out on medical parole, but the Prison Administration never approves the request.

On March 6, 2006, Mr. Wang Hongge's family found Office Head Wang (gender unknown) through the Prison Appeals Office. They claimed that the Prison Administration deprived Mr. Wang Hongge's right to appeal, and would not allow his family members to talk about appealing with him when visiting. Officer Wang said the family could appeal outside the prison. Wang Hongge's family members said the visitation room posted that family members are allowed to bring books, clothes, food, etc. to prisoners, but that Falun Dafa practitioners' family members are not allowed to bring anything. Officer Wang said, "You have to follow the prison's rules." Guards would not allow Mr. Wang Hongge to hold his baby or touch his baby's hands during visitation. Officer Wang said, "Why must you touch the baby's hands? There are many Falun Gong practitioners who are not allowed to be visited!" Mr. Wang Hongge's family asked to read the regulations or relevant documents, but Officer Wang said they were being unreasonable.

Recently, the Baotou City Government, 610 Office, Education System, and Neighborhood Administration initiated another round of activity among schools and communities, called "Emphasis on Science, Family Care, Treasuring Lives, Anti-Cult." This activity fanned hatred and slandered Falun Dafa, ruining children's consciences, damaging children's ability to distinguish good and evil, and turning schools into political persecution grounds.

The schools sent each student home with an open letter, and required parents to sign their names. Some parents who have learned the truth are very disturbed by such poisoning activities. They refused to sign their names, or return the letter.

After the 2006 Chinese New Year (January 29, 2006), Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yu Chenglan's employer, Zhangjiakou City Measurement Factory, tried to notify all retired employees to fill out medical insurance papers, but they failed to find Ms. Yu Chenglan. We heard around November 20, 2005 that Ms. Yu Chenglan and her daughter Ning Yinong were secretly arrested by policemen of Beijing City from their temporary accommodations in Beijing City. They have already been transferred and are detained right now, but no one knows where they are being held.

On March 10, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhang Chunsheng from Tonghua City was arrested by three policemen from the Dongchang District Department. He is detained at the Changliu Detention Center. Many practitioners have been harassed by policemen at their homes recently.

Recently, the Jilin Province Police Department and local stations have hired unemployed people to form a security patrol team. They are on the streets 24 hours a day and arrest Falun Dafa practitioners who are clarifying the truth. At the same time, the neighborhood administrations have hired people who are living on welfare to closely monitor Falun Dafa practitioners, and check every hallway of apartment buildings for truth clarifying materials.

Starting at the end of February 2006, they strengthened the evening 6:00-10:00 p.m. shift, and the policemen from the local police stations told these patrollers clearly, "Arrest Falun Dafa practitioners."

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Gong Baofeng is an employee of the Second Machinery Factory located in Zhigang District, Yantai City. Her employer was once told to go to Beijing City to pick her up, but there has been no further information.

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Du Guizhi is an employee of the Changchun Train Manufacture Plant. She was sentenced to one year of forced labor at the end of 2005, but her young child has been left alone since her husband died. She is now detained in the Third Ward of Heizuizi Labor Camp.

At around 9:00 a.m. on March 1, 2006, ten State Security Agents from Jinzhou City Police Department called Falun Dafa practitioner Li Xin (gender unknown) to make sure someone was in the house, and then hung up the phone. They reached Li Xin's home, but did not knock on the door. They pulled out the electricity plugs, then stormed into the house when Li Xin came out to check on the plugs. They ransacked the place, took two DVD burners, computers, and Falun Dafa materials, filling two vehicles. They also stole a bank certificate worth more than three hundred thousand yuan. They said, "We have been hiding around your place for more than two months." They were holding a blacklist of names.

Ning Yaoliang (male) is the principal of Fu'an Middle School, located in Zhigang District, Yantai City. He has repeatedly required students to sign their names to slander Falun Dafa, and has done so recently. When Falun Dafa practitioners clarified the truth to students before, they could accept the facts, but now some students run away when they hear the truth.

The Lijiaoqiao Elementary School (in Zhigang District) Principal Sun Hansong (male), and Curriculum Director Shen Yuansong (male) also spread lies to students. Students in Xiangfa Elementary School (also in Zhigang District) have also been poisoned by fabricated propaganda.

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhao Shuyun is 45 years old and lives near Sichuan Street Fruit Cellar in Jilin City. She is an employee of the Jilin City Railroad Construction Company. She is divorced and has a daughter to take care of. In 2005, Ms. Zhao Shuyun was brutally beaten by Jilin City State Security Agents, and her home was ransacked. She was sentenced to one year forced labor, and is now being cruelly tortured in the Sixth Ward of Heizuizi Labor Camp in Changchun City.

On the morning of March 2, 2006, five female and one male plain-clothed police officers knocked on the door of Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liao Yiping's home. The male police officer held a tool, and told her they were plumbers to check the pipes. Ms. Liao trusted them, and opened the door. These six officers ransacked her home as soon as she opened the door, took Falun Dafa books and truth clarification materials, and arrested Ms. Liao Yiping. Ms. Liao's husband came home and tried to stop the arrest, but these officers refused to listen to the truth. They dragged Ms. Liao into their vehicle while she was shouting, "Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness, Benevolence and Forbearance are good!"

On the morning of March 5, 2006, the daughter (non-practitioner) of an elderly Falun Dafa practitioner was at home with her child. Three policemen stormed into their house at around 10:00 a.m., showed their IDs, and then ransacked the place. They took all Falun Dafa materials and went to the Railroad Third Division of Family Housing to look for the elderly lady (at her other home).

A few miles west of Linyi Bus Station, and one thousand feet east of the Petroleum Collecting Fourth Mine Building, there is a banner slandering Falun Dafa posted on the wall of a business building.

On March 10, 2006, the lunch hour news of Guangdong TV broadcast the Guangzhou City government's plan to use three billion yuan on 250 thousand video cameras to monitor public places, such as bus stations, boat harbors, traffic intersections, streets, banks, markets, important areas, and boundaries between the city and the countryside 24 hours a day.

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhang Hongwei is detained in the 10^th Ward of Jilin Province Prison. He is in the hospital with severe tuberculosis, and his chest contains a lot of water.

Ever since July 20, 1999, the Qianfeng Farm Police Department 610 Office Policemen Li Jianguo (male), Feng Ping (male), and Zhang Zhitian (male) have actively joined in the persecution of Falun Gong. They broke into practitioners' homes, took their materials, and forced them to sign their names and pay fines. They took practitioners' personal belongings without following any legal procedures, and cursed at and insulted practitioners with evil means. They have arrested and detained more than ten practitioners in the past six years.

When they ransacked an elderly female practitioner's home, they threatened to kill her and she was deeply traumatized. They also detained a young practitioner for more than a month, and forced him to leave home to avoid further arrest, leaving his elderly parents without proper care.

The State Security Agent Wang Runlong of the Donggang City Police Department burned some discs that contain video recordings of Falun Dafa practitioners passing out truth clarifying materials, recorded by Donggang City Traditional Medicine Hospital's monitoring system. He plans to send these discs to all community administrations as a "focus" for attack. Some kind-hearted folks have revealed his evil plan to Falun Dafa practitioners.

Starting on February 13, 2006, the 4^th Ward established a study class - "Second Strict Monitoring Class." Falun Dafa practitioners can only use the washroom once between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and a second time between noon and 4:30 p.m. Practitioners are forced to sit on benches facing the wall (1).

Also, Falun Dafa practitioners and long-term prisoners with illness are formed into another class with a shorter time period, but still sitting on benches from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., then 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

On April 22, 2005, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Xu Xinmu was arrested by the Harbin City Railroad Police Department on his way to visit his hometown. He has been sentenced to three years of forced labor, and has been held in the Changlinzi Labor Camp for nearly one year. He is in critical condition with symptoms of a stroke and high blood pressure of 130 to 250 mm.

At the beginning of March 2006, State Security Agents and 610 Office Policemen from Huangshi City and Daye City were chasing after Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Feng Zhigang again. They forced Mr. Feng Zhigang's father to look for him in vain for two days. He was bailed out on medical parole on December 30, 2005, but was harassed constantly, so he had to leave home to avoid further arrest.

Since July 20, 1999, Mr. Feng Zhigang has suffered long-term mistreatment because he refused to give up the practice. He went to Beijing many times to validate the Fa, clarifying the truth. He was detained four times, sentenced to forced labor twice, forced to attend a brainwashing class once, and he lived under house arrest for several months. His life was in danger in 2002 when he was held in Shizishan Labor Camp in Wuhan City because he refused to give up his faith. The guards let his family pick him up to avoid being responsible for his death. His family had to send him to the hospital. The policemen from Daye City kept harassing him in the hospital, causing his condition to worsen. The doctors had to take out three of his ribs in surgery. The operation fee of hundreds of thousands of yuan created huge financial difficulties for his family.

Huadian City Detention Center Head Zhang Tiefeng (male) has been actively involved in the persecution of Falun Gong since July 20, 1999. Under his direction, countless Falun Dafa practitioners have been detained, and many of them were tortured to near death. Some family members could not recognize their relatives (practitioners) after only one month in detention. The cell conditions are very bad. Reliable sources revealed that Zhang Tiefeng is under investigation by upper levels.

Recently, 610 Office Policemen and State Security Agents of Benxi City Police Department are conducting a new round of persecution. They are stalking and forming a network to monitor practitioners, and ransack every Falun Dafa practitioner's home, destroying their materials.

On around March 8, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhu Danjuan (53 years old, lives in East City Government, Huancui District, Weihai City) was reported and arrested while clarifying the truth in Minzhu Lane. Her home was ransacked on the same evening. She is now detained in Weihai City Detention Center.

On around February 20, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yang Yuhui (in her 50s, lives in Deyang City) returned to Meishan City to visit family. She went to fellow practitioner Ms. Wan's hometown in the countryside with Ms. Wan, and clarified the truth, persuading people to withdraw from the CCP and its organizations. They were reported. Ms. Wan was arrested after returning to Meishan City two weeks ago. On around March 9, 2006, Ms. Yang Yuhui was arrested at her sister's home in Dongpo District Procuratorate Family Housing. She is now detained in Dongpo District Detention Center.

Every day, practitioners put their hands on top of their laps, with backs straight, and sitting on benches 18 hours per day. This continued for over fifty days. The authorities even limited practitioners' restroom use time. Because of the long time spent sitting on hard benches, practitioners' buttocks developed sores that hurt badly. Practitioners could not even urinate normally because of the pain. Because the labor camp was very damp, the police would not allow practitioners to have air ventilation or the chance to get some sunlight, and practitioners were locked up for so long, they developed scabies that were extremely itchy and painful.
