By a Falun Dafa practitioner in Jilin Province

(Clearwisdom.net) I am illiterate, but I can read Master's books and recent scriptures, and I can read almost all the articles on the Minghui/Clearwisdom website. With solid faith in Master, Falun Dafa has guided me, Master is protecting me, and I know it is very urgent to save sentient beings. I have come across different issues in helping people withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party and its associated organizations. Below is one example.

First I tried to help my parents-in-law withdraw. They not only refused but also influenced other family members. I studied the Fa and sent forth righteous thoughts after returning home to eliminate all the rotten demons that were blocking my parents-in-law and family from withdrawing from the CCP and its organizations and to eliminate all evil factors, layer after layer. I enlightened that I am a cultivator of Falun Dafa, and no beings are worthy of blocking me.

Several days later, on my mother-in-law's birthday, I sent forth righteous thoughts on the way to their house. During the dinner party, not only did my parents-in-law withdraw, but all my friends and family who came to celebrate withdrew.

I sent out a thought to let my mother-in-law be absent for a little while. As soon as my thought emerged, my father-in-law asked my mother-in-law to go take care of something. I knew Master was helping me, so I quickly clarified the truth to my friends and family. They all withdrew.

My mother-in-law returned when the dinner started. I clarified the truth to her after dinner, and she withdrew as well. I also gave her a Falun Dafa keepsake and told her to remember that Falun Dafa is good and she would receive blessings. My Master has come to provide salvation to all.

Master taught us,

"If you don't sever emotion, you won't be able to cultivate. But if you do break out of emotion, nobody can affect you, and ordinary attachments won't be able to sway you. What replaces it is compassion, which is more noble." (from "Improving Character" in the Fourth Talk of Zhuan Falun)

I deeply understand now that if we do something with human attachments, we will not reach the standard of a cultivator. We should especially not be attached to sentimentality (qing). The first time I used sentimentality to try to persuade my family, the result was not good. After studying the Fa, correcting my mentality, and treating all people as sentient beings with benevolent compassion, the results were very good. The bottom line is that if our standpoint is right, the power of Falun Dafa will manifest, and our purpose in saving sentient beings can be reached.

I must do the three things well on the path of validating Falun Dafa, diligently advance on our divine path, and be a disciple that reaches Master's expectations.
