Police Officer Sun Rongfan from the Nanlou Economic Development District Police Department of Dashiqiao City in Liaoning Province received retribution

In 2000, police officer Sun Rongfan illegally arrested Falun Dafa practitioners and also beat them himself. Despite the practitioners' truth-clarification efforts he refused to repent. At 6:30 p.m. on the evening of February 18, 2006, he crashed his car into a moving cargo truck and died instantly. His head was cracked open and his brain spilled out. This is the second case of retribution for persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners in the area. In the previous incident, police officer Wang Deping from Nanlou Police Department also died in a car crash.

Xiao Chunfang, a police officer from Zhangjiabao Township Police Station of Yi County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, died in a traffic accident on February 9, 2006

Since July 20, 1999, Xiao Chunfang had been closely following Jiang's evil regime to persecute local practitioners. He arrested practitioners and withheld their identification cards. When practitioners' children needed to go out of town to work, he refused to issue permit letters. He also wrote materials to persecute practitioners. When practitioners tried to clarify the truth to him, he not only refused to listen, but also said, "When I receive money from the CCP, I need to work for the CCP. If heaven truly eliminates the CCP, then let me be eliminated with it."

On February 2, 2006, he was riding a three-wheeled gasoline cart. It was overturned by strong winds and crashed into a larger three-wheeled cart coming from the opposite direction. The other driver's leg was injured, and Xiao's wife suffered facial injuries, with her mouth sliced open. Xiao, however, injured his spleen, heart, and several other places. Emergency treatment was not effective and he died on February 9, 2006.
