Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Xu Ailian from Xiangtan County, Henan Province was tortured until she had a mental breakdown at Baimalong Forced Labor Camp in Zhuzhou City, Henan Province. Unlawful personnel and criminals at Baimalong Forced Labor Camp tortured her with methods such as piercing her fingers with nails and mixing drugs into her food.

Ms. Xu Ailian is a resident of Shefu Township in Xiangtan County. She began practicing Falun Dafa in 1996. Both she and her husband were steadfast in practicing Falun Dafa. After the persecution of Falun Dafa began under Jiang Zemin's regime, they were also persecuted. In 2000, her husband, Liang Xinan, was illegally sentenced. In January 2004, when Xu Ailian was handing out truth-clarification materials, she was reported, and the police arrested her. She was then sentenced to one year in at the Baimalong Forced Labor Camp.

Police officers at Baimalong Forced Labor Camp instigated criminals to pierce Xu Ailian's fingers with iron nails. They inserted a toothbrush between her fingers and then squeezed her hands very tightly to induce excruciating pain. They also mixed nerve-damaging drugs into her food. Xu Ailian resisted the persecution with righteous thoughts and she shouted loudly, "Falun Dafa is good!" She finally made it through. In February 2005, she was released.

In April 2005, two months after Xu Ailian was released, the police came to arrest her again, and illegally sentenced her to another year in a forced labor camp. She was detained at Baimalong Forced Labor Camp again. There, she was persecuted until she suffered a mental collapse. In October 2005, the forced labor camp was afraid of taking any responsibility for her condition so the person in charge had to ask her family to take her home.

The Deputy President of Baimalong Women's Forced Labor Camp (Zhao Guibao) and the Head of the Health Department (Lu Yongquan) are a couple that used to be doctors in the forced labor camp. They were promoted after persecuting Falun Gong. They tortured, force-fed and injected Falun Gong practitioners with drugs. They were involved with many of the crimes against practitioners that happened in the forced labor camp. When the police officer at Baimalong Forced Labor Camp force-fed the Dafa practitioners who went on hunger strike to resist persecution, they added toxic drugs which damage the central nervous system, and as a result, Dafa practitioners developed mental disorders, lost their memory, went blind or suffered vertigo when they stood up or walked. After Zhang Yulan from Yonghe Township, Liuyang City was persecuted until she suffered a mental collapse, on April 30, 2005, she passed away.

Xu Ailian is currently isolated and detained at the Nursing Home at Shefu Town Center.

List of persecutors at Baimalong Forced Labor Camp in Henan Province:

According to an internal newspaper of the forced labor camp published in February 2003, the person who was credited for the top award for persecuting Falun Gong was team leader Ding Cailan. People who were credited for the runner-up award were Yuan Lihua, Zheng Xia, Chen Dongxia, Wang Nianhua and others.

Police officer Ding Cailan (female, 36 years old), 86-13873335268(Cell), was the team leader of the No.7 Team, and she has actively persecuted Dafa practitioners. From July 2000 to April 2003, when she was the team leader, she was very cruel. After she was transferred out of the team she still took her daughter to Changsha City to set up brainwashing sessions to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. Because of that, she was able to join the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and was promoted. In addition, she was given the title " advanced worker" by the CCP.

Since 2001 team leader Yuan Lihua (female, 42 years old, 86-13873336595(Cell),) started forcefully brainwashing Falun Gong practitioners, and she also hit and cursed them. She has been awarded many times by the provincial Jurisdiction Department and was promoted to team leader.

Police officer Yi Xiaohong (female) has been persecuting Dafa practitioners many years.

Police officer Yin Shan (female) has acted as a team leader at both the No.7 Team and the team for persecuting Falun Gong. She has tortured Falun Gong practitioners with electric batons many times, and she is the deputy leader for the No.2 Team.

Police officer Zheng Xia (female) is currently the team leader of the No.7 Team, and she is the one of the main persecutors of Dafa practitioners.

Police officer Chen Wei (female) was designated team leader for the "Strictly Monitored Team" in 2001 and she actively persecuted Dafa practitioners.

Police officer Wan Wei (female), who is the No.2 team leader, often participates in the persecution of practitioners.

Police officer Zeng Tianying (female), has participated into persecuting Dafa practitioners many times, and uses the torture method of beating and hanging while handcuffed.

Police officer Song Jiangyong (male), who is currently Deputy Leader of the No.2 Team, had persecuted Dafa practitioners in the "Strictly Monitored Team."

Police officers from Baimalong Forced Labor Camp have been cooperating with the evil management team of Baimalong to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. As a result, they have beaten five practitioners to death. The number of practitioners who have suffered wounds and mental anguish while beaten and tortured is countless.

Special police officer Xiao Bazi (male) is the main culprit responsible for the persecution deaths.

Secretary Zhao Jinyue and police officer Yuan Jia both beat Dafa practitioners.
