My Thoughts after Reading Master's Article, "Eliminating the Evil"

(Clearwisdom.net) All along for the past several years, both in Mainland China and overseas, the unlawful and gangster-like secret agents of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) have used a myriad of despicable methods to interfere with Master's Fa-rectification as well as Dafa disciples' actions of saving sentient beings. Due to the long-term brainwashing by the evil party, many people do not have a correct understanding of secret agents and similar people. In fact, the existence of secret agents and the concept of surveillance have even come to be accepted values, in some aspects of our lives.

Thirty years ago, not long after I entered the work force, I remember a time when the workplace leader, also the division Party Secretary, wanted to speak with me. I realized that she knew a lot about my daily activities and words, and I felt very strange. Later, she told me, "You have to become our ears and eyes," and asked me to report my colleagues' daily actions to the Party Committee. After living under party culture for so long, even the yardstick for measuring right and wrong had become bent. At that time, I did not realize what was so bad about such actions. Many people had already developed a despicable habit of saying things superficially but doing entirely different things behind people's backs - including monitoring other people's actions, words, and reporting them to the Party leader at the workplace.

Today, while I was reading Master's new article, "Eliminating the Evil," I was suddenly reminded of this incident, and realized how I had actually acknowledged such a despicable thing in human society. When I realized this, I felt my body change at the same time - the bad things were also changing as my thoughts were reversed and were being eliminated from my universe. I realized that in teaching us the Fa in "Eliminating the Evil," Master is not simply trying to ask us to eliminate the phenomenon of the CCP secret agents in the superficial human society, or to only eliminate the evil controlling the secret agents, but also to have Dafa disciples eliminate all of our values related to this most despicable and wrong element of human society.

When we can all achieve this, it shall no longer exist in this superficial dimension. The CCP's secret agents are still committing evil rampantly, and this has a lot to do with us cultivators ourselves. Due to a large number of us acknowledging its existence in our inner hearts to varying degrees, we have not been able to understand this from the perspective of the Fa. This has provided the evil forces with an excuse to perpetrate the persecution and has given it a market and opportunity to conduct its evil crimes.

Since July 20, 1999, Dafa disciples have suffered long-term harassment and persecution by countless professional and non-professional secret agents of the CCP. Our telephones are being tapped, surveillance equipment is installed in front of our doors, listening devices are installed in our homes, we are followed in our daily activities, and of course we receive harassment at our doors. Many agents have used colleagues at work, community leaders, village, town and neighborhood councils, and others to monitor us secretly - to the extent that in some cases, our own family members are used to monitor Dafa disciples' actions. Throughout the years, even though these despicable secret agents' actions have also been resisted by Dafa disciples, many practitioners have not been able to recognize it clearly from the Fa's perspective and have not been able to remove it completely and permanently from our notions. Some people have even become numb over years of governance under the evil CCP, and fail to recognize that persecution exists not only in the form of arrests and torture, but also in such surveillance by secret agents and similar things. These are also a severe form of persecution. For years, such people have been passively bearing the burden and pain, and have acknowledged this evil unknowingly - thereby heightening its persecution of us.

After reading Master's article, "Eliminating the Evil," I have realized that, from now on, a secret agent's despicable job should not exist in the universe anymore. Master does not acknowledge its existence and we should not acknowledge it either. I realize that due to many people's enjoying detective and crime shows, some have even developed a liking for the so-called "detective hero." All these are bad values and thoughts that have developed in our lives and must be thoroughly cleansed. From now on, any secret surveillance or similar actions committed against Dafa disciples must be quickly negated, resisted, and exposed completely. Let us eliminate this form of persecution and not let it interfere with Dafa disciples' saving sentient beings anymore.
