(Clearwisdom.net) Taiwan Daily reported on April 9, 2006 that the international community was shocked by news of the Chinese Communist regime's atrocities, harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners for profit. Many human rights organizations have expressed deep shock and condemnation. Taiwan Falun Dafa Association, Taiwan Association of Rescuing Persecuted Falun Gong Practitioners held a press conference entitled, "Exposing the CCP's Persecution Facts" yesterday at the entrance to the Sports Park in Dongning, Tainan City. A "bloody" action play was performed on the spot to call upon people from all walks of life in Taiwan to pay attention to this matter. Legislative members Lai Ching-De and Tang Bi-e came in person to support.

Taiwan Falun Dafa Association expressed that one month ago, a veteran journalist who escaped CCP rule to Canada revealed in an interview that the CCP built a concentration camp in the Shenyang area, dedicated to detaining Falun Gong practitioners and mercilessly harvesting organs from these living Falun Gong practitioners. Since the horrendous incident was first disclosed, the Epoch Times extensively looked for insiders who could provide further information. Responding to the call, a woman expressed to the Epoch Times that there indeed exists such a thing as harvesting organs from living people. Others have revealed that at least 36 such camps exist.

In order to rescue innocent persecuted Falun Gong practitioners, to safeguard the bottom line of morality and conscience of humanity, the association therefore held a press conference in hopes to call for the international community to conduct a thorough investigation with help from righteous and impartial media reports.
