(Clearwisdom.net) In a room directly across Consulate Road from the American Consulate in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, the CCP has installed many hidden cameras. Their surveillance targets are all the people entering and exiting the American Consulate. All pedestrian traffic entering and leaving the American Consulate is photographed from several angles, and the data is then processed and verified by China's "National Security." The purpose is to single out people on the "sensitive names list" and to keep them under surveillance.

Storekeepers and cigarette retailers located along Consulate Road in Chengdu city are mostly Chinese spies. They enjoy special privileges, such as claiming whatever expenses they incur to keep targeted individuals under surveillance. They never worry about their source of income. Many of the spies were unemployed, hired as tails and petty thugs for a few dollars. The CCP branches controlling the spies are under orders to enforce the persecution of Falun Gong, and hence numerous crimes have been committed against practitioners.

During the CCP's so-called "Dual Assembly Meetings" held in March, Chengdu's special agent institution sent out large numbers of agents to conduct intensive surveillance on known Falun Dafa practitioners, and those considered "dangerous constituents." Each individual practitioner was under surveillance by one to three agents at any time. The list of people under surveillance has been extended to include Communist Party members as well, at increasingly higher levels within the regime.

On these agents' car license plates, the display reads "'¨A--¾Å0¡Á¡Á¡Á." Sometimes these agents disguise themselves as thieves and break into the homes of people who are considered suspect. They throw out personal items and install monitoring devices. If they are ever captured by police officers, they are quickly bailed out. If by chance they are beaten to death, or die by accident, they are always hailed as "martyrs". However, the public and the families of the deceased agents never receive explanations of what it means to be a "martyr" for the CCP, or how the agents died.

Directly across Qing Yang Palace in Chengdu city, there is another evil den of special agents. This particular office always had its window blinds shut tightly to avoid being seen from the outside. In the building parking lot, all the cars carry the license plates displaying the message "'¨A--¾Å0¡Á¡Á¡Á."

The National Security Bureau is now the primary institution conducting the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. A recent unlawful trial in the Wuho District, of Chengdu City was a blatant case of persecution conducted by these special agents. They collected "evidence" and placed charges against two Falun Dafa practitioners, Tu Qi Yue and Zhou Yi Qun.
