One day in 1998, my 88 year-old grandmother and an elder cousin of mine were at home. My grandmother was very healthy and couldn't stand not doing anything. While she was cleaning the floor with a mop, she tripped and fell on some furniture, resulting in a bone fracture in her left thigh. In the hospital, the doctor said: "It would be a miracle if she recovered from a bone fracture at this old age." Thinking this way, the doctor decided to perform surgery to cut off her leg at the high thigh level. But my grandmother refused to agree to this surgery. She said: "I am old and can't live longer than a few years anyway. I can't afford to become a disabled person right before my death." She didn't even want to be hospitalized since she was afraid of spending her children's money. She gave them no other choice, so she was released home with a brace on her leg."

Day after day passed and my grandmother became increasingly low-spirited. She had little appetite for food. Later on, she stopped eating in order not to trouble the family. Our entire family was very worried about her. Just at that point, a miracle happened. One morning after my parents finished practicing the exercise movements outside and came home, they saw that my grandmother had changed from her usual depressed state. She was extremely excited and called my mom: "My leg will recover! My leg will recover! A high god came to rescue me." My mother asked her what happened and she started to tell her story.

"When I was asleep, I suddenly heard someone talking to me. He said, 'Your leg was broken, let me connect it.' I opened my eyes and saw a person standing in front of me with a very bright head. His body was blurry and I couldn't see it clearly. He walked one step ahead towards my leg. I felt a shock in my leg, looked again and he disappeared."

Grandmother said, "I've lived so long and have never lied to anyone." She then wanted to stand up and walk. My mother tried to stop her quickly and said, "Even if there is a god trying to save you, you can't immediately stand up and walk." Grandmother was very stubborn and she insisted on standing up and walking. In fact, she could move her leg and walk on the floor right away, when just the slightest pressure or movement in the past would have been extremely painful. After several days, she could hold onto the wall or push on a stool to go to the bathroom by herself. After nearly two months, grandmother's leg had recovered completely. She can now walk like a regular person.

One day, mother was reading a Dafa book. Grandmother passed by from behind and saw Master's picture on the front page of the book. It was Master's photo with a cassock over his body and blue curly hair. Grandmother surprisingly yelled: "It is him! It is him! It is HE who cured my leg. I am absolutely sure!"

Ever since then, grandmother will bow several times reverently every time she passes by Master's photo that is hanging in my home. She also tells everyone she meets about her recovery. It has had a good effect in spreading Dafa. This miracle indeed happened in my home, so how can one have a reason not to believe it? Therefore, my husband and I also obtained Dafa.
