One Reaps What One Sows: a Law that Never Deviates

You Janli, the manager of the Security Department in Lianhu District in Xi'an City, brutally persecuted Falun Gong practitioners in Xi'an. He illegally arrested a dozen or so practitioners at various times and put them in forced labor camps. In December 2005, You Janli was appointed to director of the Lianhu District Jail, but he kept delaying reporting to his new job. It turned out that he had been suffering from liver cancer since December, and it was already in a late stage.

In 2001, the Security Department manager in Jiangxi Tractor Factory, Chen Gongxin, summoned all practitioners at the factory to the conference room and began slandering Dafa and Teacher, and ordered practitioners to do the same. Practitioners who refused to follow along were locked up and some were sent to brainwashing sessions. Chen was very aggressive in persecuting practitioners and would always take the lead in the persecution. One day in 2005, he died at home after coming back from a party.

The Officer of Criminal Court #1 in the Changchun Superior Court, Zhang Hui, age 46 and born in Nongan City, was the principal in the trial of Dafa practitioner Liu Chengjun, who tapped into the television network to broadcast truth-clarification programming on March 5, 2002. Zhang died suddenly of a stroke on March 2^nd of this year.

Deputy Sheriff Zhang Shichun, 44 years old, from Xinlitun Town, Heishan County, Liaoning Province, just reported to work from his previous position in the security department at the county police department. Within the first few months of his new position, he did his best in cooperating with the government to arrest practitioners, and searched for and confiscated Dafa materials. On the eve of the Chinese New Year, he fined some practitioners between 2,000 and 2,500 yuan and threatened to put them in jail if they refused to pay. Zhang led a group of policemen in police cars to a village to harass practitioners, but found nothing. He slandered and insulted Teacher, and ordered practitioners to do the same. He also humiliated and called practitioners names, and said, "I want to drag all practitioners in this city out." Practitioners tried to clarify the truth about Falun Gong to him so that he could understand, but he refused to listen.

At around 3:00 p.m. on March 8, 2006, Zhang had an argument with a mentally ill person, and was hit by the man with a shovel on the back of his head. He fell down and lost consciousness. It was said that the back of his skull was broken and he bled profusely. Zhang is still in intensive care in Fuxin Hospital.
