Police in Fuyuan County Continue to Persecute Ms. Zheng Yingchun

(Clearwisdom.net) Dafa practitioner Ms. Zheng Yingchun, in Fuyuan County of Heilongjiang Province, has been suffering from persecution for a very long time. She was forced to undergo brainwashing, was fined an extremely high fee, and was illegally detained. In June of 2002, she was sentenced to two years and was sent to Jiamusi Labor Camp, where she was tortured to the brink of death. In 2005, the police broke into Zheng Yingchun's house to harass her and took her away many times. In order to find an excuse to imprison her, they even falsified evidence. Thus, on December 28, 2005 she was sent to a labor camp once again.

Zheng Yingchun had exposed the criminal persecution against her by policeman Zhang Sidong in Fuyuan County. This infuriated Zhang. For revenge, on July 20, 2005, Zhang Sidong, in league with public security's Cai Yonglin, Guo Jishan and two local police, intruded into her house, forcefully detained her, and ransacked her house. Nevertheless, they could not find any evidence.

Zhang Sidong and Cai Yonglin broke into Zheng Yingchun's house on the afternoon of July 25 once again. On August 25, at 1:00 p.m., Zheng Yingchun came back from her mother's house and when she arrived home, several policemen including, Zhang Sidong, were already there waiting. They handcuffed her and illegally detained her at the public security bureau. While detained there, Zheng Yingchun suddenly had a heart attack. Zhang Sidong, along with 4 or 5 policemen, violently dragged her into the police department to see the doctor. After that, the police broke into her house again and found three Dafa books. They also confiscated 9 copies of, "The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" and some fliers. They put the materials on her bed and video recorded it as evidence. Then they reported it to the Political and Legal Commission and said, "Zheng Yingchun was arrested for passing fliers in the market, and she carries a lot of fliers with her too." Zheng Yingchun's health quickly deteriorated. Her whole body became swollen, aching, and twitching. Sometimes she couldn't even take care of herself. She was sent to the hospital for intensive care many times, and her life was in danger. However, while Zheng Yingchun's health was in critical condition, Zhang Sidong had the gall to tell Zheng Yingchun's family that if they paid ten thousand yuan, she would be released.

In 2002, Zhang Sidong sentenced Zheng Yinchun to 2 years of imprisonment. The police in the labor camp broke her arm by force and so far she still couldn't go to work and thus she had no income at all. Because her family could not pay any money, Zhang Sidong disregarded Zheng Yingchun's critical condition and sentenced her to 2 years in a labor camp again. On December 28, 2005, Zheng Yingchun was detained in a labor camp again. At that time, she was in very poor condition. The labor camp wouldn't even admit her. Her family took her out for treatment. Zhang Sidong still didn't give up. He told Zheng Yingchun's mother and sister to come to the public security bureau, pay the money, and take her home. By this time, Zheng Yingchun's health had reached an extremely dangerous condition. On February 23, 2006, 4 or 5 policemen from the public security bureau broke into Zheng Yingchun mother's house and demanded that she pay 10,000 to 20,000 yuan or else they would arrest her again.

Zheng Yingchun used to have very good health due to practicing Falun Gong. She was very kind to everyone and devoted to her parents, and thus her neighbors, relatives, and friends had a high opinion of her. Zheng Yingchun's store was forced to close and the social security for unemployment was withheld. Her mother was sick in bed in need of an infusion, and had insomnia because of worrying about her daughter. Zheng Yingchun's daughter became homeless because of the persecution. She even lost the opportunity to go to school and has been staying at her aunt's house.
