Cherishing the Predestined Relationships Between Fellow Practitioners
(Clearwisdom.net) We are all Dafa disciples in the Fa-rectification
period assisting Teacher in rectifying the Fa, clarifying the truth,
saving sentient beings and accomplishing the mission history bestowed on us. Teacher said in "Congratulatory Message," "Dafa disciples, you are golden light in the mortal world, the hope of
the world's people, Fa-disciples who help Master, and future Fa-Kings. Keep
diligent, Awakened Ones that walk the earth: Everything of today will be the
glory of the future." Every word of Teacher inspires practitioners to strive forward and be more
diligent. Dafa has given us enormous energy and wisdom, and Teacher is
protecting us every moment. We have no reason whatsoever not to cherish the
predestined relationship between fellow practitioners. I have come to realize that the space between practitioners is arranged by
the old forces. We are Dafa disciples in the Fa-rectification period and we
should completely negate all the old forces' arrangements. We can only walk on
the path arranged by Teacher. We should not widen the space between
practitioners because of our human attachments. Otherwise the dark minions may
take advantage of our loopholes. I also know that we are still human beings cultivating, not gods cultivating.
It's no wonder there may still exist human notions and attachments, causing
practitioners to have conflicts. During the conflicts we should be more
clearheaded and more mature. We should elevate our understandings of the Fa and
improve as a whole body. I became more clearheaded after having conflicts with fellow practitioners
several times. Upon reflecting on myself, I realized my fundamental attachment
is the strong attachment to arguing. Amidst the conflicts, my attachment became
stronger and stronger and I argued with fellow practitioners fervently. At that
time, all I wanted was to force my own opinions on fellow practitioners and have
them admit that I was right. I hoped fellow practitioners could immediately
correct their mistakes since I thought I was looking at everything from the
perspective of the Fa. Now looking back, how strong my attachment was! Teacher said in "Eliminating the Evil," "But when it comes to those people who don't think for themselves, and
who can't distinguish good from evil-especially those who, after being
instilled with the evil Party culture, use the perspectives, logic, and
standards of the evil Party, which are not those of normal people, to judge
what is kind or wicked, good or bad, and what should or should not be done-the
evil Party has manipulated and used them very easily, and they have fully
become shameful tools of the evil Party. Meanwhile, these people have indeed
committed colossal sins in persecuting Dafa disciples, and they are beyond
redemption." I realized that I was in fact immersed in the evil Party's culture.
Unknowingly in my life and cultivation I followed the evil Party's logic and
standards to say and do things. I even tried to force my thoughts on other
people. How dangerous this is! Therefore, I must awaken and free myself from the
evil Party's culture. Negating the old forces' arrangements is not just lip
service. We must assimilate to the Fa unconditionally and cultivate to become an
unselfish person who always puts others before himself. If I see that fellow practitioners have attachments, I must point them out
with kindness and compassion. I am sure they will understand. Teacher said, "I often say that if all a person wants is the well-being of others
and if this is without the slightest personal motivation or personal
understanding, what he says will move the listener to tears. I have not only
taught you Dafa, but have also left you my demeanor. While working, your tone
of voice, your kindheartedness, and your reasoning can change a person's
heart, whereas commands never could!" ("Clearheadedness" from Essentials
for Further Advancement) Each time when I have conflicts with fellow practitioners, I am able to
reflect upon myself carefully and look for my attachments. Then I try to remove
those attachments and purify myself. Teacher said, "If you are able to succeed in improving yourself this way, what you
do then, with a pure heart, will be the best and most sacred."
("Further Understanding" from Essentials for Further Advancement) Fellow practitioners, we all came for the Fa. Only by coordinating well can
we do the three things well. Posting date: 4/16/2006
