Falun Dafa Gave Me a New Life

(Clearwisdom.net) I am a 58-year-old female farmer.
I began learning Falun Gong in 2005. Although it has not been long, there have
been great changes in my mind and body. Before practicing, I had many kinds of
illnesses, including bronchitis for 30 years. I had tried all kinds of therapy.
Each year, I had to spend about six to seven hundred yuan but still
couldn't cure it. When it was severe, I couldn't get out of bed or do anything
else. My husband had to carry the heavy burden of family responsibility all by
himself. Right when I was desperate, I was fortunate to learn Falun Dafa. Through
Fa study and doing the exercises, I truly cultivated my xinxing.
Then a miracle happened to me. One day when I was doing the exercises, I
suddenly felt a warm current move through my entire body. Then I felt pain in my
back and a stomachache. I could not bear the pain and really wanted to go to the
bathroom. Fellow practitioners told me not to worry and that it was the Teacher
cleansing my body. Three months later, through Fa study and doing the exercises,
my physical condition improved. For four months I participated in the group practice and Fa study and my
severe bronchitis quite noticeably improved. At first, my whole body ached.
There was not one place that did not ache. I coughed a lot, which upset my
stomach. I then vomited yellowish sticky sputum for five to six days. Finally,
the sticky sputum had blood clots in it. My husband and my children tried to
persuade me to see the doctor. Although I knew Teacher was cleansing my body, I
was somewhat afraid deep in my heart. Teacher showed up in a dream to give me
some hints and I also saw a big Falun. I knew that it was a test to see whether
I would be moved while I was dealing with hardship. That was the turning point
in getting rid of the sickness karma. I did not waver. When I felt pain, I would
think about Teacher's words, "When it's difficult to endure, you can endure it. When it's
impossible to do, you can do it." (Zhuan Falun) Then I wouldn't feel that much pain. Fellow practitioners read the paragraph
in the book Zhuan Falun in which Teacher said: "When you feel worse, it means that, 'when something reaches the
extreme it reverses,' and your whole body will be purified. It has to be
completely purified. The root of your health problem has been plucked out now,
and only that little bit of black qi is left, coming out on its own, so that
you have a little hardship and go through some difficulty. If you didn't bear
anything it really wouldn't work." I was very busy during the fall harvesting season. I did not miss even one
day of Fa study and doing the exercises. Moreover, each day, I insisted on
joining the group Fa study and group exercises both during lunchtime and in the
evenings. I could recite half of the book Hong Yin. After
reciting the poems over and over, I understood each sentence. I treated myself
as a genuine practitioner and put strict requirements on myself in my daily
life. After seeing me so firm in my practice, my family member did not try to
persuade me to give up the practice anymore. I became better and better with
each passing day. I did not feel any pain. Now, I have completely recovered and
have become a healthy person. I seemed to have become a new person. I also don't
feel tired after doing farm work. My husband, children, relatives, and friends
are convinced and say that Falun Dafa is very good. My husband and my children
became supportive of my practice. After seeing the changes in me, quite a few
people from my community also started practicing. For all the physical benefits, I am thankful to Teacher for letting us know
Falun Dafa. I now have more hope about life. It is Falun Dafa that has given me
a new life. We must take the Fa as the Teacher and validate Dafa with our solid,
diamond-like heart. The power of the Fa will manifest. The effect will be much
