Ms. Zhang Guifeng from Mengyin County Arrested

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhang Guifeng, about 38 years old, is from the Town of Mengyin in Mengyin County, Shandong Province. She had a business at the Xinghua Shopping Mall in Mengyin County. On March 23, 2006, the police illegally arrested Ms. Zhang in front of the shopping mall. The police searched her store and her house and took her Falun Dafa books, truth clarification CDs, and other materials. Ms. Zhang was then secretly imprisoned in Qi'nan County, probably at the local detention center.

It has been reported that practitioners Mr. Gao Jun and his wife, Ms. Wang Guiying, who live in Mengyin County Brewhouse, were taken away by local 610 Office agents. Mr. Gao has already been released. His wife, Ms. Wang, is still being detained. Further details are being investigated.
