Switzerland: The European Falun Dafa Waist Drum Troupe Performs in Grand Parade in Geneva (Photos)


(Clearwisdom.net) On April 3, 2006, five hundred people from various European countries participated in a grand parade exposing the persecution in China. The procession was led by a group expressing the magnificence of Falun Gong, followed by a group exposing the Chinese Communist regime's persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.

Like a golden ray of light illuminating the streets, the waist-drum team composed of practitioners in golden yellow costumes attracted the bystanders' attention. The waist drum team was followed by a group of practitioners with banners reading, "Stop Persecuting Falun Gong." Many pedestrians stopped to watch the parade, and quite a few drivers rolled down their windows to accept flyers. During the parade, some Chinese drivers also lowered their windows to express their support for Falun Gong.

A journalist followed the procession, videotaping the parade from the beginning to the end. We happened to be in the back of the journalist's car and took some pictures of the parade.
