Taiwan: Pingdong Legislative Committee Member Condemns the CCP's Brutal Killings (Photos)
By a practitioner in Taiwan
(Clearwisdom.net) On April 15, 2006, nearly one hundred Falun Gong practitioners held a truth-clarification and signature collection event in front of the Linluo Township Government Building to condemn the Chinese Communist Party's live organ removal from Falun Gong practitioners for profit. Many local government leaders and representatives attended and condemned CCP's brutality. At the end of the event, renowned singer Tu Zhanrong sang a song to commemorate those practitioners tortured to death in CCP's labor camps. Legislative Committee Member Lin Yu-hseng, Pingdong County Council member Zeng Shi-lang, and several other local officials and representatives showed up at the event to support the practitioners and to condemn the CCP's atrocities.
Mr. Lin pointed out that human rights, including freedom of belief, are well recognized values across the world and cannot be infringed upon. The CCP's crimes in violation of human rights must be condemned.
Mr. Qiu Shi-ren just returned from a trip overseas. He saw in person that police beat Falun Gong practitioners in China and the grand march in the U.S. supporting eight million people renouncing the CCP. Many people have shown their support for Falun Gong outside of China.
