Memories of Master's Teaching the Fa and Exercises in Hefei, Anhui Province (Part 2)

April 15, 2006 marks the twelfth anniversary of our revered Master teaching the Fa and exercises in Hefei, Anhui Province. Whenever I think of the precious time Master was with us in Hefei, I cannot hold back the tears. How I wish I could re-live that moment from twelve years ago. Revered Master, all Anhui Dafa disciples have missed your presence!

When Master came to teach the Fa and exercises in Hefei for the first time in November of 1993, one of our young roommates participated in the workshop. After the third session, she informed me that she participated in "Falun Gong" classes. "Falun Gong is wonderful. Not only does it teach you to become a good person, it also improves your health, cultivates your mind, and helps extend your life. The classes started only three days ago. If you are interested in learning, you can still participate and catch up." I responded that with teaching people to be good, I would definitely agree to learn. At that time however, owing to my poor enlightenment quality and the personal excuse of having to look after young children at home, I missed this opportunity. After that, time flew by so fast that soon it was the month of April in the following year, and I participated in the second seminar in which Master taught the Fa in Hefei.

During the second time Master came to Hefei to spread the Fa and exercises, there were one thousand five hundred people participating in the workshop. When Master was lecturing on the Fa, I fell sound asleep but could hear and also understand the teachings very well. It was like what was described in Zhuan Falun,

" A few individuals may fall asleep and wake up as soon as I finish my lecture. Why is that? It is because their brains have illnesses that need to be treated. One will be unable to stand it if one's brain is worked on. Therefore, one must be put into a state of anesthesia or become unconscious. Nevertheless, some people do not have a problem hearing me. Though they may sleep soundly, they hear everything without missing a single word. They will become energetic afterwards, and will not feel sleepy even if they go two days without sleep. There are different syndromes which all need adjustment. Your entire body will be purified."

When Master was lecturing about the opening of the celestial eye, I felt my skin and scalp tightening, with an inward drilling sensation.

A man from Shandong province was carried all the way to Anhui, Hefei to participate in the lecture workshop. He became an invalid because of his involvement in using other qigong methods to heal illnesses for others. Benevolent Teacher removed the root cause of his illness. At the concluding session of the lecture class, he was able to walk by himself to the podium to talk and share his personal experience on how he benefited after attending the lecture session.

There was another student whose body was possessed by an animal spirit. He went to the stage to ask Master if he could help him get rid of it. Master asked him three times if he really wanted him to remove it for him. After he consented, Master spread his hand in a grasping gesture, and the possessing animal spirit was removed.
