Minghui/Clearwisdom correspondent (Clearwisdom.net) On the evening of April 25, 2006, Falun Gong
practitioners in the Dallas region gathered in DART Station downtown to
commemorate the seventh anniversary of the April 25 peaceful appeal. They
explained the facts, and distributed flyers during the peaceful gathering to
expose the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) persecution of Falun Gong
practitioners and its crimes of organ removal from live practitioners. CCP fabricates "Besieging Zhongnanhai" incident On April 25, 1999, ten thousand Falun Gong practitioners appealed to National
Appealing Office based on rights granted by the Constitution of China and
requested the release of the practitioners unlawfully arrested in Tianjin. They
also requested a free cultivation environment and legal publication of Falun
Dafa books. The then Prime Minister met and talked to the practitioners'
representatives, and the practitioners left at night after the issue was
resolved. Ms. Fu from Beijing is currently studying at the University of Texas in
Dallas. She and her parents participated in the 4.25 appeal in 1999 in person.
She said, "We heard that some practitioners were arrested in Tianjin for
rationally explaining the truth. My parents and I thought we should go to
appeal, as my parents benefited from practicing Falun Gong. We went to the
National Appeal Office and returned home after learning that the issue was
resolved." But less than three months later, on July 20, 1999, the CCP regime broke its
promise of "freedom to practice" and initiated the inhuman brutal
persecution against Falun Gong practitioners. Ms Fu said, "Since July 20,
1999, my parents have been arrested and harassed several times. On March 19, the
police arrested them again. No other family members have seen them since
then." Exposing the CCP's crimes of live organ removal At the rally, several practitioners gave speeches and exposed the CCP's
brutal persecution of Falun Gong. Ms. Wu said, "On March 8, the Clearwisdom
website exposed the live organ removal in the Sujiatun Concentration Camp. More
crimes were exposed after that. The barbarity shocked world people. On April 20,
two witnesses stepped forward with great courage. The CCP denied the allegations
on March 28 after three weeks' silence. On March 29, a military doctor in China
confirmed the CCP's live organ removal and that the Sujiatun Concentration Camp
was one of 36 concentration camps in China. On April 4, the "Coalition to
Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China" (CIPFG) was established
to investigate China's labor camps, concentration camps, prisons, hospitals and
all locations detaining Falun Gong practitioners, and the persecution against
practitioners." Practitioner Ms. Hu said, "The CCP denies the crimes on the one hand and
destroys the evidence underground on the other hand. Based on news from all
sources, hospitals in China with the capability of organ transplantation are
hurrying to conduct operations and claim that suitable and healthy organs can be
found within a short time. What does all this mean? How come we do not worry
about those practitioners who are unlawfully imprisoned? Their lives are in
danger! We urgently call on all governments, organizations and kind-hearted
people to stop the CCP's crimes and support the investigation of all labor camps
thoroughly and independently." Many passers-by paid attention to the rally and accepted flyers from
practitioners. Reporters from a local Korean newspaper covered the event. In the evening, the practitioners held a candlelight vigil to commemorate
those fellow practitioners who lost their lives in the persecution.
