Chilong, Taiwan: People Sign Petitions to Help Stop the CCP's Organ Harvesting (Photos)
By a practitioner in Taiwan
(Clearwisdom.net) On the afternoon of April 22, 2006, on Peace Square in
Chilong, a loud speaker continuously broadcasted the CCP's crimes of organ
removal from live Falun Gong practitioners and cremating their remains to
destroy evidence, and news from the Epoch Times that nearly ten million Chinese
people have renounced the CCP and its affiliated organizations. After hearing
the news, passers-by actively signed the petition to urge the international
community to investigate the crimes in China and stop the persecution. Chilong is located northeast of Taiwan and only 30 kilometers from Taipei.
Practitioner Mr. Lin, 78 years old, explained to passers-by, "At least 80
million Chinese people were killed since CCP's regime took power. In the last
seven years, the CCP has adopted the mandate: 'ruin [practitioners']
reputations, bankrupt [practitioners] financially, and destroy [practitioners]
physically.' In the first half of March, the CCP's crime of organ removal from
live Falun Gong practitioners for profit were exposed. Such brutal crimes have
occurred for several years and peaked during 2001 to 2003." Those who
listened were shocked. Local people and students passing by accepted informational materials or
listened to practitioners' explanations. Some said, "So horrible!"
"Too inhuman." Some shed tears on site. Many were shocked and could
not speak for a while. Many signed the petition to stop the CCP's crimes of live
organ removal. During recent days, practitioners in Chilong sought help from the legislative
committee, city council, and foundations to stop the persecution and won much
support. One member of the legislative committee said that he believes such crimes
have occurred in China. Some proposed to have representatives support quitting
the CCP and stopping the persecution.
