California, USA: Clarifying the Truth of the Persecution During the University of California at Davis Annual Picnic Day (Photo)


(Clearwisdom.net) On April 22, the University of California at Davis held its annual Picnic Day. To help more people know about the beauty of Falun Dafa, the Chinese Communist regime's brutal persecution and the recently disclosed atrocities of harvesting organs from live practitioners, Sacramento Falun Gong practitioners participated in this event.

Practitioners set up an information table with copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials available to visitors. Many people, including some Chinese people came to the booth to acquire the informational materials.

An older Chinese couple took a VCD of the Nine Commentaries as well as other Falun Gong materials. Finally, the husband picked up a Falun Gong exercise instruction VCD and asked his wife, "Have we got this one?" On another occasion, a middle-aged American woman talked with practitioners for a while and then brought her two daughters to listen to the practitioners' introduction of Falun Gong.

Picnic Day is one of the largest activities organized by students in the United States, with a history of more than 100 years. It was estimated that about 50,000 people participated in the activity.
