(Clearwisdom.net) On April 22, Falun Gong practitioners in Washington
State were invited to participate in the annual Narcissus Festival for the 4th
year. The festival featured a grand parade that was broadcast live. The Falun
Gong practitioners' procession was once again well received. The director of the
festival committee visited the practitioners twice, and many spectators cheered
as the Falun Gong procession passed by. At the end of the parade, the
practitioners' procession was awarded the "Director's Award."

Golden narcissus flowers and pink cherry blossoms were seen everywhere,
creating a charming spring scene. As it was exceptionally sunny during the
festival, many people came out. The parade started at 10:00 a.m. and ended at
7:00 p.m., visiting the cities of Tacoma, Puyallup, Orting and Sumner.

The Falun Gong procession consisted of a banner reading, "Falun Dafa is
Good," a traditional lion dance, celestial maidens, a decorated float with
a Falun Gong exercise demonstration and a waist drum troupe. Wherever the
procession went, practitioners were met with applause, cheers and praise. A
child exclaimed, "Most of them are Chinese!"
Many people said that they had read news about the practitioners' protest and
appeal activities when Hu Jintao's visited Washington State two weeks ago, and
many of them gave the thumbs up sign to the practitioners.
