Germany: Practitioners Protest in Front of Chinese Consulate in Frankfurt

(Clearwisdom.net) On March 30, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners in Germany held a peaceful assembly in the rain in front of the Chinese consulate in Frankfurt to reveal and strongly condemn the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) harvesting of living Falun Gong practitioners' organs and cremating their bodies afterwards in the Sujiatun concentration camp. The practitioners urged the international community to pay close attention to this issue.

At 10:00 a.m., Falun Gong practitioners assembled in front of the Chinese consulate in Frankfurt. The practitioners announced many times in Chinese and German with steady and clear voices the "Falun Dafa Association Announcement" (http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2005/10/9/65726.html), the "Notice to the Media by the European Falun Dafa Association", testimony by the ex-wife of a former surgeon at the Sujiatun concentration camp, and the preface of the "Nine Commentaries of the Communist Party". The personnel of the Chinese consulate opened the windows several times to listen and watch.

A lot of people along the road and those who went in and out of the Chinese consulate accepted leaflets. After learning about the incident, a member of the business community said in astonishment, "What? And we still pump money into China?" Another man volunteered to sign his name to urge the international community to conduct an investigation of Sujiatun and rescue the persecuted the Falun Gong practitioners. He said, "What you are doing is amazing."

The Chinese consul general made a phone call complaining to the German police. However the police were extremely friendly to Falun Gong practitioners and talked for a long time with the practitioners, showing good understanding and support of the practitioners' actions.
