Slovakia: Introducing Falun Gong to the People of Tvrdosin (Photos)


(Clearwisdom.net) On Saturday April 22, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners visited Tvrdosin, a small town in northwest Slovakia. They set up their table in Trojicne Square, demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises and erected display stands and information boards revealing the persecution which has been taking place in China for almost seven years. One of the information boards referred to the newly exposed concentration camps in China where Falun Gong practitioners are killed for their internal organs, which are then sold to transplantation centers all over China.

Local residents who passed by were eager to discuss and hear the stories about the situation in China. Some showed their disagreement with the persecution in China by signing the petition to support Falun Gong. The event was also visited by reporters from two local papers, Nasa Orava and the Tvrdosin Journal.
